Goriffee Košická has a clear point of view—especially when it comes to their coffee philosophy. The beans are bright, acidic, and intentionally dialed toward a sharp, fruit-forward profile that some will find vibrant, while others (like me) may experience it as a bit too sour or vinegary, especially in a larger cup. This isn’t a mistake; it’s a style. It’s not my flavor profile, but it’s theirs—and they deliver it consistently. And while it’s not my go-to, I respect the clarity of their approach. For folks used to heavier, chocolatey, or more balanced cups, I’d suggest starting small to see how it sits.
Food’s quite good—fresh, often creative, though priced on the higher side. The space itself has a great neighborhood vibe: families, kids, older folks, people actually talking, not just scrolling. The outdoor seating makes it a genuinely nice spot to spend time.
Where it falters for me is the service. There’s a noticeable coolness—detached, a bit too hip for its own good, and not always welcoming. At these prices, that matters. But credit where it’s due: they know what they’re doing, and they stick to it.
