Gourmet Hotel & Restaurant VILLA PATRIOT

It was my second visit to this beautiful hotel. And this time I had a room with a spectacular terrace and view over the city. Thank you very much. Again I enjoyed the very close parking facilities and the warm welcoming at the front desk. The hotel is small but cosy and very stylish.

What a beautiful place! The only drawback for me was the automated entrance which does not work if you have cold hands. Frustrating but I managed in the end. I was upgraded to a de luxe room which was very spacious, but there was no tea or coffee making. It was quiet and ,as you would expect, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was to my liking as there was a huge bath. The receptionist was only there sometimes but she was very helpful in the morning about whee to walk.|The restaurant was excellent and the staff were well trained and polite although it was could be difficult to catch their attention. I enjoyed the fine dining as a change from traditional Czech food. Breakfast was plentiful and people were coming in from outside.

Beautifully located hotel, excellent restaurant, and most importantly - very helpful and courteous staff. We arrived at this hotel with a film crew from PFS PalFilmStudio from Warsaw to shoot scenes in Mariánské Lázně, and we are all delighted with the hotel, the hotel restaurant, and the fantastic staff. Everything is of the highest standard. All our wishes and expectations were fulfilled. Wonderful food in the restaurant, beautiful, spotlessly clean rooms, and warm service are absolutely the strengths of Villa Patriot. Thank you for the wonderful reception. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - you can relax, have a great time, and be enchanted here. It is a place you want to return to.

Best Grilled Octopus ever! Soup with mushrooms and perfectly cooked egg was out of dreams. Great view. The staff is professional and pleasant.

Villa Patriot is an old Villa, that stands out in Marienbad due to its architecture with a large columns dominating the front of the building. The interior is all in an old style with high ceilings, nice, but not really impressive.||The rooms match the style of the hotel. Everything is in good working order and very clean, with great attention to detail. The interior is nice, but not fancy. The same can be said of the breakfast.||If that all doesn't sound overly enthusiastic, it has to be put in perspective. Because this is not an expensive place. So for what you pay, you are actually getting more than your money's worth.||The highlight of the place is the restaurant that I reviewed separately, and which is well worth a visit.||So if you are staying in Marienbad and are looking for a nice hotel that doesn't break the bank, Villa Patriot is an excellent choice. If you plan to dine there, it's an obvious one.||

What a wonderful experience we had in this restaurant.. The service (friendly and professional), the restaurant (spacious, quiet & cosy), the quality of the food (just the perfect combination of sophistication, use of traditional recipes and natural ingredients). We even liked the wine recommendations. In my opinion a must in the region.

We had a very nice lunch in the restaurant. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and looks and feels very cozy yet posh. The food was cooked perfectly, presented beautifully and tasted awesome. Yes, the prices are above average but it is worth every penny!

We had a wonderful four days in this beautiful place. The rooms on the first floor all have high ceilings, and nice interior. The service is superb and flexible, as is the restaurant in the same building. Delicious food. I can recommend this for everybody. All sites and activities in Mariánské Lanze are nearby in walking distance. Go to the Roman baths!

Nice hotel with decent staff and wonderful location in the middle of a lovely town. Breakfast was solid and WiFi was spotty in the room for me. Rooms aren't new but they are clean and good basic business style hotel. Beds are very firm. Ceiling was vaulted with double skylight which was cool -just watch your head if you are tall. Not sure if it's truly 4 star but it worth putting on your list if in the area.

Love everything about this hotel and restaurant! The ambiance, service and meals are just great, the have well selected wines and know how to present them, the terrace is amazing with views of the city and the rooms are cosy and make you feel like you are spending time in heaven. Especially love the room that has direct access to the balcony. Definitely the best place in the city!
