The lady of the restaurant was very helpful and gave good recommendation. We had the Dover Solefish and the Monkfish. Starters were the smoked eel and fried balls of graanaal(?) (little shrimp). Very friendly staff. Learnt from our B&B place Quay17 (Hans) that this is where the locals in Brugge dine. Good value for good quality food.

Fish stew tomato based and mussels with garlic & cream are just amazing ! Extremely well cooked to perfection where the fish, prawns and mussels are just soft ! Love the starters as well ! Croquette and Fried Prawn were super fresh and well cooked. We will definitely coming back again for more delicious food. It’s the best restaurant this trip!

Great selection of fresh seafood. Great lunch choice. I would love to see more beer selections given in Bruges.

Amazing seafood. Dover Sole was prepared to perfection. Have it pan fried or in lobster bisque sauce. Ignore the poor service reviews. Our service was exceptional by Ann and Helen. I never write reviews but if you love seafood you need to give it a shot.

I lunched there for the first time in November 2019 and was glad to be able to return for dinner a few days ago. Fresh nicely executed seafood dishes, friendly service. Quite a number of choices in the menu, and the restaurant is beautifully located. My friend loved the Tuna carpaccio and several of us took the Denver Sole in lobster bisque dish which was delicious, though we were not so sure about the mushrooms that went with it.

We were walk ins, ordered a seafood platter for 2, and spent almost 300 EUR for 3 people. We had some wine and a dover sole too. The owners did not give any attention to us to explain what was on the platter for example whilst they chatted extensively to other guests who perhaps pre-booked. Food was lovely but would not go back, maybe unless you pre-book or know the owners.

Congratulations for the Chef and wonderful team who work in this great restaurant! We ate the salad with Burrata , the fish of the day and two deserts , wine and coffee! The meal preparation was perfect !
