If you want a true St. Paul experience, skip the trendy spots and head to Gopher Bar. You’ll understand why locals keep coming back.

My friends had told me I have to try the coneys at the Gopher Bar. I’m in St. Paul like never, so I have never got to go. I tried to go in July, but they were closed. And with their limited hours, it makes it tough. I was finally in the area on a Saturday night, and hungry. I stopped in and it was well lit with plenty of seating. Fun, friendly atmosphere with a great wait staff. Fast service for a Saturday evening after 10pm. Got the drinks quickly, got the food quickly. Great service. I might go back just for the service. I got the deep fried ravioli as an appetizer. Kind of like pizza rolls. They were delicious. I’d get them again for sure. I also finally got to try the coneys. While they are expensive at $4 apiece, they are delicious. Served hot with a mountain of onions and on special toasted buns specifically for these coneys, it was a great experience. The only knock on the coneys is they don’t come with mustard on them which was odd. I knew they were missing something. I added the mustard and they were great. The dogs have a great “snap” to them when you bite them as they should. I will definitely be back. Best coney’s in the metro that I’ve found. And I’ve tried a LOT of places. Just be warned, parking in ST. Paul can be a nightmare and the Gopher Bar only takes cash. Thanks for the great meal!

We came here with the promise of some great Coneys, and we were not disappointed. Yeah the place is a bit of a dive, but that definitely adds to the charm. The apps we had (fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks) were delicious, but those Coneys... OH MY GOD!!! Absolutely delicious! I had 2 but I could've easily downed 2 more. So good, and what was especially impressive that every one of the 5 total that we had looked exactly the same. The consistency of the cook is often overlooked at other places, but not here. Top notch! Also, our bartender Jade (sp?) was super friendly and always on top of anything we needed. Very funny too. A little bit of humorous commentary made for an even better experience. As I said, the Coneys are to die for, but I would also recommend the Reuben egg roll. I got one after I was finished with the dogs, and it was absolutely amazing! Gopher Bar is definitely the place to check out if you are a Coney Dog fan. And if you're not, there's plenty of other options to try that all looked incredible when I scanned the menu. Also, and this is yet another reason to choose The Gopher, the prices are very cheap. I wouldn't have expected to get full for under $20 anywhere these days, but they certainly did it! I'm actually getting hungry again just typing this! 😅 FYI, cash only. They do have an ATM though. 👍

The bar was great...we went for lunch..cony dogs were very good...a little salty..good slushes. Next time we are going to try the different kinds of egg rolls. I brought my 15 year old son and he loved it. Parking was no problem and the neighborhood seemed good during the day. Not sure what all the hype is about on other reviews..saw no confederate flag or republican stuff, or liberal stuff. Just a good clean friendly bar. We will go again.

Hands down the best place to stop for a coney dog! Love how they use the thick toast instead of a bun. Have to at least order 2! One is plenty, but 2 is the way to go! Only $4.50 per dog with cheese, you cant beat it. No one can beat the quality and taste of their made to order, hot and fresh, 1 and only Coney Dog. If you're reading this review, dont even think about just stop in grab a couple, you wont be disappointed. Cash only, so keep that in mind. They have other food options as well, cold beer, and open for lunch. Dont have to twist my arm. I'll always say lets go!"

Ducked into the Gopher bar after wandering aimlessly for a late night snack. The place was clean. The bartender/server was excellent and the coney and fries came out quick and got the spot. Like everything thing in the strange planning of downtown St. Paul parking would usually be a hassle but tonight was fine. Enjoy!

Yeah, it’s an original dive bar. No, don’t go there if you’re an easily offended wuss. Yes, they are the best coneys you will find. There is other good food on the menu, but unless you’re bored of fantastic coneys, that’s what you will eat. Just do yourself a favor and enjoy the experience and embrace the aura that George made for most to savor.

Decent old school establishment with good service. Love the fresh cut onions and toasted buns. Wish there was a little.more chili on the dogs. Sloppy is ok when it comes to a chili dog.

The Gopher is a no nonsense kinda place with decent prices and a good coney. Server was friendly and quick, large selection of alcohol and decent beer choices. The caramel apple Jell-O shot was a bonus Cash only (they have an ATM), one tab per table.

Local neighborhood dive bar that totally delivers on the experience you expect walking into one of these. The food is fantastic and the menu actually has a lot of options (ramen, egg rolls, etc). We stuck with pretty typical bar fare though and ordered burgers and apps. Coney sauce was delicious! (Basically a chili but without the beans). Fried pickles were very crispy, but still good. Quick service. Cash only! ATM is onsite.

Clean!! Table and glassware was spotless! Service was prompt and pleasant. Dave had a beer before we could flip the menus over. Coney dog was made the way it should be! Just like down by Lake Ontario! Yes!!! And they're Greek! So it has to be good! May become my go to place for comfort food. Cash only. Walking distance and quiet on a weekday lunch. Will have to come for a game !

Let me just start out by saying I knew this was a dive bar going in, so expectations were already really low... and I still managed to be surprised by several things about this place. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because our server was really nice, attentive, and funny. That said... The place was FREEZING. I wore my double thermal jacket the entire time I was in there and I was still super cold. The heat for sure wasn't on and I'm convinced they had a door open. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The men's bathroom is very, very tight. The two urinals are literally almost touching and you can't walk behind someone to get to the stall if they're at a urinal. I found it really weird to non-ironically hang your establishment's entire personality on being rude, crass, and "not politically correct." All the swear words and rude signs on the wall just set a really negative vibe for the whole place. I also didn't love all the support for the Vulcan Krewe because they have a less-than-ideal reputation... Finally, we didn't find out until the end of the night that there could only be one tab for the entire group. This wasn't a huge issue, but we'd been sitting there for hours ordering drinks and food and it was a total headache to sort out at the end of the night since no one was keeping super close track of what they ordered (because we assumed our server would be doing that). It's also cash only, but that's not a problem if you know beforehand. They also have an ATM onsite! All those minor complaints aside, there were two major things I wanted to specifically call out: 1. Someone was smoking in the kitchen. Several times. It was repulsive on many levels and I can't believe it's tolerated by others on the staff. How disgusting (and illegal). 2. Another server literally fought with a patron over getting a glass for their pop. Literally yelled at the customer. I don't believe the customer is always right, but it was such a weird reaction to asking for a glass after they were given a can of pop without being given/offered a glass. Thankfully our nice server relieved this guy from his serving responsibilities and took care of the older couple. There were two redeeming qualities of this place (other than our server): TouchTunes and the egg rolls! Get the egg rolls. There are many dive bars in the metro area. You're probably better off at any other one.

It has had changes and the atmosphere is more welcoming. Prior it was not always glad to serve GLBT community. I found it uncomfortable even though my straight friends were regulars. The new family members and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is good

Gopher Bar is a CASH ONLY dive bar located in Lowertown St Paul that is know for its conservative political views and famous Coney Dogs. Despite what you may think or may have heard, the Gopher Bar is a great little spot to hang out and have cheap, cold beer and one delicious hot dog! The service is always great and the regulars are generally friendly. Along side the Coney Dogs, you will find some typical bar fare such as chicken tenders, French fries, mozzarella sticks, etc. Do keep in mind that this is CASH ONLY bar and there is an ATM inside if you need.

This is definitely my favorite bar now...Because they have "RAMEN". Yes that's right "Ramen" not those dinky instant ramen. But one serious contender of "Ramen". This review if mainly about the Ramen. Although the Bar itself is amazing, always friendly, very fairly priced and just unique. But the Ramen... It is Shoyu Based with Yuzu tone. Very smokey probably from the charred bone that makes the broth. The white pepper flavor really round things up here. But also the Crispy pork on top is very smokey and just salty greatness. The noodle itself has nice texture, perfect al-dente-ness. Last but not least the soft boiled egg. This ramen is one of the best in town. It is not always in menu, you have to ask for it. The chef has experience in Japanese cooking and he has been very successful in creating his own version of Ramen! if you're not into Ramen, they also serves "coney dog", Reuben Eggroll. My recommendation get a group of friend and order whole menu and lots of drinks...cheers! PS: cash only! Bring yo dollah

I had them many years ago and they were great! Let's fast forward to today...worst I've ever had!!! First the guy didn't get the order right, then the hotdogs were so hard i could hardly bite through them. I'm really bummed because I've been craving them for six months and finally went.

Limited menu but very nice. Coneys served In a Texas Toast hot dog bun with chili and cheese if you like. Very tasty. There are other items, but the Coneys seems to be a leader and are worth a try. This is a cash bar. Money talks, bs walks. That said there is an ATM on site where the unprepared can procure money for a reasonable premium.

Please take Minnesota's mascot's name off this awful place of business. Even a rodent doesn't deserve to be involuntarily associated with this place. I hadn't been in The Gopher Bar for years, went there for the memories. The coneys are ok, but not as good as they use to be. The raw onions overpowered any coney flavor. It is also dirtier and more unkept than I remember and the floor was kind of sticky. I see some reviewers calling this place quaint, a dive or old school; sorry but just because a business has filthy language and what many would call hate speech as decor, does not make it quaint or a dive. People should call it what it is and not hide behind words like quaint to disguise intolerance. It doesn't appear that management has any worries about offending the customers. The Gopher Bar's decor slaps you in the face with politics. Its obvious that the someone at this joint is stuck in the pre-civil rights years or even the pre-civil war era and is not trying to be quaint. There is even a advertisement stuck to a cooler for the League of the South that includes the confederate flag. The League of the South is a southern organization that today, still actively promotes the confederacy ideals and southern nationalism. Search the League of the South and you'll be surprised what you find. I would speculate this is not a bar for most Americans who have real American Values and a good moral compass. When you consider Minnesota's history in the Civil War, it's a shame there is a business in Saint Paul, Minnesota that disrespects the memory of Minnesota soldiers who gave their lives to fight against what the confederate flag stood/stands for. Just a quick reminder to management, Minnesota was the first to volunteer when President Lincoln called for soldiers to fight the southern traitors' to the United States of America. The very traitors who flew the confederate flag, the flag you seem to welcome in your business. In addition, Minnesota had on a per capital basis, the most causalities of any other state in the Union. In addition to the intolerance decor, the f word is part of their decor. Really probably not a good place for parents to bring their children to a have a coney. If I accidentally walked in with kids, I would immediately leave. If a person of color walked into this place, I'd speculate they'd feel unwelcome, insulted and maybe even threatened. I can't but wonder what kind of reception the current mayor of St. Paul would receive at this place. There will be some who say this review is suppose to be about food, the reviews are also about service, ambiance, cleanliness and your overall experience. It's an atmosphere of intolerance, vulgar postings of the F word and in my opinion, a disgusting atmosphere. As far as food I'll repeat what I started with, I hadn't been in The Gopher Bar for years, coneys are ok, but not as good as they use to be. The raw onions overpowered any coney flavor. My biggest regret is I didn't notice the garbage decor until after I ordered my food. In hindsight, I wish I had the guts to walked out after I ordered, something I've never done.

Will likely become me go-to when I need something comforting. I have a bit of a wait when I eat here but only because everything is cooked fresh. Love that! The coney's are great but don't miss the chicken tenders!

Ha! This place is a visual bewilderment of the senses that serves an amazing Coney. Obviously the Instagramers haven't made it here yet as of this review writing because so many of the pics (John O & Noell R : ) are kinda blurry. I will give a caveat to Noell though that my blurry head shot (which I just realized is there) could be blamed on Kara D due to a Yelp Event at a Saints game earlier in the evening. So the place does cash only. There is a cash machine and the surcharge is nominal. While they offer a menu of various deep fried items, you are here for the Coney. You can get it plain, with onions, or with cheese, or all the above. When these tasty dogs are cooked, they are sitting under a hamburger press. The buns? Mmmmm. The buns. Lightly toasted giving it a nice crunch against the chili and snap of the dog. They get served up in a boat and set down on a piece of wax paper that is your place mat. No frills but do you want frills? No you do not. You want your Coney. If you haven't been, go. If you wanna go, just let me know.

One doesn't go to the Gopher Bar for sushi, or an upscale atmosphere, or trendy cocktails. It's an old downtown St. Paul bar known for its Coney Dogs and that's how I'm rating this. Last night was my first time there, and I had the original Coney Dog (excellent) and the Stuffed Green Pepper Egg Roll (mediocre - it would have been better with a creamy horseradish sauce rather than the marinara). All 6 of us had a great time, and tried to get dollar bills to pin to the ceiling - only 3 of us succeeded. As to those who are offended by the decor, they can have their reactions, no problem. I could have chosen to be offended by all the sports memorabilia as I am not a professional sports fan, but it didn't bother me. It's part of the territory and I was fine with it. Go for a Coney Dog and a Hamms and be happy.

This place stands the test of time.... Bad attitudes that you can't help but love em. Coneys are awesome. The entertainment is the atmosphere. Good times!!

I will admit that I was a little bit apprehensive about going here after reading some of the reviews, but I was very happily surprised at the actual experience. First of all, the Coney's are terrific and I was surprised that it was the buttered, grilled bun that really made it fantastic! The dog was great, the cheese generous, and the Coney's sauce flavorful, but that soft, buttered, grilled bun....SO yummy!! Had a nice cold beer...OK I had two beers actually ($3 each) which just complimented it all beautifully. The fries were also terrific and although my husband said that he wasn't going to eat any, he certainly managed to clean out that basket quick enough. In terms of the political leanings, they do have signage and bumper stickers that some people may not agree with, and my husband and I tend to lean toward a moderate stand politically, but there was nothing insulting, or "in your face" in terms of the feeling of the place or our interactions with the people or bartender there. It was a divey sort of place...great for a beer and a dog (or any of the other tasty offerings they had on the menu), and we were comfortable there. We also are respectful of differing opinions, and that should be a part of the mentality if you want to enjoy your visit and you have passionate political beliefs. So...go for a fantastic Coney dog and beer, and just enjoy the atmosphere, and the opportunity to live a new experience. My husband and I will be back to try their numerous homemade eggrolls (taco, pulled pork, stuffed green pepper etc) and probably a Gyro burger which sounded delicious! Check it out and give yourself some time to just relax and enjoy a cold one. Oh...it's also bigger inside than I thought it would be. I had pictured just a bar/counter but they had a long bar and numerous tables as well.

If you are not easily offended this place is awesome. Five star dive bar! They have an excellent selection of fried food. I tried the philly egg roll, mozzarella sticks, and their famous coney dog. They claim their coney is the best around, and since I have nothing to compare it to I'll give it to them. I loved the philly egg roll, it even came with au jus for dipping. Super laid back atmosphere. Cash only. Other reviews are saying there was a confederate flag, and some really racist stuff. I didn't see any of that when I was there, just some dumb bumper stickers and stuff.

went to the Gopher Bar for the first time before the Saints game. tried to chit chat with the staff because it wasn't busy and they were VERY rude. the drinks were over priced for a hole in the wall dive bar, which normally I love and the service was the worst I've had in years! I would never go back and my recommendation is never go there! also, I never do yelp reviews but this shitty , rude staff inspired me.

Delicious, awesome, incredible coney dogs in a perfect dive bar. Life is good when dining and drinking at the Gopher. A true classic with the best dogs in these parts! I wish that I could have bought fake meat or tofu dogs......NOT! Heaven forbid. Snowflakes and woke fools would probably be triggered to weep in such a fine establishment. Normal folks? Nope, too busy enjoying the cold beer and great coneys!

Called this place to see how late they were open. The guy said 10. We drove quite a ways and showed up at 9:20 and the guy who had answered the phone said grill closed at 9 He could have told me that when I called!

So glad I could get Coney's. This place is a legend in my family and we love the classic coney's where the taste never fails. Thanks for managing through COVID with your adoring clients.

The way to order (above) is true in every sense you can make out of this joint. In rustic downtown St. Paul, MN, you'll find this dive packing it in with blue-collar laborers, as well as the city's finest government workers and attorney's. This place is old and dingy and reminiscent of the typical "beer and a shot" joint. While the fare here is full of greasy, crunchy bar food, Gopher's staple is their Famous Coney Island. Was it good? While I've had plenty of the real deal in NYC, I feel this joint is sub-par. However, I suppose you can say they live up to their tagline "Best Fuckin' Coney Island In Town".

The food is 5 stars hands down! (if you like bar food) I crave a coney once a week. We've always had good service at the bar.. the table service isn't the same. Go for the food and don't be in a hurry. Enjoy your time here! Can't beat the prices!

Your advertisement sucks. Found MULTIPLE stickers on my car windows and mirrors. All which DO NOT remove with ease. Business takes no ownership for the mess their stupid stickers leave behind. No interest in a coney - totally satisfied at home. Negative ZERO star rating - Yelp didn't allow that option.

As my friend said, "everyone needs a space to go to." If you find your political leanings to be in line with our current President and his views on the world, then this is the bar for you. If you aren't one of those people, please stay away and give your money to someone else. We've passed this bar so many times before. As we wandered around downtown St. Paul one night we finally decided to go in for a coney dog. I wish we had walked right back out after reading the bumper stickers they choose to display. We had some beer (standard options for a dive bar), cheese curds, and coney dogs. The cheese curds were awful. One was cold when I bit into it. This was the first time my mom had ever had a fried cheese curd, and I feel like I let her down. The only saving grace this place has is the coney dog. My husband loved it to the point that he almost wants to go back. It had good flavor, but I felt like it wasn't anything out of this world. 18/100

Love this place but it's rarely open! Best Coney in the USA as far as I'm concerned.

Easy to find. Located downtown St Paul on a busy corner where parking is at a premium. I managed to snag a metered space which cost $1 for an hour. The place was literally dead when Steve and I went in there. We were the only two in there for the entire hour actually but that was good because we got our loaded coney dogs pretty dang quick and they were super tasty! The bartender seemed pleasant enough. He could see we were there enjoying each other's company so he didn't interrupt us. It was definitely a dive bar kind of place but it was comfortable. They only accept cash so you better come prepared. There is an atm inside but it will cost you a $2 fee (plus whatever fees your bank charges. Mine charged $2.50). I hate paying atm fees so next time I will have cash on hand. I did promise to buy my guy dinner so I had to cough up the fee. I am not a fan of raw onion so I ordered my dog with chili and cheese. He ordered his totally loaded. They fry the dog and toast the bun. The chili is tasty but not too hot and the cheese is shredded cheddar sprinkled very generously on top. They put it all in a paper wrapper. You might want to ask for a fork because they can get sloppy! 3 loaded dogs, a beer and a soda. All under $20. A good deal for dinner.

The Gopher Bar covers both ends of the spectrum: GOOD Tasty coneys (especially dig the grilled buns) Cheap beer ($7.50 pitchers all the time) Not an ounce of pretense about the place BAD Conservative/Confederate propoganda everywhere (though everyone is entitled to their opinion) Erratic hours A number of customers that like to show off their ability to exercise their 2nd amendment rights The staff can fall on both sides of the spectrum - as long as you don't piss them off you'll generally be taken care of just fine. Update: Added a star - good bar at the right times.

Must be my Sconnie roots that always draw me to the dirtiest diviest bars. I just can't get enough. I love walking into a place where you know nothing has and nothing will EVER change. The classic layers of grime and endless array of uber right wing Americana paraphernalia are so endearing and homey. Hours later, I'm still smelling and tasting my experience. So, you get the coney dogs here. There's really not much else. You can get a coney dog with cheese or a coney dog without cheese. Since I bleed cheese, duh, I got two with cheese and onions. The buns are really good, all fried up on the griddle. The dogs themselves are a bit weird, but I had been forewarned about the odd red color they have. Just eat your food here, don't dissect it, you don't really want to know what it is made of. My group of three also split a basket of fries, darn good, and a basket of onion rights, alright. The soda is canned and served with a glass of ice. I liked that. We all got sodas, two coneys each, and the two baskets of sides for a total of $36. Not cheap, but you're not gettin robbed either. I did see the owner, "Mr. Asshole" himself, pay for some guys' lunch. When he tried to refuse and pay, owner yelled at him "If you try to pay again, you're never comin back in here!" As the fella headed out, the owner grumbled, "Well, what the f***, he got a coney without the dog, I can't charge him for that!" Uh huh, I think deep down Mr. Asshole is pretty nice and was just helpin a dude out with a free lunch. As we headed out, we got a "Good shit?" To which the only acceptable answer is "You bet." I wouldn't want to see what would happen if you responded in any other way.

If you are not overly turned off by the conservative propaganda and dive atmosphere, the Coneys are awesome and keep me coming back for more. It's pretty much all they do, and they do it well. I have been coming here for years and will continue to return.

Finally broke down and went to the Gopher. I'm a huge fan of coneys, and folks said I should try the ones at the Gopher Bar. So my wife and I set out one Saturday to give 'em a try. One thing they got right: those are actual coney dogs. Not the chili dogs that some places try to pass off as coneys, but honest to god coneys. The franks are great, with a decent snap, and their coney sauce is 3/5. Fries were unremarkable. Service was crappy when we visited, and it's mostly American Lagers on tap. The atmosphere yells at you "we're a redneck bar godammit and we have an attitude!". Cool, I guess, if you like that sorta thing. Still, this is the only place in the metro I've found actual coney dogs, so three stars instead of two.

I can now say that I've been to the Gopher Bar. I can also now say that I've had a Coney Dog. Thus, I like the Coney Dogs at the Gopher Bar. I also liked the draught Old Style Beer. And I enjoyed the interaction with the bartender. To sum it all up, I enjoyed a Coney Dog and a cheap beer at the Gopher Bar!

Great coney dogs and toasted ravioli. The coneys are loaded with chili cheese and onion, one of the best I've had. Was not expecting much from the toasted ravioli, but wow they were great. This is a cool dive bar, the bartender was lots of fun to talk to, she had a funny sarcastic attitude. They only take cash. I've seen in other reviews issues with the Confederate Battle Flag. Ok so they gave one. Get over it. They also have many 'tasteless' (but t I think funny) stickers and trinkets. If you are a little fluffy PC type you might want to eat and drink elsewhere.

I had to visit the Gopher Bar when I saw their claims to 'THE BEST F*^&KING CONEY ISLAND IN TOWN'. The bar is divey (which is fine) and I didn't care for the decor: the wall behind the bar is covered with conservative rhetoric, profanity, and a vintage nude photo. However, I came for their Coney -- and it didn't disappoint. Served on a griddle-crisped, soft/white hot dog bun, the coney dog included a generous dose of meat, onions and mustard sauce. Cheese is an additional .50 -- and didn't add much to the already-satisfying sandwich. Other sandwiches are available, but I don't think I'll come back to order anything else. Fries are available, along with some other sides. It's worth noting that The Gopher's staff is friendly -- even when the bar is packed during a weekday lunch rush. The Gopher Bar may, indeed, serve the best Coney... but since it's my first one since moving to St Paul, I'll have to keep an open mind... and keep eating.

Gopher bar is a unique place. Their coney dogs are great and the toasted bun is a nice touch. If you are the sensitive easily triggered type, this is not the place for you. As George says, "Shut the fu€k up!"

After passing this place a lot of times when visiting St Paul and reading some of the reviews here, I had to see what it was all about. As a political independent I wasn't too worried about the atmosphere as I'm quite thick-skinned. Here's what I found: A blue-collar working class bar in a blue-collar working class part of town. These places are a dying breed in this day of hipsters and microbrews. The food is good, plentiful and cheap with a good selection (they even have gyros!). I had a coney with cheese for $4, an order of fries for $3 and an order of jalapeno poppers for $7. Draft American beer (Old Style) was $3 a glass. My food and two beers cost a $20 bill, and yes, it's cash only. They do have an ATM on site. The coneys are very good- they have a nice snap when you bite them. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The orders were big! I was so full afterwards I needed to take a walk! The atmosphere is straight out of 1949. Old, dark but clean and classic. I liked it. As I ate, I tried to imagine the generations of workingmen (and women) that had visited for a quick lunch and a beer. As for politics- so there's some right-leaning bumper stickers on a cooler. Big whoop. No rebel flag in sight. There was nothing I considered to be outrageous. I mean honestly, people, if you are so thin skinned that you get offended by a bumper sticker then you need to just stay home or go to the latest craft brewery. As I said, this is an old-school blue collar, working class bar, that's all. As far as attitudes, no one swore at me or was rude, in fact I ended up having a good conversation about the old days of St Paul with the owner and the bartender. You'll hear worse language and see worse behavior at a sports bar when the big game is on. I'm glad I gave this place a chance. I described it to my wife and she said "Wow, that sounds like your kind of place. Can I go along next time?" Next time I'm in town, I'll be going back.

If you like a very casual, dive bar atmosphere, with really one item on the menu that hasn't changed and is perfect, then this is the place for you! Bring cash, as "No Fucking Credit Cards" are accepted. That quote is on a sign directly behind the bar... been coming here for over 25 years and hasn't really changed except parking is slightly tougher now, but usually found on-street within a block or two. Enjoy the coneys!

Most of the negative reviews seem to bring up politics, but I thought this was a food review site. And the coney dogs here are top notch! Best ones I've had in the cities. It's a divey place but I had a good experience here. Staff was friendly and quick.
