On the Grid : Midland Railway Workshops

"The Midland Railway Workshops are a cluster of impressive early nineteenth century industrial buildings and are an iconic piece of Western Australian history. The Workshops officially closed in 1994 after being in operation for over 90 years. Since then, the Workshops Precinct has been undergoing a process of urban regeneration. The site also features a war memorial for fallen soldiers who were employees of the Workshops, and a large-scale mural by internationally renowned street artist, ROA. A walking map of the area can be found [here](http://assets.mra.wa.gov.au/production/1faa4b4ed839f24c852b02e5c3614d2d/midland-workshops-access-map.pdf)." - Amy Plant

This practice is clean, very well managed from the front desk, have been attending this practice for quite a few years. There is only 1 doctor that I found to be unprofessional and rude, had no interest in the patient at all. Really really disappointed, would not recommend him. All the other doctors I have seen have been really professional, showed empathy and caring. Dr Aldo is who I would not recommend

i am writing this long message as a way of showing my genuine gratitude and appreciation for gp super clinic. over the years, i have had many experiences with medical centres and health services, but i can honestly say that this clinic has stood out to me and my family in a way that deserves more than just a short review. this is why i am choosing to write something longer and more detailed, to explain how much of a positive difference the clinic and its staff have made in our lives. from the very first day i walked into gp super clinic, i felt a sense of comfort that is rare in medical settings. sometimes when you go to a new place for health care, you can feel nervous or unsure, but the staff here quickly removed that feeling with their politeness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. the receptionists were not only efficient but also kind, smiling, and patient, even when things were busy. this simple politeness set the tone for everything that followed, and i knew straight away that this was a place where respect and care were valued. one of the things that impressed me most was the way the doctors treated me. they didn’t just rush through appointments or make me feel like i was on a conveyor belt of patients. instead, they took the time to listen to me properly, to ask the right questions, and to explain things clearly in a way i could understand. i never felt judged, dismissed, or rushed. each doctor i saw showed a level of patience and politeness that is sadly not always common in medical care. but it was not just me who received this kindness. my family members also had the same experiences. whether it was a routine check-up or a more concerning health matter, the doctors and nurses treated every one of us with the same level of respect. this meant a lot to me, because when you see your loved ones being cared for with patience and politeness, it gives you peace of mind. i felt reassured that my family was in safe and caring hands. the nurses and support staff also deserve special recognition. they were always gentle, attentive, and understanding. whether it was taking blood, providing vaccinations, or simply guiding us through procedures, their approach was calm and polite. they knew how to make my family feel at ease, even when someone was nervous. i remember one particular time when a family member was anxious about a test, and the nurse took extra time to comfort them, explain the steps, and make sure everything went smoothly. those little acts of care make a huge difference, and they stay in your memory. the way the clinic manages appointments is also something i truly appreciate. life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it is hard to book appointments that fit into everyone’s schedules. yet, whenever i had to make changes or find a suitable time, the staff at gp super clinic always remained polite and accommodating. they never made me feel like i was being difficult or asking for too much. instead, they showed patience and flexibility, which made the process so much for being kind

Since Dr Julius has left I have seen 2 different Dr and I am not impressed told my symptoms could be a multiple of things and no investigation or follow up suggested, asked if I cheated on a fasting test! And another one told me he didn’t have time to listen to my health issues and I would need to make another appointment. Not to mentioned the fact that I have to pay before the appointment and the refusal to swipe and refund my Medicare card so I have to wait 2 days to get it from Medicare. I don’t recommend this clinic and I am definitely looking for a new Dr at a new clinic

I had a great experience with Dr Olagoke Olotu. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I appreciated how thoughtful he was in considering all of my existing conditions when justifying a recommended medication for an issue I was experiencing. He was also diligent in weighing the pros and cons of a pelvic X-ray after taking the time to clarify what assessment had already been done by a physiotherapist. As someone in the health profession myself, I highly recommend him.

First appointment with Dr Haile in Mail very positive. Subsequently let down by clinic admin. Dropped of some forms for him to sign with regard to my eligibility to donate blood. Provided a note at reception to say please phone me if there are any issue or if an appointment is required. Lifeblood claim to have not received anything. Please check up and let me know if these have actually been returned to Lifeblood so that I can follow up.

Our visit to Dr Jenny on the 9th was professional, on time, and completed all the requirements for our 80+ medicals for renewing our Driving Licences. We appreciated her thoughtful caring manner, and are glad she is our Doctor.

I found the entire experience easy and professionally done. From booking an appointment, to the visit, to the follow up phone call, everyone was friendly and very good at their job. A very thorough experience, and will go again.
