Gostilna Mihovc

Loved our dinner on day 1, so had dinner there for our next 3 nights (creatures of habit!) Had a repeat of our fav food for our last night! Yes best Trout I had thus far in Slovenia. The portions were reasonable not too large Mushroom soup was delicious too. Food super fresh! Service from the diligent 2 servers, (especially) Martins for us n Tara was personable. Agreed to a group shot on our last good bye. They told us to come again !

Must-visit place if you are in the Bohinj area! The staff is so great – nice, helpful, attentive, knows the menu very well. Service was really quick even when the restaurant was completely full in the evening and we only waited a few minutes for our food. We liked the food so much that we decided to stay longer in the area so that we could eat lunch there the next day. Shank, trout (both on risotto and with potato salad) and chicken with mushroom sauce are delicious. Mushroom soup is a must-try if you like mushrooms. And definitely try their house radler!

It's a very spacious mountain restaurant. We escaped rain and it was the only thing around. It's a bit hard to find parking in front of the restaurant , but across from it there is an empty space where you can leave your car. The beef soup was okay a bit lacking in spice, mushroom soup was good.

Great food and the attention goes beyond great! We came for dinner and the waiter did good recommendations and small talk even when the place was full and busy. Great experience and fair prices for the quality. Try the walnut strukjli!

We traveled trough the whole Slovenia and this was the best food experience in this country. 🍴 Cheese pizza was super cheezy, schnitzel was so delicate and the sousuage was just sooo delicious! 😋 If we ever come back to Stara Fužina, this is our choice number one for sure. Btw ladies, waiters here are super hot.🤫

We walked by and took a chance on this quaint little restaurant and we were sooo happy we did! The service was excellent. The food was local and absolutely delicious! My husband tried the local sausage and I had the schnitzel and they did not disappoint! We also tried their locally made lemon-infused Radler and it was so delicious. Highly recommend you try it here!

Excellent restaurant on the road. The staff was very nice, we had food and drink right on the table, all pure and styl. We left the bikes in front of the business, everything OK.

We had dinner here two nights in a row, and everything we tried was delicious. Great value with large portions, nice house wine and beers, everything was clean, and above all the service was excellent. Thank you Matic and best wishes to the whole team!
