Gostilna Švab

Nice little Karst restaurant. We had a 4 course menu: 2 different soups, main dish - 3 different home made pastas, salad, and dessert.

We stopped here with a group. We got their special soup and after that also green salad and tomato and also a plate with peas, grilled potatoe, and two kinds of meat. We recommend Gostilna Švab and will come again next time to try also a-la-carte food.

Very nice and friendly place in a beautiful valley of Hrastovlje with typical Istrian food. You must try all the dishes: starters, main, deserts and of course homemade wine. Everything was good and portions were big. Definitely recommend it to all who like typical Istrian food and atmosphere.

After a full day of sight seeing in Trieste, this was a great place to stop for a meal. Suggested by our cousin who organized the day. Excellent choice. Great food. Beautiful location.

Good food, Istrian vibes, cool people. Had the beef soup, and Ombolo. Yummy. The home made fresh bread was excellent with the cooked ham in olive oil. Prices were fair. Good value for big portions. Will return on my next visit.

Super nice little restaurant where the schnitzel is so tasty and the truffle ravioli is delicious. The traditional fuzi is also very nice. We really enjoyed this restaurant
