If you’re in Sydney, this is a great restaurant to try. I had the Halibut it was excellent. The appetizer of lobster dip was really really good tons of lobster and if you like dessert The sticky toffee pudding is to die for. Really worth the visit! The service was top-notch.

This was the only restraunt we found open mid October. It was very packed and we ate outside on the rooftop. It was pretty view looking out across the water. The breeze and sun was warm. The menu had a wide variety. We got two beers that were good and fish and chips as well as poutine. The Freida were yummy. The fish was fine. The food was all basic but flavorful. Nice to sit and relax looking over the water.

Traveling in Sydney, we made a stop to have lunch here. We had a great overall experience. It wasn’t very busy when we first arrived. We got drinks, Oysters, Lobster Roll and Lobster Poutine. Our server Abbie was efficient and excellent. I was actually apprehensive to stop as it seemed almost too “touristy” -glad we did!!!

Ordered the Calimari, gyro, seafood sampler, and potato skins. Calimari was delicious, I would recommend this dish. The potato skins were good and I would describe this dish as like nachos but with potato skins instead of chips. The gyro was ok but my quirk with this was it needed more sauce for the amount of meat inside. The sampler was good and enjoyed the veggies and haddock, however, scallops were overcooked and prawns were ok. Decent place to eat in Sydney with a nice aesthetic and lively atmosphere upstairs.

Fast, efficient and delicious. Very kind waiter. We ordered pulled beef and open face steak sandwiches. The soup and salad were sides. Very affordable price. The portions were a little small. The soup had great taste. Full of meat! Fries were delicious. Salad was good. I totally recommend it!

We prefer a quiet environment and we are happy that they have that option. Nova Scotia Haddock is delicious. Fresh vegetables always taste great. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I’ve eaten here. It’s very convenient to the waterfront and hotels in the area. I had the fish/chips and butternut squash soup as an appetizer. The soup was perfect on a cold, rainy day. I was expecting it to be sweet, but it wasn’t. It was more of an actual squash flavor with lots of pepper and small chunks of butternut. It came with a dinner roll that had a bit of sweetness to it. I loved this soup and would definitely get it again. I opted to get my fish with the poutine upgrade because…..it’s poutine. And it was wonderful. I’m not an expert on poutine but this is delicious. The gravy was nice and rich and the cheese was melty. The beer battered fish was ok. I had a choice of 1 or 2 pieces and I went for just one. It was hot and crispy but I wasn’t overly impressed with it. It also had a weird hard spot in it which made it a bit unappealing. This is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll be back next time I’m in Sydney.

Local beer, lobster poutine and fresh oysters are amazing. The lobster roll's bread needs attention, seems like frozen pre made but not baked enough. Service is efficient, friendly and fast, perfect for cruise lines' crew members.
