Restaurant & Wine Bar Murka

Mushroom soup is best ever, and that’s coming from a Kennett Square PA USA resident! Then the baked octopus & lamb shank was served, oh my, why did we wait until the last day of our visit to enjoy a meal here? The menu has a wide range of entrees.

Our guide took us here for dinner tonight. Everything was pre- ordered for us so we had no choices to make. Salad came very quickly. Before we could even take a bite of salad the main course was served to us. Why the rush sine the restaurant was no close to being full? One waiter unpleasant. The other very nice. The pork was tasty, the mashed potatoes good, a decent but not very memorable meal.

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. We waited over an hour between the starter and the main course. I ordered the sea bass, which according to the menu was supposed to come with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and polenta. Instead, I was served a sea bass with a questionable polenta covered in sauce and some ravioli with a strange dressing that I couldn't even eat. When we pointed out the obvious mistake to the waiter, he apologized and said he had spoken to the chef, only to inform us that the menu had changed today — without anyone bothering to let us know beforehand. To top it all off, the bill was ridiculously high (€60) with no discount or apology for the mess. An absolute disaster from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely amazing experience! Beautiful space full of breathtaking meals with flavorful taste, great wine, fantastic employees and very cozy atmosphere! As a tourist who is doing my best to not fall into those “tourist trap restaurants” I can highly recommend this one since it’s nothing like that. Spent here a long lunch date with family during heavy raining and the waiter even called taxi for us so we could get to our place without ending up like human waterfall! Such a nice place in Bled with lovely energy 🤍❤️ thank you, so grateful

Everything was good, in my opinion a good balance between quality and price. The only thing is the house wine, the red one it tastes really bad. I suggest the mushrooms soup and beef goulash, gorgeous portions. I enjoied the meal in this beautiful location.

This place was a real surprise. Great food and lovely atmosphere. Staff take great care in presenting food well and there is a great selection. We got there early in the evening and it was quiet. We were served really quickly, but by the time we left it was busy and the staff seemed to be struggling.

Lovely restaurant with outdoor covered seating. Service is excellent. Food solid. Off the beaten path from the lake and a nice respite. They have a small children’s menu which is nice (chicken nuggets with French fries €9 for example).

You smell the delicious food straight from the entrance, really cosy here, very kind personal, for every dish there is a wine recommendation, which i liked a lot. The interior is all wooden and this gives me the Christmas feeling already in October. Thank you, it was a pleasure to be here (the Bled cake was amazing!). 😊
