We had a great stay at this lovely and tidy room, located within walking distance from the historical center of Florence. The added bonus of on-site parking was really convenient, but what truly made this place stand out was the staff.||From the moment we arrived, Matteo took the time to give us a detailed tour (complete with a map!) of what to see and what to avoid in Florence — including honest advice about tourist traps, local restaurants, museums, and hidden gems. His recommendations saved us time and made our visit much more enjoyable.||He was also available via WhatsApp throughout our stay, always quick to respond and happy to help. He even assisted us in booking restaurant reservations for the evenings, which was a huge help in a busy city like Florence.||We really appreciated the personal attention and care. The whole visit felt like we had a local friend guiding us. Highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to Florence.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights at the end of June and it was wonderful! I agree with previous guests that the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a little fridge for cold drinks. I had my shower/bathroom in the basement which worked perfectly. The hosts are welcoming and very attentive. I got a very good introduction to Florence, its tourist attractions, restaurants, and other very useful services. The place is about 20 20-minute stroll from the centre, in a quiet and neat area close to public transportation. I really enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended!

We. Stayed in the hotel the week before Easter and it was absolutely wonderful stay! Spacious and beautifully decorated and well equipped room, with little fridge for cold drinks as well as wonderful bottle of red wine, which was greatly appreciated. The host Mateo and his team are very warm and very attentive. There is little that Mateo doesn’t know about Florence or it’s tourists attractions or services that we may be looking for! |Beautiful continental breakfast, with quirky tea and egg making facilities 😁, good selection of cheese and cold meat and bread. The place is about 20 min slow stroll from the centre, close to public transportation and attractions. Wonder stay! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Villa Landucci! Matteo and David were so helpful and kind, they gave us some tips and helped us as much as they could to enjoy our visit in Florence. Also the breakfast was very very nice and the rooms had a traditional decor that it paired perfectly with the city vibe. We will totally choose it if we come back again!

I would give my stay 4.5/5. It is a solid budget choice for bad & breakfast. Things I liked the most: - Convenient location. - Friendly staff. I asked for a few things to be improved and it was done without hesitation. I am especially grateful for the early check-in option, even though I asked for it quite late. As for the breakfast, it is a modest version of continental style, but it is okay if you are not picky. Things that can be improved: - Furniture is dated, I didn't feel comfortable using shower cabin, as the doors could easily come off. A room table and chairs are also flaky. - There is some untidiness in many small details. - Some breakfast options need to be reconsidered in my humble opinion, e.g. the same stale cake I've observed for 5 days. Best wishes to the team!

The best part about our stay at Villa Landucci b&b was the in-depth knowledge freely provided to us on arrival about Florence, detailed to perfectly fit our family's needs. The other best thing was the invaluable and swift help we received with restaurant bookings, conveniently organised over WhatsApp. All the recommendations were excellent, and the kids in particular demanded five stars across the board for Matteo and his crew. Thanks guys!

Our travel agent booked us for a 3 night stay at B&B Villa Landucci in Florence. Mateo and David were amazing hosts. We stayed in the Chianti room, which was very large for my husband, teenage daugther and I. It was clean, bright, spacious and decorated with such charm. Mateo sat with us for over an hour introducing us to Florence, the history, the culture, food and sights to see. He shared local food spots and made reservations for us as well. David had breakfast ready each morning with fun and joyful conversation. They made the introduction to Florence friendly and inviting. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again next time and would certainly recommend staying here. We liked how we were not in the toursity area but more among the locals with its quiet and historical charm.

Not What the Name Suggests The best thing about this B&B is its location—it’s within easy walking distance to the center of Florence, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Despite the name suggesting a more luxurious or gourmet experience, the accommodations are far from it. The rooms are extremely dated, with tired decor and amenities. There’s a distinct lack of attention to cleanliness, and the overall ambiance doesn’t match the price point at all. For what you pay, the value for money is disappointing—it feels more like a budget stay dressed up with a misleading name. If all you need is a place to sleep near Florence’s attractions, it’ll do the job, but don’t expect anything more than the basics.

Yelp
Villa Landucci is a really nice Bed and breakfast close to the Florence center located in a quiet area of Florence close to Campo di Marte. I have been here on a number of occasions and many friends of mine have stayed here. A small place with only five rooms, each room is themed for a famous wine. In house gourmet expert AmbasciatoreGusto Debora (who is also the owner with her partner Matteo) is super friendly and has some great restaurant recommendations if you are looking for some great (and affordable) food during your stay. They also have private parking (huge plus), wifi internet and an outdoor garden where you can hang out after a long day walking around Florence. They also let you use their kitchen. The rooms themselves are very large and comfortable, breakfast in the morning is impressive and organic, plus they also have a lending library, you can take a book or donate a book. You can tell this is a place with a personal touch, last time I was there they gave me a bunch of zucchini and lettuce from their back garden, score!
