Exceptional attention to detail in every way We spent three days at Grace La Margna and it was flawless from arrival to checkout. Our ski rental was ready, lift tickets were waiting in our room, and a thoughtful welcome gift greeted us. No hassle, no asking. Just anticipation. The team looked young with fresh energy, but they executed with the experience of people who have been doing this for decades. The rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. But what really stood out was the people. Especially greetings to Federico and Rick for taking so good care of us. The spa is the perfect recovery after a day on the slopes. Everything is clean, organized, and well-maintained. If you're planning St. Moritz, book this hotel. Worth every franc.

What a wonderful experience with world class service featuring a trained staff of professionals that are attentive to making sure your stay is good as it can be. The registrations staff, concierge team, bartenders, breakfast staff and housekeeping contribute to the experience. Our room was fantastic!! The ski rental staff are spot on from fitting boots to helping select the skis that are right for conditions. They were awesome. The driver that delivers you to the lift and picks you up is super cool and was there when we finished our day to take us back. World class all the way around.

This was a long weekend getaway for me and my 18-yr old son. The hotel was perfectly located to take advantage of the White Turf, skiing, and local dining. The room was immaculate and comfortable with a perfect view of the lake. All staff were helpful, gracious, and friendly. The concierge staff made planning every aspect simple, especially given that I began planning the trip one week before arrival. The spa was excellent for massages as well as hydro therapy. It was immaculately clean and tidy thanks to vigilant attendants. All in all, a wonderful four day getaway that was luxurious without pretentioness.

A superb property with excellent location. The located is just across from St. Moritz station; extremely convenient; hotel does offer pickup and drop off shuttle. Use it if you have luggages as getting to hotel could be challenging. Room is comfortable and roomy. Breakfast is good with excellent spreads. Dinner selections could expand a bit more. Overall, the hotel is great

Great hotel with incredible service and rooms. Very good bed and the amenities were fantastic. Their SPA was one of the best I’ve been to in terms of quality and massage. Even tho the spa was small, it was designed for purpose with the finest equipment and equipped with well trained staff. First time I’ve seen an indoor full size stainless steel pool! The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is excellent with some of the most creative food options I’ve see on a menu. Their bar is a whole other level; have their own still, incredible collection of champagnes and Louis XIII by the glass. Really nice stay.

The hotel perfectly combines modern design with alpine elegance, offering spotless rooms, breathtaking mountain views, and warm, professional service. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the St. Moritz train station—and every detail feels thoughtfully executed. The restaurant also deserves praise: the panoramic view is spectacular, the service attentive, and the food genuinely excellent. However, one aspect really detracted from the experience—dogs are allowed in the dining area. While I understand the hotel is pet-friendly, having a dog barking and licking itself nearby during dinner felt unsanitary and distracting, especially in such an otherwise refined setting. It’s the only negative I can mention, but it did impact what could have been a flawless meal. I even mentioned this in my restaurant review, but the reply simply said “Glad you enjoyed everything,” which makes me question whether anyone actually reads the feedback. Hopefully this one reaches the right eyes, because the hotel truly is remarkable and deserves to be perfect in every way. Despite that minor issue, Grace La Margna remains an extraordinary property that I would recommend without hesitation. I’ll definitely stay again—ideally with a little more separation between pets and the dining room next time.

Everything was excellent. My stay was even better than last year. All members of the staff were consistently friendly and professional, including reception, drivers, spa personnel, restaurant and bar staff, concierge, and housekeeping. Thank you for another outstanding experience. I look forward to returning.

Seated by the train station. Perfect views of the lake and the Swiss Alps. Beautiful inclusive breakfast buffet. Short walking distance to ski lifts.. Cozy and beautiful accommodations. The staff is unsurpassed in their courtesy, helpfulness and charm. Perfection.
