Gothia Towers & Upper House

We visited Hotel in Christmas holidays. Was a mass of people. Everything was good. Parking in Fockus was comfortable and connected with Hotel. Expectation of Premium room was better then reality because room was very small, not like on picture. But room was fresh, clean and with very comfortable bed. Personal in reception didn’t ask about our wishes about room location, regarding sides of building,unfortunately. The best side was with overview to Liseberg, but we got east side and we were a bit disappointed…||But it was only one negative thing. Generally our being in hotel was cool. 29 floor restaurant Imagine was not bad.||Christmas Atmosphere in hotel was Incredible.

Exceptional stay at the Gothia Towers. Our stay was enhanced by friendly and knowledge staff, spotless rooms and phenomenal breakfast. The room service burgers were great, especially after a long flight in. View of the amusement park was fun! We could ask no more from a hotel! We highly recommend and have already booked a future stay!

It is a good business hotel in the city center. We came with a child and there were enough activities for our son. Great service. We were allowed to have an early check-in (3 hourse before) and late checkout till 1 p m.without extra payment. Very friendly staff and wonderful spa area with a breathtaking view. Will definitely recommend Gothia Towers

I and my family stayed at Gothia Towers for 2 nigh. The room was on the 17 floor and we had a fantastic view. There are a few restaurants in the hotel for dinner. I would recommend the one on the 23rd floor. The dinner was amazing. The restaurant has kids menu as well with a variety of foods and desserts.||I also would like to mention spa area. I took a yoga class and was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the yoga trainer. Would definitely cone back next year

We have just returned from a stay at Gothia Towers from Friday, January 3rd, to Monday, January 6th. We chose Gothia Towers because it looked very inviting, and we preferred to pay a little extra for a proper stay. However, we must admit that we are very disappointed! Upon arrival on Friday, it turned out that there was a dog event during the same weekend, which would have been nice to have been informed about when booking. Everything was wrapped in plastic, and there was dog urine inside and dog feces right at the entrance. There was a constant unpleasant smell of wet dog. This is definitely not something to expects from a hotel in this price range. We are deeply disappointed.||I wrote an email to you on Monday the 6th of January, but have not heard back from you yet.

The place was indeed amazing and it looks luxurious. The reception welcomed us and gave us a glass of prosecco. The check in procedure didn’t take long The room was clean and spacious with the view of Liseberg. The food was delicious and there’s a wide range of options for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely coming back.

The drop in Day Spa is worth every penny. Beautiful, relaxing, and well-kept pools. Dry or wet Sana and a great relaxed environment. The best part is the amazing views from any viewpoint.
