Good Times In OC Vacation Rentals

When it comes to staying in Ocean City Maryland, it can be a game of the good, the bad and the ugly. Through my mixed experiences the last couple years I can safely say that Good Times in OC Vacation Rentals is more than just a good one. I can only judge on the property we stayed at (St. Louis Ave) but it was a beautiful property that was three story. It only had three bedrooms but with the floor space it accommodated more than 10 people at once, with kids and their beloved pitbull & service animal, Coco. It was very clean, felt updated, plenty of bathrooms, two car garage and beautiful views from the balconies. There was a little bit of confusion and double booking but we were upgraded to this mini mansion without hesitation and the owners even offered us an extended stay for the inconvenience. Thank you. The location was beautiful and near the strip and by a lot of things to do around the city. Can’t wait for our next stay

Went to Marcia’s place on July’s 4th, her place got the best spot for fireworks! 2 blocks away from the beach and all the main spots in town! Can’t ask for much better than this! Sunset view also 1 block away behind the house! It’s perfect for a big group!

What a wonderful place to stay at the Assat House on the bay! The place is spacious, clean and has all you need to feel comfortable! The view is beautiful and it is sooo relaxing to sit on the deck. Marci made sure we were happy and content, and is very accommodating. We will definitely stay again for our yearly family trip 💕

We had a great stay at this beach house! It’s just a few blocks from the beach and so close to the bay—perfect for both sunrise and sunset views. There’s also a playground just down the street, which my daughter absolutely loved. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. My family and I stayed here multiple times and always look forward to coming back. Marcia is a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!!

Marcia and her husband were great hosts. My family and I (including a dog) stayed at OC life 73 and it very comfortable. The house was very clean and parking was also very nice. At the price you cannot get a better location than this, a 5 min walk from the boardwalk/beach. Marcia was very responsive our whole stay and resolved issues very quickly. 10/10 would recommend, and will be booking with her again.

Marcia and her husband were amazing hosts and made everything super easy! She was very accommodating and answered all of our questions as we were seniors and did not know much about booking a house. We stayed at Bahama 33 and the house was very nice and had plenty of room for everyone who stayed. The house was clean and had a working washer and dryer. Absolutely perfect location and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk! I certainly recommend seniors (and anyone else) to book here!

Second stay at assateague house and what an amazing house. Very modern and extremely clean. Bayfront with a large pool. Awesome views of bay and boats. Very good fluke fishing on pier. A real gem in OC
