Good Times Resort

Considering the price compared to everything else this accommodation offers, it's truly great value. It's located in the city, with a lovely atmosphere for breakfast by the river. The place is quiet, not many Thai people, mostly foreign families. The next morning, my wife and I had breakfast and talked at an outdoor table by the river, under a large tree. We enjoyed the weather, gentle breeze for two hours.

Stayed at Good Times resort for 7 nights in May. The resort is very nicely managed and maintained. All staffs are nice and polite. Services are great and fast. The grounds and trees are well maintained. The resort has 2 swimming pools with 1 pool is for guests who prefers quieter surroundings. Both pools are well maintained and kept clean. Breakfast is abundant with plenty of selection for both western and local Thai food. However, vegetarian food is limited. The resort is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, massage parlors and cafes. The only small negative thing is that the shower water pressure is very low

We stayed for 2 evenings in a family room. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we could need. The room walls were a little dusty and could do with a good clean but all in all it was comfortable. The room areas were quiet and we had a good night sleep. The pool areas looked lovely but we didn’t have time to use these facilities. Breakfast had a good selection, it was tasty and there some something for everyone. Staff were attentive and umbrellas were available when we had a downpour. The bar is not open particularly late, it would be better if they had someone able to serve drinks when the restaurant is closed. The resort is a short walk away to local bars and restaurants it feels well located. Overall a good stay.

Excellent location near the Bridge and plenty of restaurants. On the riverside and with a riverside restaurant. The food was good but a little more choice at breakfast was expected it's the most limited we've seen anywhere. Evening meals were good also but getting food as a group of three at the same time took four days to get right. Pool and gardens were beautiful and well maintained and again staff very helpful and attentive. Overall a four star is deserved.

We spent 3 nights at Good Times Resort in a pool side room. It was a lovely experience from check in (very helpful staff) to our departure. The main pool is huge and lovely to swim in. The rooms are clean, modern and serviced daily. The restaurant had an amazing view over the river and we loved the selection of food and cocktails. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Bridge over River Kwai and local markets. |10/10 from us!

A perfect hotel for an unforgettable stay in Kanchanaburi. I stayed at this hotel, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is located right on the river with breathtaking views, two fantastic pools, and unique fish ponds that add to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfect for both couples and families, offering a warm and inviting environment. I truly enjoyed every single moment of my stay. In a surprising and fun moment, one of the staff members even spoke a bit of Hebrew, which made the experience even more special. The hotel also offers various activities and motorbike rentals for those looking to explore the area. Highly recommended

This is a lovely resort, rooms are spotless, food is lovely. We only ate Thai food but they also have burgers chips etc on the menu. Highly recommend the iced latte after a day exploring. It’s a 25 min walk to river Kwai bridge. It was extremely hot the day we went as the sun decided to make an appearance. Take a hat and something to cover your shoulders in the sun. Plenty of tuk tuks about and reasonably priced too. Also go to the night market and try the street food, Crispy pork, banana crepes, meat on sticks and there is a stall selling bugs if that’s what you’re into! We had double room very spacious, towels shampoo and shower gel provided along with robes slippers and even flip flops and umbrellas. smoking is allowed on the balcony/ veranda. staff are amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel shame we’re not here a few more days.

We can see the owner devote herself to the business very much and she explained everything to us while we stayed there. The services from K.Tor are beyond our expectations and he took care of our needs during our stay. The room they gave us is neat and tidy and it is also near the river. we indulged in the morning breakfast buffet, especially, my girl liked it a lot. Thura and May who work as housekeepers are also sweet. Thank you for making our stay memorable.🙏🙏🙏
