Stari Pisker Tavern and Pub

Amazing food and Service! The location is very cozy, comfortable and down to earth for a Gault Millau awarded Restaurant. We absolutely recommend a visit there. If you're ever around Celje, pay the Stari Pisker Steakhouse a visit! Their food is delicious and the cooks and waiters know their stuff. The best sweet potato fries I ever had.

This time we ordered pork ribs and platter to go- yes it is an option! .It was perfect, we really love this place and it is our must stop when traveling close to Celje. Must stop for meat lovers - pork ribs are our absolute favourite followed by burgers and platter.

Would love to give it 4.5⭐️ Stunning Gambas Very good burger. Service excellent. Try their house beer. Only gripe; they had Julio Iglesias on repeat. And I under a speaker.🤦‍♂️

Great food, best steak and burgers, normal prices.

food and service was good, can be better. atmosphere was loud. didn’t give the table we asked for falsely claiming it was reserved. ate bone marrow, beef tartar and caviar and had stomach upset for two days. not sure what was the cause. i enjoyed bone marrow, the burgers looked alright but we didn’t eat. we won’t revisit. but other customers seem to dig into fat & carbs heavy diet. edit: i initially gave them 4 stars. the pathetic owner of the establishment threatened the reviewer in return. these people need to learn service and courtesy. as a result of such behavior, i am forced to reduce my ranking to 1-star. maybe they will learn a lesson and be humble.

We had burgers at Stari Pisker, and they were absolutely amazing! The flavors, quality, and presentation were top-notch. We definitely recommend making a reservation, as the place was packed when we arrived, and we had to sit outside. Still, the experience was great, and we’d love to come back and try more from their menu!
