Gopalpur Palm Resort

This is a good 3 star property but located slightly away from the seafront ( approx 7-8 mins walk ). Do try to request for rooms in the newer blocks, which are larger in size and better furnished as compared to the older block, which is adjoining the re option area.||The staff is very well mannered and the complimentary breakfast spread was pretty vast and very tasty and far exceeded our expectations for an hotel of its category. Overall a nice and pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at Palm Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The service was extremely poor—staff were unresponsive and lacked professionalism. Except for the food, which was decent, all other amenities were below average. Cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Definitely not worth recommending unless they improve their services significantly.

Spacious, clean rooms with cosy beds. Nice job with panel lighting in rooms. Large bathrooms with hot water for bathing. Drainage in bathrooms can be improved. Sumptuous spread in the buffet and very good service during meals. Overall, we had a good experience and recommend this hotel.

Room is very bad. All rooms are having seepage. Their services are very bad. Very bad bathrooms. Not suggesting anyone to stay here. This is a genuine and honest comment. Pls be careful while booking this Resort. Food quality is worst. My kids didnt like here.

Amazing place, location is great just next beach. Breakfast is also great.The beach is easily accessible and perfect for evening walks or spending time by the water. rooms, food are good enough but not excellent.. Pricing is good too..|Service and behaviour of staffs are excellent truely make you feel like " Atithi Debo Vabah".||Sea beach is at 5 minutes walk but not visible from most of the rooms. Parking is a little concern but staffs manage the things..

This very property which is situated near to Gopalpur Sea Beach offers the perfect tranquil ambience, great service by all the management present and above all the food which is finger licking good. If you ever wish to experience all the things listed above, then think no further but book your stay in this ethereal property. My entire family loved their short stay here. Would love to visit sooon.

we paid 6k for the room and the room that was provided to us were just worth 2k. the hotel receptionist said that deluxe , standard and executive all are the same. A whole new dictionary for him. it felt like staying at an old guest house. there were cockroaches on the floor. The floor mat was dirty. the room was at a corner and the area around it was not at all maintained. however the food was pretty good.
