Goodmorning Solo Traveller Hostel

This is, without a doubt, the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in — and quite possibly the best I ever will. It’s a 10/10 across every category. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The atmosphere is incredibly social; everyone staying here genuinely wants to meet new people, making it effortless to make friends and share experiences. Cleanliness is exceptional. The cleaning team works diligently every day, going above and beyond typical hostel standards. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless, fresh-smelling, and clearly well cared for. The beds are comfortable, complete with privacy curtains, and the lockers are generously sized to fit all your belongings. The location is unbeatable — perfectly situated for exploring on foot, by bus, or by train. The complimentary breakfast offers impressive variety, rivaling what many hotels provide. I highly recommend booking the all-inclusive rate, which includes unlimited beer and sangria during the nightly happy hour and delicious free dinners. It’s incredible value and makes the experience even better. I will absolutely be returning to this hostel. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, community, and convenience, look no further — this place truly has it all.

I stayed at this hostel in the later half of July and still think of it regularly! So much thought has gone into this space and what results is a really friendly and warm environment, where even the most shy of solo travellers should be able to make connections! The location can’t be beat, and the female dorm was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This is a hostel I’d happily stay at again if I found myself in Lisbon once more!

Literally the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. I made friends instantly and everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was also really clean and really sociable. The best place I’d say for solo travellers. They also do ‘take outs’ each evening to bars which is fun.

If you are looking for a great hostel in Lisbon I highly recommend this one. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hostel also hosted a variety of events so that you could meet with other travelers. Quiet hours started at 11 so you could still get some shut eye if you weren’t going out. Highly recommend

Up there with the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Incredibly friendly staff from the moment you walk in, very helpful and happy to help you come up with plans and make suggestions. Comfortable spacious rooms, with window and aircon. Large locker. Showers amazing pressure! Very clean hostel. Lots of options at breakfast and great daily tours. Easy location. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This was a great hostel as solo traveler. I stayed in the private room which was really nice. Breakfast in the morning and lots of cool social activities. Get the not-so-solo traveler package. its totally worth it. The family dinners they make is really good too. I met all kinds of cool people from all around the world. I've stayed at several other hostels and I highly recommend this one!

A really cool place which has an excellent location. The hostel is really well maintained, the rooms are big and beds comfortable. Its a great hostel for first time solo travelers or people who like to socialize during their travels. They have activities planned for their guests through out the day and also serve good free breakfast! They also have a separate space where you can sit and work (like a co-working space) which I found to be pretty nice. All in all, no matter what your expectations are, this place would meet them.

It's been over a month and a half since I've stayed here, but even after my trip has ended, I seriously have not stopped thinking of this hostel and how amazing it was. I have stayed at a total of 18 hostels across europe and this ranks as my top BY FAR. Amazing locations, it was so clean, and rooms were a great size (I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm). The staff was so welcoming from the start and created a fun atmosphere with events such as karaoke night and bar crawls every night. One night, they offered fresh desserts to my friends and I. Fresh eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast every morning and the eggs were amazing. Literally no one stopped talking about it. I didn't have the dinners, but everyone who did said they were great. I made so many friends here because of the events that guests actually show up to and it's only because this hostel actually encourages friendships and community. Even down to the one big circle table at breakfast. I spent my 24th birthday here and within the first night I was able to gather a group of 6 to celebrate on a boat party. I'll forever think of my time here. I miss it so much. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you seriously will not regret it.
