Good Neighbour - Summerhill

this was the worst customer service my friend and i have ever experienced by far. everyone who was clocked in at 4 pm on Aug 31 need to go through a customer service workshop. we walked in and not a single person among all 4 of them even cared enough to acknowledge our presence. there was one girl in particular who followed us around and watched us but did not have the slightest decency to even say hi or offer us any assistance. we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by assuming that they were probably just tired as they were about to close, but the moment 2 girls with chanel bags and designer clothing came in, they were so quick to pounce on them like vultures- offering their tax free promo and their biggest smiles. will never be coming back, and it's such a shame too as the store itself had a really good collection of pieces.management has to do better as their staff's disgusting and rude attitude is hurting their business.

Terrible experience at Good Neighbor Summerhill. The customer service was awful, staff were not friendly at all. My friend and I were completely ignored while they spent their time entertaining better-dressed customers. They clearly have a preference for customers, which made us feel unwelcome and dismissed. Definitely not coming back.

As soon as I entered this beautiful store I was warmly greeted by the lovely staff. Amanda showed me around the store with enthusiasm and when she had to step away Jesse immediately stepped in and offered me water and coffee. Fantastic store

Really poor experience here. I was holding a pair of shoes, and an associate who was helping another client saw me holding the shoe (the other client mentioned “the shoe he’s holding”), and he still went ahead and got the other side for other client. Really confused why someone would sell something that another person is clearly holding onto. Lack of proper communication, awareness, and basic customer service.

Beautiful store, great product and even better staff. The management are incredible to deal with and everyone offers a perfect shopping experience every time. I'm a regular for home goods and menswear, and my girlfriend LOVES their women's collections. Can't wait for my next visit!
