We went to see Imagine Dragons concert in Sept 2024. However, we were very disappointed with the lack of organization whatsoever. I would like to share with others about what you are going to experience: You park your car on a lawn, then walk on a path to the venue. You appear at the gates with security to enter the venue. You need to make up a line that goes the opposite way. So from the parking lot all 30,000 people enter at the beginning and have to find lines (there are no markings, no directions, nothing). People (like us, who came to have fun) describe to others, who just entered, of what’s going on (not our job?). We came at 2.30 pm, sat on the grass in the line waiting for the gate to open at 4.30 pm (scheduled time). It finally opened at 5.15. You go through security, they check your bags. All good. Then you enter the venue…and that’s where the chaos starts…lots of people, GIANT lines, no staff, who would direct people. We were trying to find a line to the Pit (that’s where we had our tickets). No directions at all. We started asking people what are they in line for. They said “mmm…don’t know, GA”. So NO ONE knew where their line was going to. We approached staff at the gate to the lawns. They said the “left” line was for the pit. Okay…we walked along the line back to find where it starts…and it was merging from two other lines…. There was nothing showing directions or some sort of fences along which people could form lines. We asked other staff, and a woman couldn’t understand what we were asking (either she didn’t know English or was there without a training). After trying to figure out what was going on, staff opened the gates to the lawns, and everyone (thousands of people!) just rushed to get their seats. At that point, no lines were followed. It was such a chaos… That was 5.30ish. The concert should’ve scheduled to start at 7pm, and there were supposed to be some activities (scheduled, and advertised). However, the only activity we had, was waiting in lines for hours… And then leaving the concert…it was late in the evening, and again, the crowd, thousands of people were just going somewhere to the exit (no staff around, no directions, nothing). Unmanageable crowd could be dangerous. Finally we made our way to the car. And everyone was trying to turn around, back towards the exit/entrance. Cars. No lines. No directions. Total chaos. Luckily, we stayed in that traffic for an hour, but you can imagine thousands of cars were left behind in that traffic. You can be there for hours. Many people were just sitting by their cars, waiting for everyone to leave before they started moving. I have never seen such bad organization of an event in my life. It was a sold out, 30,000 people. Otherwise, a beautiful location! It could’ve been an amazing experience, should the organization be better.

Beautiful way to experience concerts. They have an organized system to get everyone inside, parked in the right direction, while still keeping the roads to get out clear. Trashcans and porta-potties very accessible. There’s a grocery store, medical area, and ice available. The only downside is that now they have a long screening process to get in where the dogs n people search your cars for drugs and weapons since the shooting few years back; downside is that it takes a long time. We ended up cutting the long line for the car search by actually having a knife/ammo on us that we had to surrender (then pick up after event). There was no penalty for turning in a weapon.

This place keeps getting and better! We've been coming to the Gorge for years and almost always have an amazing time...apart from last years Lumineers Fiasco... Since their security updates, they have strived to make better systems, and we really enjoyed our experience for The RED Hot Chili Peppers. Take your time, pack light, be nice to your neighbors, and rotate waters and beers... Find points of reference for your campsite so you can find it late at night after the concert. Also, there is now a great general store, place to buy beers and ice, and they even played Indiana Jones on a projector for campers who came a day early!

We upgraded to premium the nights we arrived so we would have more space but when we were guided to the space, they had many of us all crammed together with about 12" in between our tents. It was ridiculous! They need to do a better job of spacing people apart, especially for that price!

I cannot express enough how sweet this venue is. We drove here from Portland and it was beyond worth it. The sound, the view, and just set up was 10/10. Easily the most beautiful stage I have ever been to. Recommend camping at the venue if you’re driving in! Will say, the price of drinks and food is practically highway robbery but not a surprise

The Gorge Campgrounds have always been well taken care of during the events that I've attended here. We usually do general admission camping because we wind up getting there super early and get close to the Pivot area, but this year we chose to do premier and I genuinely do not think we'll be going back. The 24/7 showers and air conditioned bathrooms were AMAZING over the course of Bass Canyon, especially with the wildfire smoke rolling in heavily on Saturday and Sunday. I'm definitely wishing I had run this last year when it was 102~ Fahrenheit most of the days.

We saw Willie Nelson, John Cougar Mellencamp, Bob Dylan and Billy Strings, it was awesome. ✔️ #1 off the bucket list 😬

Went here for a festival and this is the best venue I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Organized and well thought out. Clean and safe.
