Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. An amazing concierge team that booked all our restaurants in advance. An amazing ski school that got us on the slopes for our first time in snow. Helpful shuttle service! The best croissant’s at breakfast! Every detail was perfect. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Grace La Margna – St. Moritz i'm not sure anybody looks at this feedback seriously My stay at Grace La Margna was exceptional in nearly every way. The hotel perfectly combines modern design with alpine elegance, offering spotless rooms, breathtaking mountain views, and warm, professional service. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the St. Moritz train station—and every detail feels thoughtfully executed. The restaurant also deserves praise: the panoramic view is spectacular, the service attentive, and the food genuinely excellent. However, one aspect really detracted from the experience—dogs are allowed in the dining area. While I understand the hotel is pet-friendly, having a dog barking and licking itself nearby during dinner felt unsanitary and distracting, especially in such an otherwise refined setting. It’s the only negative I can mention, but it did impact what could have been a flawless meal. I even mentioned this in my restaurant review, but the reply simply said “Glad you enjoyed everything,” which makes me question whether anyone actually reads the feedback. Hopefully this one reaches the right eyes, because the hotel truly is remarkable and deserves to be perfect in every way. Despite that minor issue, Grace La Margna remains an extraordinary property that I would recommend without hesitation. I’ll definitely stay again—ideally with a little more separation between pets and the dining room next time.

Every single detail during our stay could receive 5 stars. From the food to the room services to the staff, everything felt like absolute luxury and genuine attention from the moment we arrived until even after we checked out. I haven’t stayed at the other hotels in St. Moritz but I truly can’t imagine feeling more taken care of or more enjoyable than the Grace hotel.

We had an excellent stay here. The service was excellent from everyone - front desk, concierge, ski service, restaurant team, and transport. Very good spa to relax after days of skiing. We would highly recommend this hotel to others that are going to be visiting St Moritz and we will be back.

Almost everything was perfect – the staff made us feel truly at home, with that warm, heartfelt kindness that makes all the difference. The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, and we really appreciate it; our little pup felt just as pampered as we did! The valet parking works flawlessly and super fast. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options all included. The room in the Grace wing was spot on: there’s a slight road noise in the morning, but nothing bothersome (and earplugs are provided for those who need them). The position is perfect to visit the area, just over the train station and within walking distance of the centre. We’ll definitely be back!

Basically the only cutting edge Bar in St Moritz. Quality, preparation and service, spot on with top worldwide standards. Finally something new and not boring. Mirco and Alberto outstanding preparation, passion and skills, while mixing spice negroni for me and my wife. Well done!! Dinner at BeefBar, outstanding like every where else in the world ! Overall amazing stay, we’ll be back soon for sure !!

Grace La Margna St. Moritz is a beautiful and spotless hotel with an elegant atmosphere. The hospitality was truly amazing , everyone was so kind and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better, offering stunning views of St. Moritz. A special thanks to Mr. Lorent , who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and gave us great recommendations. The View Restaurant served the most delicious pizza with pumpkin base we’ve ever had, and Pedro was an outstanding host who made our dining experience extra special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Moritz!

What an amazing stay. While it was the shoulder season and there were certainly less people in St Moritz, the service and professionalism of the staff never ended! From their policy of in-room beverages being "on them" to an absolutely stellar breakfast to complimentary train, bus and cable car rides, the experience was top notch. We were in room 322 overlooking Lake St Moritz. It was spectacular. The layout was perfect. The technology as good as it gets. Literally they thought of everything. And being directly across from the train station made everything extraordinarily easy. It's close to all the shopping and they bent over backwards throughout the stay. Our 3 nights was wonderful. TOPPER: my girlfriend forgot her very expensive tennis bracelet and necklace in an open hotel safe. They contacted us immediately and had it sent overnight to our next hotel in Zermatt!! Man, I loved this place!!! Bravo!

Seated by the train station. Perfect views of the lake and the Swiss Alps. Beautiful inclusive breakfast buffet. Short walking distance to ski lifts.. Cozy and beautiful accommodations. The staff is unsurpassed in their courtesy, helpfulness and charm. Perfection.
