Cute hotel with charming and quirky interior, surrounded by nice nature. Cozy, clean and comfortable rooms. But the winner is definitely the restaurant. Their tasting menu is Michelin level, the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Would definitely return!

I stayed at Görvälns Slott and had such a great time! The place is gorgeous, with lovely grounds that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The rooms are super cozy and stylish, combining modern comfort with a touch of luxury.|The staff were fantastic—friendly and always ready to help with whatever we needed. The food was a highlight, too, with fresh and delicious dishes that made every meal special.|If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went to Görväln for a two day conference. The place is truly amazing, the rooms and the surrounding area. The food however, can be better. As a vegan, I must say that the meals are super poorly thinking. The breakfast does not have fruits, no vegan yogurt, and some roasted mushrooms (amazing) were so few and they didn't make enough for me and my friends.

The perfect place to get away for a night or two. It’s was my second time here and I will definitely come back. Beautiful castle with unique style and decor. All rooms are individually styled with a luxurious touch and the most comfortable beds you can imagine. The castle it self had a long and exciting history and we felt the presence of old times lurking in the background. The surroundings are amazing and there are nice trails all around the castle area. The castle has its own gardens where all the flowers come from and the flower arrangements are worth a visit just for themselves 🌺🌸🌺 the castle is an “adults only” hotel, so a perfect getaway with your partner or friends. It feels far away but Stockholm City is close by in car. 100% recommended

This is a dream come true! I love staying at heritage and princess kind of hotels, and this one ticked all the boxes for me. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings of the slott (castle), repurposed into a hotel, will transport you to a wonderland. The rooms are boutique and you got to stay in each one to experience it. My room had a small walk in/ welcome area before entering the bedroom. The bathroom had a heated floor. The dinner was set up outside in a closed tent and was delicious! The service all the way from when you arrive till you leave is just perfect. Just walking down to the edge of Lake Malaren in the evening will bring you the much needed solace!

Great location and beautifully decorated rooms all through. The problem begins with cleaning (bathroom waste basket not emptied), an overall slow and inexperienced service and food that did not meet my expectations. Got the feeling that they were short on staff or just inexperienced and not sure what went on in the kitchen. The dining area is quite small but they managed to add extra tables with hard wooden chairs not the same as the rest, not a good idea and very uncomfortable. The place has great potential but they have to rethink a few things and perform much better.

Great location no matter the season. Rooms are awesome but expensive 2500+ SEK. Service is really professional but I would've liked more detailed info about my weekend package. 4 course dinner was really good and the breakfast as well. Plenty to choose from. Room had a safe where I could fit my laptop and I was surprised to find a steamer for my wrinkly clothes :). Overall it's a great place to stay for a day or two!
