Came here for coffee to escape the Oktoberfest crowd and it was just what we needed! The coffee was amazing, the shop is so cute with lots of things to buy like On Cloud shoes and cute outfits. The staff was very friendly and the view on the patio is perfect.

Incredibly disappointed with Gorsuch’s customer service. I spoke to four different representatives regarding the same manner, and three were incredibly rude (particularly Joyce, who is apparently a manager). Two out of three items in my shipment were missing which amounted to $479 in value. I was told they checked the weight of the package so they were “sure” that they were sent and could do nothing for me because I didn’t have a picture of the cardboard box. I replaced the items on my own pending their investigation (which was never done). A discount was not even offered despite the fact that I have spent thousands of dollars in their store in the past. Gorsuch definitely does not follow the policy that the customer is always right. I was honestly appalled that not only were they not apologetic, they seem to blame me for the missing items. Incredibly disappointing from a high-end boutique where I have been a very loyal customer previously. Photo of box containing nothing but boots and catalog. Missing 2 items plus receipt.

THE place to go in Vail for coffee and Lunch in vail. Amidst the clothing they have a very cute café inside with the cheapest prices I have seen in the whole Breck/Vail area and they even serve Glühwein. Recommended!!

Such a fun stop. Very expensive but worth your time to check it out. Gorgeous merchandise and friendly staff. Super clean.

Such a lovely store! Amazing pieces and home decor items.

Google
Literally the worst customer service. Or a pair of Wagner ski pants from their website, they sent me the wrong size tried to charge me for a return. Never sent the return label the initial person I talk to you over the phone said she would give me a discount because it was their mistake. Next person I spoke to had no idea what she was talking about And of course, the ski pants went on sale directly at Bogner, but at that point since I was waiting for Gorsuch to get their act together My size sold out Dealt with a really whiny returns manager named Jessica W Who refused to help in any way shape or form? Like other posters, have said run away

This review is not rated for the amazing collection this store has despite the fact that some of the items are extremely overpriced and the quality is no better from other stores in this class. I am rating a service I was given during my visit to this store. The associate, not the one that was actually helping me, but one that was supervising her, was very condescending, rude, and disrespectful. Since there was no price tag on the item I planned to purchase, during the checkout, I was surprised how much that item costs. I politely told the associate that the price is more than I expected and will not purchase that item. Once her supervisor heard that, she made a rude remark while I was leaving. I don't like to confront people, but I do know that I will not shop at this store again. On the way back, I stumbled upon the new Swiss store and spent $3000. At that store, I found exactly what I needed, and the service was fenomenal. I don't mind spending money for something I believe is worth the price, but being patronized by your employee just because I opted out from buying due to the price is disrespectful.

For 30 years I have been shopping at Gorsuch in Vail Village. I love it, my daughters grew up going there, my husband knows if we are in Vail, we will be stopping in. We were in the store Christmas shopping and Suzy(spelling?) helped us with a special purchase. I have shopped with her help several times and she always goes far beyond the normal customer service, but this Christmas she blew me away with her assistance and friendliness and professionalism and made this purchase possible from start to final shipping. Can’t thank her and Gorsuch enough for providing a truly unique experience.

Yelp
My family and guests staying with us in Vail Valley where we live 4-5 months a year dropped in for a visit to discuss an issue with a product (a decorative candle) purchased at Gorsuch (Vail location) that we believe may have had a design flaw that caused the candle to catch fire. Although my experience in the store conveying the issue to the manager could have been better, it was eventually escalated to Gorsuch's Director of Operations and then to Renie Gorsuch, who co-founded the store with her late husband, Dave. The Director of Operations was very accommodating and helpful, showed sincere concern about my experience , and wanted to be as cooperative as possible in terms of sharing my experience with the vendor (manufacturer of the candle) to further investigate the candle's design and materials. I received a beautiful wooden and pewter serving piece as a goodwill gesture, which was much appreciated and as a sign of encouragement, that Gorsuch is trying hard to retain customers, instill a culture of friendliness among the store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting the challenges of a labor shortage. Thank you, Gorsuch!!

Yelp
Years ago, this was one of my favorite shops. Now the staff is rude (and the customers are obnoxious with lukewarm IQs) and the quality is sub-par. Just avoid it. Go directly to the brand or artist if there is something you want to purchase from Gorsuch.

Yelp
I tried to order online from Laura who said she was based in CO and she was not informed about the product, was rude and condescending, repeatedly interrupted me, and then cut me off. I recommend going elsewhere to purchase.

Yelp
I went into this store about 6 months ago and since then I've tried to hold back my commentary. I was thrilled to walk into this business as I have viewed it for a long time online. I unfortunately at the time had met the owner. Davey Gorsuch. He was a disgusting, rude and dishonest man. As I was walking up into the ladies section he made an extremely inappropriate comment to which an employee of his apologized for his behavior. I believe he was blonde and young. I don't appreciate the disgusting entitlement this man held. It was a horrible standard for their business. Truly I feel like he felt better than every single one of his employees. He bragged to others about how hard working and driven he was but when I had asked a question about products he dismissed me. Point is I think the owner should be the face of this business and at the end of the day with my experience I'm unfortunately not impressed nor ever returning. Gross and entitled. I'm adding to this. I just want to mention that me and my Grandma had came in here about seven years ago and my grandma so enamored by the store and had received the catalog for decades. While walking around we actually spoke to Renee. It's really sad to see that once the old owner had passed this place has turned to complete shit.

Yelp
For years, I have received Gorsuch magazines in the mail. This year, I was preparing for a trip to Europe, when I saw a linen dress in the Gorsuch magazine. I wasn't sure what size I was, so I bought a size small and a size medium. Planning on returning, whichever one didn't fit. Normally, I would not spend $600 on a dress, but I was excited about my big European trip and thought the dress would be perfect. The size medium was perfect, the size small I could barely try on. So, I am immediately packed up the size small and returned it. To my shock, I received that same dress, neatly and beautifully packaged in a box with a beautiful letter on professional stationary from Gorsuch. The letter stated that my return did not fall into their return policy guidelines. So, they gave me the dress back. Now, I found myself spending $1200 for one dress that fit. To say, I was not happy as an understatement. I had no idea how They were considering my return not within the guidelines, as I only tried the dress on and put it right back in the box to ship back. When I called Gage, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my address was not accepted for return, other than they said they thought it had a bit of a smell. What an insult! Also, what a lie! I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ever purchased. Eventually, I contacted an attorney and sent an email to letting them know. I was prepared to handle this legally as it was only Wrong. Then and only then, did they begrudgingly accept my Return. Lesson learned, never deal with this shady business!

Yelp
The service is terrible- with the elderly male salesmen being especially inattentive and rude. The selection is good very high end but a lot of the merchandise has a ridiculously unwearable Swiss alps/heidi vibe. Do not go here looking for value - it's an expensive store.

Yelp
My family and I walked into the Gorusch store at the four seasons tonight. The sale attendant working at that time failed to greet us and offered to help us. To be fair she did make an effort to answer our questions. Better customer service is expected at an establishment that sells high end products.

Susie K.

Yelp
Gorsuch has beautiful apparel and home goods. It was one of my favorite stores to browse and to purchase goods for more than 20 years. My family has bought everything there from skis to home goods and have been very happy with our purchases. The downward spiral happened recently when I tried to return a designer handbag that I purchased on sale because it was not in great condition. I didn't notice the imperfections until I went home. I tried to return it the next day at the Beaver Creek store but they wouldn't accept it because it was a sale item and they didn't carry it. I was told to return it to the Vail store, even though the store was owned by the same company. The clerk also said it was a final sale, and not returnable, but that was not stated on my receipt..which stated that returns were accepted within 10 days. I left and went to the Vail store a few days later. The clerk recognized me and said she had spoken to the clerk at the Beaver Creek store and curtly told me that the bag was a final sale and not returnable. I pointed out the damage and she finally agreed and gave me a gift card, which I gladly accepted. This was a truly terrible experience and I will not be going there again. Their loss!

Yelp
The customer service team is rude and doesn't care about customers I would not recommend buying from Gorsuch If I had the time and energy I would sue them as they misguide customers

Yelp
An absolutely fantastic store. Great quality, great selection, great location. I don't know a single person here by name, but have been in many, many, many times. A couple of my favorite homey things have been bought here. Homewares downstairs is always a joy to stroll through. That said, if it's your first time to Vail and you're touting your six figure income, um, it's Vail where billionaires have their 9th home, so no one cares (footnote: a previous post). The folks here are not rude, but there is a refined attitude. If you're looking for someone to bow to you, lol, good luck. As for service, Gorsuch is always on point. If you need help, just ask. I've never had an issue. So glad a store like theirs anchors a corner on the village's most prominent intersection.

Yelp
Went to get insoles for my boots. They did a great job on insoles. They offered to bump out my ankles. They bumped them out once, and I asked to bump out a little more on one boot. They got frustrated and said "I'm not getting paid for this" and bumped it out all the way to the maximum. Now the boots don't fit well and they are ruined.

Yelp
What I love about Gorsuch is that EVERYTHING they carry is of the highest quality, from clothes, to home decor, to accessories, to ski outfits. I especially like the cozy yet glamorous home furnishing area in the lower level. It's all very high end and consequently the prices reflect that but their merchandise is luxurious and special. Stop by and see for yourself!

Yelp
Great store in Vail Colorado with amazing retail items from all over Europe in the heat of vail village I recommend visiting the shop for very unique home of a kind upscale products. They also have a catalog to shop from as well

Nancy B.

Yelp
I called to order an item that appeared in two of their catalogs. They told me the price was $ 500. More than what was listed in the catalogs. Not right!

Alma H.

Yelp
Something is very strange at this shop. I loved a hod (a bucket used for putting in grapes that will later make wine) and my sales person, Reid. She agreed to hold the hod aside until I got home in five days with the measurements to see whether it would fit. Two days later, ,I get a phone call from a very imperious woman called Suzy at Goresuch. Suzy informed me that Reid was on vacation, and that the item could not be held. She went on to say that the owner of Goresuch did not want any home furnishings sold. Only she, Suzy, might be able to see if she could talk the owner into selling it. How likely is it that the owner of Goresuch wouldn't want a sale of $1,990??? Most unlikely. How likely is it that this Suzy person is trying to poach a sale that should be Reid's? Very likely. Disgusting. I am not going to buy the item. PS Owner sent me a long message that she doesn't want a review such as the one I wrote. She wants me to handle my negative experience by private communication with her. Seriously? She minimizes my bad experience and refuses to see how toxic an employee like Suzy is. The whole place is toxic. Shop elsewhere.

Lynne H.

Yelp
I have been shopping for years at different stores. I usually work with the online customer service people who try hard but no one keeps up the website as you place your order as it is on the site and then you wait only to be told the items are no longer available. This happens EVERY TIME!! Do not waste your money or your time giving this company anything as they don't tell the truth and provide a BAD client experience...no follow up, lots of turn over and frankly they don't seem to care at all. So I will save a lot of money now thanks to their lack of service or integrity.

Yelp
I bought my ski coat from Gorsuch online a few years back so I thought it'd be fun to check out the store in-person. My adult daughters and I wandered in last weekend and found the store was basically empty. There were 2 young employees lounging on a chair near the door, chatting and looking at their phones. Another couple were near the back of the store. Not one of them looked up, asked if we needed help, smiled, or acknowledged us at all. For such a high-end establishment, I was shocked at the awful customer service. Happy to take my business elsewhere....

Yelp
Stellar and quality Mountain shopping here. Stop in and browse - at least. The consider acquiring anything from this worldly shop.

Yelp
Just came in looking around on Christmas Day and in the men section a male attendant was upset people kept coming in the store. Then said do these people have families to be with. Got a bad vibe and left.

Yelp
I am giving this 5 stars due to the quality of items. I found the coat of my dreams here and around every corner there was another piece I fell in love with. I didn't know what to expect, as I had never been to Gorsuch, but it's an upscale shop with clothing designers including Missoni and Brunello Cucinelli. There seemed to be something for everyone with the budget (or lack there of as most clothing pieces are over a grand). I was here in March so there was an adorable display of Easter gifts including the most beautiful, delicate, hand painted Easter eggs. Head downstairs for the sale section.

Yelp
This review is for the Online division. I ordered a helmet online with Gorsuch. After waiting 2 weeks with no contact from the company and me having to call TWICE and the first response from customer service was that the helmet was in Park City but the store is closed and then the second call, oh we are doing inventory and have no idea what is in our live inventory, but let me call Aspen and Park City and then I am on hold for over 10 minutes and then WOW no helmet available. Seriously? When I asked for any future compensation the customer service person said she could offer free shipping on my next order. And today I got another email about their new sale. How can they be sending out marketing emails when they have no idea what their live inventory has? Irresponsible and great way to upset customers. Won't be shopping online or in any of your stores in the future. Worst (or lack of) customer service I have experienced in a long time.
google avatar

Jamie B.

Yelp
Imagine this store as if the queen had a rummage sale coupled with an explosion of cruella deville's closet. Such overpriced gawdy things, I wouldn't set foot in here unless you plan to drop a g. Lots of overpriced candles, old lady smelling perfumes, bejeweled fur coats everywhere.

Original R.

Yelp
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I can't speak for the whole staff but the two middle aged white guys who "helped" us were extremely rude. When I didn't like the $1000 boots they were trying to sell me, they insisted that I was wrong and they wouldn't sell me any other products since "it's their job to know what I need." They ridiculed other customers for not knowing small technicalities and had a horrible attitude the whole time. Never ever ever shop here

Peter B.

Yelp
They have a very efficient way to advertise their products, and that is how we ended up buying from their catalog. However, purchasing a high end Bogner women's ski jacket and then realizing that it was made in China was more than disappointing.
google avatar

Matthew J.

Yelp
The items in this store are beautiful and you probably don't need them - but you will ending up wanting them... quite badly. Unfortunately, they will cost you hundreds and thousands of dollars. Want a sweater? $129.95. Want a bird-shaped napkin holder? $32.50. How about a bag of chocolates? Well, that'll cost you $14.95. Don't even get me started on the leather, cashmere, and silk goods... I was blown away. Welcome to Vail! Spend more - now with snow!!! I will say - the employees here were very friendly.

Julie K.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about the service we received here. We had made a reservation to rent skis at vail sports and were disgusted by the skis they tried to give us. We ran to Gorsuch to see options. They were amazing. So friendly, patient and understanding. They did everything right including finding us skis in great condition. All the guys were amazing especially Connor and Adam!

Laura W.

Yelp
I believe the staff is very knowledgeable of their products and make great suggestions. Be open with what you are looking for and they can really help. It is high end and European brands but I believe you get what you pay for. Special thanks to Natalie and Christy. Actually, all of the staff have been great.
google avatar

Ellen P.

Yelp
Overpriced. Least accommodating staff on hand. Almost everything in this store can be bought online via Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdales or Neiman Marcus. This is the only store where you have to work to get the Sales Associate attention. Better off taking your business elsewhere.
google avatar

Bryan S.

Yelp
I just don't get it. Here's a shop that takes advantage of their Vail location and gets cutesy with the clock-tower, etc. to charge the "mountain price" for everything. You can get everything they sell at other shops in Vail for a much lower price -- although the owners of the other shops weren't OLYMPIANS fifty years ago. As I think about it, the thing I most detest about Gorsuch is Renie Gorsuch. I know some Gorsuch employees (past and present), most of whom describe her as a kind of "Bitch of Buchenwald". I know she can be extremely sweet and effusive when she needs to but apparently she can turn vicious - especially to those "below" her. IMO, there are plenty of great shops in Vail. Why bother going here?

Yelp
Bought a Bogner ski jacket which turned out to be of very poor quality- loosing down and covering me in white down. Called the store spoke with Betty who told me to send it back and they sent it to Bogner US under warranty. Hard to belive but Bogner decided that this was OK and sent the jacket back to me because there was nothing for them to do and Becky from Gorsuch was acting like she was personally offended because I did not like to be covered in down every time I will wear this jacket. In the end I sent the jacket to the owner of Bogner in Munich, Germany with pictures of how much down was on my fleece after a day of wearing this jacket and asked for a replacement or refund. Never heard from Bogner for more than a month and then Becky being as unpleasant as she could informed me that they will send me a refund which I just received. Of course in the end they nickel and dimmed me of $29.74. Why $29.74? I do not know since nobody from Bogner had the decency to call me...Lost all respect for this brand which is selling overpriced chinese clothing of dubious quality and as far as Grouch is concerned and Becky: unpleasant to deal with. Gorsuch should have made up the difference and give me a full refund - it is like they refunded me the price of the item but kept the sales tax. Shame on you Grouch. /Users/danbeer/Desktop/IMG_0046.jpg /Users/danbeer/Desktop/IMG_0047.jpg

Yelp
Preston (tall blond ponytailed guy) has single handedly motivated me to bring all of our group's business to Double Diamond in LionsHead. I have never met someone so arrogant and frankly can't see how Billy keeps him around. I hope Jeff Gorsuch reads this... 3 people from our group got new skis + bindings, 2 got boots and it all went to Double Diamond. This is a wonderful family business and they have deep roots in Aspen and Vail. My family has been shopping there for years and we've been happy to support them through good times and bad. To be very clear, my review is specific to the Vail boot / ski operation. The customer service is horrendous.

Rohit D.

Yelp
Bought a new pair of skis, bindings, and boots from Gorsuch and beyond happy with the experience - before, during, and even after the purchase. To begin with, they went through an extremely personalized process to select and fit the boots/insoles to my feet to ensure maximum comfort. Then, when I wanted to purchase the pair of Armada skis that I had demo'd through them but they were out of stock, one of the employees gave up the unopened, unmounted pair that he had initially reserved for himself. Finally, when I had an issue with those skis later in the season (at no fault of Gorsuch), they sent them back to Armada free of charge and handled the warranty claim on my behalf to eventually secure a brand-new pair of skis for me. This level of customer service is truly unrivaled and I could not recommend them more highly.
google avatar

Jeff M.

Yelp
Some amazing getups in this store. I have to imagine the people watching in here is pretty epic during the season. There were free cookies, but the cocoa dispenser was empty. :( Note: the cookie was the only item in the store I could afford.

Yelp
When in Vail, AM and I spend quality time shopping together. Gorsuch is one of our favorite stores to check out for many reasons. First and foremost, just to see their exquisite furnishings for the home, the cashmere sweaters, the Tyrolean jackets. We have this multi-level store scoped out and know right where our favorite items are displayed. Second because they have a beautiful catalog which you can pick up in the store. One year we saw them photographing the models at our ultra secret camping spot in the world and they let A's daughter check out the makeup and dressing room. The girl's were lounging in expensive long johns with cute boots. Third for pure entertainment. Gorsuch does have beautiful ski clothes. However, they know their clientele and also stock some of the most expensive, gaudiest ski wear in the world. We usually have a laughing fit in this section. (A note to my fellow Texans: Please read my profile and you know I know what I am talking about when I say, please no matter how much it tugs on the strings of a heart that pumps burnt orange blood, do not buy the orange and white Texas Longhorn ski suit with gold stars and fringe. It really does not look good on the slopes) And lastly but also worth two stars....Gorsuch has a certain market it sells to and as I said, they know their clientele and this reads, their prices are very high. However, between seasons when the tourists leave, they have incredible sales. For example, several years ago I purchased a pair of apre ski boots marked $365 during season and I paid $80 because they were the only pair left and they happened to be my size. SCORE! And because their merchandise is so classic, it stays in style forever. 5 stars all away a round.

Irina L.

Yelp
This is a review for ski boot purchasing and fitting experience. After visiting a rental shop, two boot shops and trying on 14 pairs of boots I ended up at Gorsuch. The problem I was having is that my toes would go numb and fall asleep in less than 10 min in any pair of boots. Preston at Gorsuch immediately calmed me down about my problem, where as other boot guys said I should consult with a doctor. He knew I needed extra room about my ankle bones. He placed adhesive foam pads and heat fitted the liners and boots to my feet. I still wasn't convinced, so he told me to go home and let my feet rest and return in the AM. Next day, I bought the $700 pair of boots. Skied in them, came back each day for four days for adjustments. Billy was there each, more than happy to help. Ground out the shell a few times and flared the calf. On last day, my feet felt so great I could have kissed him. To

Yelp
Gorgeous store with the loveliest and very expensive ski fashion and sportswear. The customer service was top notch and it's fun to just browse, and hope for sales! I would say the prices are just the same as other american shops for European coats; for example a Moncler coat here costs the same as it does in Bloomingdales or the Moncler USA Stores. The US just has a european price markup. Not everyone can travel to Europe to buy european brands.. Definitely worth a look if you are in Vail and enjoy shopping and luxury skiwear.

Yelp
When I am in Vail I like to stop in Gorsuch to shop. I went in today with my family and my sons were trying ski coats. There were 3 people working in that department, however not one acknowledged us or asked if they could help. My son wanted to try on a jacket that was on the mannequin so I asked a lady where we could find those jackets. She was not happy having to locate the jacket for us, She pulled out the jacket and laid it on the chair and walked away. She never talked to us. It seemed that we were not worth her time. We were in that department for at least 45 minutes. My one son found leather gloves to purchase, so I went to the ski rental desk and a nice guy helped us. He was super friendly and helpful and chatted with us about our hometown. My other son wanted to try on a ski jacket so we went back to the mens department again. He found the jacket and was trying it on. Again, no one acknowledged, welcomed or even looked at us. So Ww were trying to find a price tag but could not.. I go up to the desk to ask the same women for the price. She found the price and abruptly showed me then went back to doing whatever she was doing. Apparently Gorsuch does not need the money so customer service is not part of the hiring process. My money is just as green as everyone else's so I am not sure why we are always ignored. It is so disappointing to have this terrible experience. I guess they cater to an elite group and I am not in the club.

Yelp
My son was at a race camp in Vail a few weeks ago and blew out a binding. Gorsuch and Ski Club Vail came to my rescue with a loaner binding on the spot. Thank so much to Billy the GM at Gorsuch and Paul at Ski Club Vail for making my son's camp a memorable experience! I appreciate the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and ski racer support! I highly recommend Gorsuch Vail Village and will hold fond memories of that experience. 5 STARS to you!

Yelp
Amazingly beautiful clothing...amazing prices, too. Sigh. Great little items for gifts, however. ...and unlike some of the Vail shops, the employees were super friendly, helpful, talkative...did not dismiss us! ; ) Love their Henley shirts ...to die for! Wish I had a reason to buy one ...they are one of the few affordable clothing items ...

Yelp
I will never buy any clothes from this company. All of the jackets are made with real Animal fur. Do you know the suffering animals go through? Electrocuted in the mouth. Trapped in steel traps, with them chewing off their leg to get away. Most are skinned alive. No animal should have to suffer this way.

Yelp
I have purchased items from the stores in Aspen, and Vail in addition to items from the online site. I have always received outstanding customer service, and have had no problems with returns or exchanges. The quality of their merchandise is extremely high, and worth the cost. They carry all of the top brands. Tip- If you wait until the later half of the season (March-April) there is an awesome sale. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to shop at Gorsuch.

Yelp
3 orders canceled in a short period of time and they just say "sorry". This is an "upscale" boutique acting like Walmart. The offer no substitutions or gift cards for their errors or for wasting my time. I've had it with this business and no longer intend on shopping here anymore.

Yelp
Having the money to shop in a store like this and wanting to are very different things. My family grew up in our Vail homes and as a child we frequented this store. Over time they have let their egos get the best of them. The owners and staff are impeccably rude and will not hesitate talk down to any tourist they feel is not worthy. This is not high fashion, they have taken gaudy crap and thrown a high price on it so that "new money" will pay for it to simply give their ego a boost. It is sad.

Yelp
I have ordered from Gorsuch for years. They're my favorite for ski related apparel. You can't beat their apres-ski look. I buy online a lot, but also like to stop by their store when I'm in the mountains.

Yelp
The worst shopping experience ever! The Staff on both men's and women's floor were so rude and unhelpful. I felt they were trying to push us out of the store. We ended up buying from Pepe's instead. Will never shop here again and have canceled my catalog subscription. Gorsuch is not worth it. And it just took them 6 months to Apologize! Ridiculous.

Yelp
just arrived at 6:45pm to a posted 7pm closing time and locked door. The lady was rude and told us that we could come back at 10am the next day. Too bad- we'll be gone tomorrow and had planned to do some serious shopping. Great store owned by a great CO. family, but quite frequently rude and dismissive staff. This evening we spent $9,000 at several competing stores in the village. Unfortunate experience for two long-time, old CO. family customers.

Yelp
I had my worst experience doing online shopping with Gorsuch. There was problem charging my credit card. The customer service didn't try to solve any problem at all, but blame me for not having my card information matching my card even though I tried several of my cards and nothing works with them. It shocked me that a high end fashion store would have such poor technical support and extremely poor attitude in customer service. Very disappointed.
