"McNally Jackson Books, Passerbuys Manhattan by Passerbuys. McNally Jackson is a downtown Mecca for book lovers, including passersby Nicole Hokayem, Rachael Yaeger, Katy Hallowell, and Laura Brown. Offering 20% off on current “indie bestsellers” (and 10% off picks from their well-read staff), you can still get a good deal while supporting one of the city’s last independent bookstores. They also carry an impressive selection of magazines and literary journals that you can flip through in their café. McNally’s event calendar is packed with appearances and readings by authors like Zadie Smith and Chris Kraus, but they're perhaps best known for their in-store printing press and self-publishing services."
A lovely store with a large variety of pens and inks. Although not overly friendly, the workers were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me buy my first ink bottle.

I came in last week and had a wonderful experience! A lovely space with so many pens and really knowledgeable salespeople. Shout out to Lauren and Sol for helping me choose a pen for an upcoming birthday gift. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Excellent Selection to choose from, prices for some pens were lower than I found on Amazon! However they carry very reputable brands and a lot of handmade notebooks and writing utensils etc. staff was very knowledgeable and helped assist in purchases. Highly Recommend from someone in sales signing tons of documents everyday

If you're still writing, this is the place for you. Lovely selection of notebooks and cards...I particularly appreciated the color coding.

Goods for the Study is my happy place! It is my absolute favorite place to buy pens, felt tip markers, pencils, greeting cards and notebooks! The location at Mulberry is the best and has the most extensive options!

Nice store and prices aren’t too bad, but both the times I’ve been when trying to find a gift, the employe that assisted me was very cold and pretty rude. Maybe if you go in with extensive knowledge on fountain pens they’ll be nicer, but my $100 budget for a gift must not have been up to their standards.

I got a diary from the store. It is a small store packed with a lot of people. Every time I go SOHO, I go here.
