Good Times In OC Vacation Rental

Bahama unit 33. We had a fantastic stay!! Townhouse was perfect for my family and 4 dogs. Enjoyed sunsets at night and sunrises in the morning. Close to everything!! Marcia could not have been a better host!! We will be back!

Marcia was such a friendly and helpful host. She was quick to respond and deliver. The space was very cozy, clean, and homey. We spent most of our time in the kitchen cooking and dining together. Very close to the beach, literally 3 minute walk, and a few really good places to dine.

Quick last minute family vacation to OC, MD. We booked the Sea Breeze, through the website and Marcia. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location was great. Closer to the bay but an easy walk to the beach on 6th Ave. We have an EV truck and there were a few charging options within a 3mile drive. Our kids love basketball and we were two blocks from an updated public park with courts. Also had pickle ball and a playground for younger kids. Free fishing within same area. We walked to Anglers restaurant, had a great dinner and took the boat tour. Alot of fun things to do around the area. We brought our SUP boards and forgot our paddles in our hast to pack. Marcia was able to help us out and saved the day. The accommodations were good. The Sea breeze has central air, and we stayed in unit c. Recommend bringing some bath mats and hand soap in addition to what the website says. Looking to bring our extended family with us on our next visit.

Bahama- unit 32. We came down this past weekend for Country Calling. We had a large group and this place was perfect! It was full of beds and not super cramped. It was an awesome location to get up to the boards and down to the festival! Marcia was super responsive and helped us with an early check in & late check out! AC was ICE COLD 🙏🏼 we will definitely book with Marcia again!

Marcia is phenomenal to work with. Our first time in OC, MD. We stayed at the Asseteague House from 5/20/22-5/23/22. Great renovations. The place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. It was very spacious and very clean. Well equipped! Check in was smooth and easy. We really felt safe and relaxed. Great location with views of the bay and walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Thank you. Great memories. We'll be back.

The Crab Shack was the most amazing place! Close to the beach, shops, amuzement park and much more! Marcia is a fantastic lady and thanks to her, she made our vacation possible and our stay perfect! She even jumped right in there and helped my husband with a sting ray he caught from off the porch!! I must say though, the best part of our days were sitting on that porch watching all the dolphins swimming in front of us, the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, being able to fish and crab while drinking coffee, doing dishes or even watching TV. We cannot wait to go back next year and my husband who never wants to leave his own town, keeps asking if we can go back with every weekend that comes up! Thank you again Marcia, for our extra special vacation!!

We rented their unit on Robin Dr this weekend for the Oceans Calling Festival. Location was great, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. Marcia was great! She was so easy to communicate with and even got us a place to park closer to the festival. Definitely recommend!!!

I absolutely love Marcia and her husband. We have been renting from her in Ocean City for the past maybe four years I have never had a problem. All the rentals we stayed at were very nice, clean and beautiful. Marcia is so creative with Her decor. Any time I have ever needed anything she was just a phone call away.Marcia makes Checking in and checking out so easy. I have never had any complaints about any place I have stayed at of hers. Not to mention she makes the payment process so easy. We went for bike fest and my daughter’s birthday. I even cooked a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything I needed. I always refer people to her website. Marcia and her family are simply the best.
