Got Juice

Service was great. Food was low quality. I got the dragonfruit bowl- too much sugar in the frozen dragonfruit blend (which I thought would be fresh), the granola, and the peanut butter. The bananas and strawberries were fresh, but all together the quality tasted cheap, unfortunately.

My daughter brought me here to grab a drink before our hike. It's a small shop but it's clean. The owner was kind and answered any questions we had. There is even a cute little spot inside for a picture opportunity. I ordered the invigorator and added an apple to it. It was absolutely delicious and gave me the extra boost I needed to start my morning. I'm usually a coffee person, but this was a healthier and tasty substitute.

Low key local juice spot. Acai bowl is solid, their juices are solid, recommended.

Had a great workout and came in here for a refreshing recovery shake. Highly recommend the Old Faithful shake with protein and opted for Almond butter instead of Peanut butter. It was delicious! The staff are also super friendly. It's really nice to have such a great Juice Bar in our town!

Came all the way here from Detroit, MI and when I say I want to move here just for the this Juice place OMG THE BEST!!!!!!! So FRESH and GOOD!!!! GREAT customer service so nice even gave me great advice on my meal preps and working out … this place is a hidden gem!!! You must try!!!!!! I’ll be back very very soon and my first stop will be here for sure!!!

I tried to call got juice first before I made this review, but I don’t know what kind of bananas they are using in here but it’s a no no I chewed it and than literally had to spit the banana right out my mouth it is so nasty it’s a weird type of texture like paper or something all I know if that I will not be back. I use to come here all the time but this here is unacceptable, I ordered the ácai bowel for me and my sun on 1-30-2022 @ around 12:23 pm and was execited to order but those bananas are terrible and they did not make it how they usually make it, we had less fruit than usual though they were really nice but wow I hope they get it together and get rid of those nasty so-called bananas because one thing I don’t like is hybrid fruit created in a lab no thanks! No seeds no eats over here

Got Juice is Sooooooo good!!!! Me and my sun came here on 04-24-2021 we got the Açaí Bowls OMG it was so good and delicious Waaaayyyy better than Jam b Juice! Got Juice is not stingy they give you a lot or enough man this is the best I’ve had also the customer service was on point, if I had a little bit more than what I had I would had tipped them for sure when I come back I will leave a tip when I have more to offer! I Love this place, got juice keep up the amazing work you guys here are amazing 😉

This place is a very solid juice and smoothie shop. It's very small, essentially just the counter and a waiting area with a bench. But this makes it the perfect grab and go place because the service was very quick. I got the Chile Verde smoothie and the Paradise smoothie. Both were packed with flavor and made me feel very healthy.

It's a very clean spot that's priced right, too. Terrell, the owner, was on hand to make my green juice which was DELICIOUS. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area and made several recommendations for local businesses. Fun fact: He owns the gym next door. I'd recommend this spot to everyone and will return next time I'm craving juice, a bowl, or a smoothie in Oakland. Love that it's Black-owned.

I had a craving for juice and an açaí bowl, and this was highly rated on Yelp. It's a cool little tiny unassuming spot, blink and you'll probably miss it. The girl working at the front was super nice and chill. She had her headphones on either listening to music or working on her laptop, which was a vibe. Got the 24 Karat Juice and an Açaí Bowl. Both items were good , albeit on the sweeter side especially the bowl. So if you enjoy sweeter items, this'll be your jam. Prices were ok, so hopefully their items were of high quality, but tough to know since I'm guessing most items are in the fridge/frozen. If you're in the area, try it out and support locally owned businesses.

I stopped by on Easter Sunday with friends and we got bowls and smoothies. The dragon fruit bowl was so delicious and for the price, I'm already looking forward to when I can return next. There was only one person working at the time but he was very friendly! The place is small inside but there is a bench to sit and enjoy but no guaranteed seating. We just stopped by but I will surely be back to try other bowls, juices, and smoothies too! I highly recommend this place :)

Was craving a smoothie. This was very close to the library where me and my son go to every Tuesday and Thursday. Waited for the smoothie. There was a man there working alone but very polite. Parking is street parking need to pay. But I was able to find a parking and secure two smoothies. I liked my smoothie and my son liked his. Looks like they use premium ingredients and care about you as an individual.

Small place that's easy to miss, but definitely worth taking the time to find. Menu has a lot of sweet fruit based drinks but there are good options at an okay price. I got the chili verde with light cayenne and it was actually one of the best smoothies I ever had. Service was good. There was only one person working but she was nice and getting the job done.

We went yesterday as we were becoming bored with our local (SL / CV) options. It's a little hard to find (right at the crosswalk) but no outward signage, but it's a real hidden treasure. A delightful young man made us the best juices and smoothies that were fresh and legit! Will definitely go back. They do it right!

Literally come here just to get my açaí bowl fix. The location is small but cute. There's minimal seating so I usually grab and go. Service is standard, friendly, and helpful. Glad this establishment knows how to make an amazing bowl - I know some places who get a little creative (adding peanut butter and dried fruit). GJ makes it the way I like it! The fruit toppings are always sweet and the granola is delicious. No frills, always consistent, will return.

This was our first time here. Finally was in the area during their open hours. The gentleman helped my hubby pick out a smoothie. And prepared the drinks fairly quickly. I think we found our new favorite smoothie spot! I got the Tropical Lush. It is perfectly blended. Not too thick and not too watery. It was a perfect balance of sweet and tang. So delicious! It was happiness with each sip. My husband got the Old Faithful... and oh my gosh! It's a Reese's peanut butter cup in a smoothie form! It was so good! My husband kept saying, "it's really good" after every sip. I feel like that's a sin to taste like a chocolate peanut butter milkshake... but I think I found a way for the kids to like smoothies!

Gluten and dairy free here! I had the old faithful with almond butter and it cured all of my cravings and gave me the perfect amount of energy to get through the morning with two teenagers. It's easy to miss so slow down and watch out for the small shop. The gentleman working gave me very great descriptions of all the smoothies I asked about and helped me pick the right one. Can't wait to go back! Only suggestion I have is to offer almond milk as oats can upset sensitive stomachs (and we are everywhere these days due to our staple food supply). Still 5 stars because of friendly helpful service and the bombest smoothie.

I want to start off by saying the taste of the items I ordered were good, an açaí bowl and smoothie. I do think the açaí bowl was pre made because it was frozen when I received it. I wanted to try this spot because it is close to where I live and I saw good reviews. The place looks ran down, inside and out. The gentleman that was working looked like he rolled out of bed and did multiple unclean things. He did put gloves on when making the açaí bowl but then took his phone out of his pocket with the gloves on. He dropped a berry on the floor, so I hope he rewashed it. He took his gloves off to make my boyfriends smoothie. When making my boyfriends smoothie, he got peanut butter on the top of his hand and then licked it off (I don't think he saw that we saw him). Lastly, they use a squeeze bottle for the peanut butter (like restaurants use for condiments like ketchup and mustard). He was refilling that bottle and peanut butter dripped down bottle where you hold it (he wasn't wearing gloves during this and didn't wash his hands before starting our order) and he scooped it back up with a spoon and put it into the bottle. I won't be back.

A Friday that's also a payday, coupled with great customer service, this is an amazing way to start your day let alone weekend! Very simple yet cute and welcoming ambiance. Love my go to smoothie. Thanks y'all!

Great Acai bowl. Ordered ahead and order was ready when I arrived. Fruit was fresh, Acai was really good. Definitely will come back.

Delicious, healthy drink! I got green goddess, jolly green and the rehabilitator. They were so addicting, I could not put my drink down! Great way to get your greens and vitamins. $9 a cup may seem expensive but for green juice and the size you're getting, I thought it was worth the price. juicing on your own also takes a lot of ingredients. Yelp says the store is closed on Sunday but it was open when I went! The service was friendly!

Fun juices and smoothies, health focused but also with pizzazz. Cute shop, mostly walk in and buy some juice but also have a little table in the side walk. If you're feeling brave grab a ginger shot - great for immunity boost! This black owned business was opened during the pandemic, supporting this neighborhood and those in it!

I was in the neighborhood and was DESPERATE for a post workout smoothie and this place HIT so GOOD. i got their mango drink and oooo so creamy and delicious. Not too sweet and i was able to chew on the small mango chunks in it which i loved. They have a cute green backdrop for your pictures so i ofc took some time tryna take a cute one. There isn't any sitting space cuz it's more of like a grab and go place! Going to definitely come back for another smoothie after a workout!

This darn pandemic is really messing with me! I had waited SO LONG for this store to open. And now I found out that it has been open for months. I just didn't leave the house much ‍ Anyway, I was a few houses down at my chiropractor and popped in to check Got Juice out on my way home. The storefront is very inviting, the store itself is more functional. But all looks very clean and the service was friendly. I got the Black Magic smoothie that comes out grey due to the charcoal powder. But don't let the optics fool you, it's delicious! Total meal replacement though, I think I can easily skip lunch today I will definitely be back and try all the other yummy drinks - and maybe an açaí bowl

Hidden gem in Oakland, reasonable prices, and healthy! I think I got the old faithful smoothie, it was so good, cacao and cinnamon yum!

I was craving a refreshing green juice. And I found this cute shop, that delivered. I got the green Goddess, as well as the Dragonfruit bowl. Both were delicious. Their service was fast, and their customer service was excellent. I would definitely go back, the next time I'm in the area.

Wow...interesting and unfortunate. This is only my second time here and as someone mentioned before, I was the sole customer, and was totally ignored by the young lady as she prepared other orders and did whatever else for several minutes before coming to the counter. Definitely lacking customer service skills.

This little hole in the wall is too cute. I stopped in because I wanted something different then what Jamba juice had to offer and this place did not disappoint. I got the Tropical Lush and asked to have spinach added to it and boy was it delicious!! The owner was so nice and the customer service here is on point. My smoothie was made fast and I was even offered samples of a few other smoothies while I waited and that will definitely have me back for more. My smoothie was reasonably priced too. $8 is kind of a steal, especially with me adding additions. This little hole in the wall is too cute, very clean and well organized. And I absolutely LOVED the picture wall. "I got juiced" and you should too.

I'm obsessed with açaí bowls right now so I try them everywhere I go. I've seen a lot of people posting about this place and I live close so I dropped in with my daughter after daycare. I got the cleaner juice to accompany my açaí bowl and I was really happy with the taste of both. I was able to watch them make the juice and it doesn't get much fresher than this! The juice was bomb but I removed one start because it was room temperature. I was able to bring it home and once it was cold my toddler and I drank it in like 2 minutes The açaí bowl was perfect! The texture of the açaí, the temperature, the honey No complaints. The only thing stopping me from coming here everyday is parking.

Yum. Great smoothie today. I loved the "green ivy," refreshing! Wish the cups and straws were compostable. I would pay extra for those being available. Clean store, good sanitary practices. Love that it is black-owned in an area that is perfect for this type of business.

Got Juice is a small ordering counter with no provisions for sitting in. 1 or 2 tables in front. had samples of some juices on counter. offerings: juice, smoothie, shake, elixir drink: jolly green (9) -fewest fruits in lineup: spinach, kale, pear, pineapple, ginger. -ginger was the strongest flavoring, darker shade of green. -tasted watery, kale may be faintly tasted. pineapple no. drips: -drinks come out quickly.

I've been here twice now. THE DRINKS The first visit I got the Ruby Elixir (juice) and the second time I got the Black Magic (smoothie) and added chia seeds for $0.50. The Black Magic is really good; I haven't had anything like it before. I was also eyeing the Praline Dream (smoothie). The smoothies are all dairy-free and they also have shakes on the menu (that contain dairy). THE SPACE It's a tiny juice shop in the Laurel. There's one bench inside that could seat 2 people and a few outdoor seats as well. There's a pretty Instagram-able wall with faux greenery and a neon light sign. THE SERVICE The staff is all new, because... the spot is new. I overheard one of the employees say they didn't know how to make a drink to who I'm assuming is the owner. Again, it's a new spot so I guess they're still getting into the swing of things. My drink turned out great, so I wasn't trippin. THE VERDICT Overall, cute spot with a small, but diverse menu. It's also Black owned.

I've typically liked this place. But this may be the last time o come. The employee wasn't visible for several minutes. Then came out an looked haggard as can be. Basic food hygiene of washing hands, not touching face while preparing food. I hope this is just a bad day here and not the new norm.

This place has an amazing vibe! Great location. Tons of parking. Small shop but great to come in, grab your drink, take a photo or 2 and be on your way. They have tons of amazing flavors and I can't wait to come and try other flavors.

I ran to the door just as they closed and they opened it for me anyway! They already scored all the points right then. They followed the first great interaction with good conversation, and a great recommendation (I got the Black Magic Smoothie). The shop is also clean, and decorated well great hidden jewel of the Laurel district. I'll definitely be going back (during business hours this time )

I wanted a smoothie and my son just had work done on his teeth. I heard about this place on instagram some time ago. Decided to look it up, i'm always in this area can't believe I never seen it. You can literally miss it if you don't know about it. We chose the tropical lush and Island delight. They both were good I enjoyed the Island delight more. The prices are about $8 for a smoothie. I definitely want to come back and try some juices. The people here are welcoming, the music is good, definitely a vibe. I will be back.

I just want to say thank you for filling my recovery with a moment of happiness I recently got corrective jaw surgery and my jaw is wired shut. It has been so difficult to eat only liquids which has led me to have emotional break downs. Pureed food and blended soups have been too thick so I've only been able to drink broths for food.. until today! I ordered four smoothies- drank one and it was delicious! I literally cried happy tears because I've literally been only drinking broth and nutritional drinks for the past ten days. So happy to find this place. Thank you!

Walked in there, I was the only one there but got totally ignored by the girl behind the counter who was wearing pajamas and slippers and talking on her phone. She kept walking back and forth into the fridge making probably an on-line juice order, but didn't so much as acknowledge my existence or let me know she'll be right there. Just kept talking on her phone. If you're only going to make Doordash orders, maybe make that clear so people don't waste their time going to your shop.

Although a hole in the wall it is definitely worth visiting! It is a great addition to the area! Seems like a good amount of people come after going to the nearby gym. I got the Mango sunrise and island delight! It was great because the man working offered some great suggestions! The drinks itself were great! Totally fresh tasting and full of flavor! I'll definitely be coming back. They have a cute wall for photos and a pink table outside for enjoying your drink/bowls. I highly recommend coming here and supporting a local business! The drinks are great and the staff was wonderful!

Good variety of solids juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. I grabbed a smoothie, 'Green Ivy' and really enjoyed it. A bit steep at $8+tax and tip, but felt good supporting black owned, local biz. Only downside was it took a really long time for the one guy on the line to get orders out, but it was also the day of the Laurel festival so I'm sure it was busier than usual when I came. Just wish they would communicate a bit more to the bunch of us waiting that our orders were next, coming up, a few more ahead, etc. as I had gotten a little concerned they forgot about my order after about 10-15 minute wait. Luckily, it was the next or I would have asked for a status update.

This place is a refreshing addition to the block! The staff is welcoming and on point always. The vibe here is chill. I have had the juices and every time they are perfect. Great temperature and great combinations of fruits and veggies. The bowls are also outstanding with the dragonfruit bowl being my absolutely favorite thing on the menu! I was originally worried about finding parking here - but every time it's not been an issue! So listen - go here and try this place. It's refreshing and good.

I've only had their açaí bowl a couple times now but each time I have been pleasantly surprised! Good textured açaí (frozen & chewy) with simple but tasty toppings and on the sweeter side because of the honey. Açaí R in SF is my number one favorite spot because they have many options but since I live in East Bay, Got Juice has become my local go-to place! Would recommend and the 10% check-in bonus is a fun perk!

In town visiting from Orlando stop by this spot because my wife wanted to have some kind of healthy shot of some kind of turmeric juice. Came across this place walking down MacArthur Boulevard super friendly people I already for bidden fruit smoothie is probably one of the best smoothies ive ever had. Coming from growing up at a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop and having some of the best sorbet to make the best movies this is definitely a winner. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in Oakland.

Visited today with my wife.. I got the DragonFruit bowl and she got Green ivory I believe and we both absolutely love it!! Definitely recommend whenever we make it back to Oakland we will definitely stop back in!! Customer service was fantastic person inside was very helpful and super nice!

I was really craving some fresh green juice and stopped by to get a Honey Green juice. It was refreshing, tasty, and you can tell they use quality ingredients! I love that it's close to home, but I find the price point to be a bit too pricey for me ($9 for 16oz) to come by on a regularly consistent basis, especially given that I have a juicer at home (I just get lazy sometimes). But it's definitely a nice treat to have now and then. I'd love to try their smoothies next time.

Real hidden spot to get some fresh juice ! I ordered the Green Ivy smoothy and it tasted very natural and fresh . No added sugars or ice cream just 100 percent juice . Decent customer service and it's a local small business black owned as well .. For sure coming back to try the other juices .

This place is my favorite to go to for smoothies! It's about a 15 minute drive but worth it just to get my favorite which is the Tropical Lush Smoothie. The place is quite small and parking can be difficult so you may have to park a few streets down and walk over. The young guy who works here when I come is such a sweetheart. I look forward to coming back many more times again!

I liked the combinations on the menu and was undecided, so ordered both the 24k and The Invigorator. I honestly only really glanced at the ingredients for both because I knew I would spend too much time mulling it over. Lol. Both were really good, the Invigorator was definitely more "hearty" - it's really packed so I was able to sip on it. 24k was more of an easier drink - if you don't normally drink juices because it's naturally sweet. I love installation in the window and the employees were nice when I walked in.

Got Juice is such a great addition to the Laurel district. Be sure to look closely or your miss this little shop nestled on busy MacArthur Blvd. I got the Black Magic and my smoothie companion got the Praline Dream. The Black Magic is so yummy and delicious! Creamy and decedent is the perfect way to explain this drink all while being dairy free! My companion says the Praline Dream was very tasty as well. I cannot wait to return and try out the other juices and smoothies. This business is black-owned and health focused which couldn't be more positive. Support local businesses and get a treat while you're at it.

This açaí bowl had me feeling like some sort of fruit goddess. Their fruit is always perfectly ripe and sweet, great granola, frosty delicious healthy açaí and at such an appropriate price. I'm getting over covid and really needed a little treat, and this just turned my whole mood around. Thank you guys!!
