The hotel is centrally located and has a nice classic finish. Rooms are clean.||The breakfast is a complete disaster. Bread is stale and not fresh. No toaster available. The hot selection is very poor and although we arrived at 9.00 am and closes at 10.00am finished items were rarely replaced. A photo taken at 9.15 am is attached. ||We were charged for keeping the luggage in the luggage room without being informed beforehand. ||The hotel had entertainment till 2.00am and from level 2 we could hear everything.

Location is great, you can easily reach both marina promenade and railway from the hotel (on the other hand the town itself is not that big anyway).|The room was a bit small however clean and neat, bathroom was very nice decorated too. There was no water on the first night of our stay though but it wasn't hotel's fault. |Breakfast was good and tasty with fair variety of dishes.|Overall was a good stay.

I really liked the maybe little bit old fashioned decoration of this hotel.||The room was tidy. When I arrived, at first I was given a key to a room, which was not free! Not nice to know, that someone strange could get a key to my room and take my things.||Breakfast was good and plentiful.||Free WiFi. It was quite complicated to get it work at first, but the reception staff was very kind and always ready to help. One young man in the reception said that he can speak Finnish, when I first tried to speak Russian. And he really spoke perfect Finnish.||||But one big minus as well. In the cafe on the cellar level we noticed from our bill, that the prices in the bill are more expensive than in the menu. When we said that to the waiter, the explanation was that it is an old menu! This is not acceptable.

Feels like a refurbished late 80s building. Rather florid and dated decor. But the breakfasts were fine, the room was clean enough, the shower worked and so did the wifi eventually.||Helpful and efficient staff.||It's OK. A passing-through type of place you won't remember fondly or badly.

A large centrally located business/ tour group hotel with in easy reach of the marina promenade and railway station. Reception staff spoke english and were very helpful with directions and taxi. The room was clean and neat, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was help your self buffet style with a fair variety of dishes.

The building is beautyful! Nice breakfast (what someone earlier complained about has obviously been fixed) with champagne! The room I had had clearly some moisture issues, 4 days later and I'm still caughing. Next time I will ask for a room on the newer side, this one was on the eastern wing on the fourth floor. The gym isn't a part of the hotel, but a well equipped but small and crowded public gym. One time = 500rbl.
