GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ, an SLH Hotel

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. The spa area is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the pillow options. But above all we really really loved the food and the service at the restaurant. Breakfast was incredible, and the team made us feel so welcome. We had dinner on our last night and it was really outstanding, with again the team making us feel so comfortable and special. This is an amazing hotel and we cannot wait to return!

We were super happy with our stay at Hotel Grace in St. Moritz. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was absolutely amazing – beautifully designed, very comfortable, and came with a stunning view. It had all the modern amenities we needed, and the bed was incredibly cozy. One of the highlights was enjoying a small but delicious breakfast served right in the room – such a lovely touch! The spa was another favorite – beautifully maintained, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The main breakfast buffet was also fantastic – everything was fresh, high quality, and delicious.

Our family just wrapped up an incredible 10-day trip through Switzerland, staying in multiple cities—but at the very top of our list was St. Moritz, and especially our stay at Grace La Margna St. Moritz. The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning—perched above the lake with breathtaking views—and the recent renovations have made the property feel modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully appointed. The food at the restaurant was truly exceptional, and the service throughout our stay was next level—warm, attentive, and memorable. We especially loved the little touches that made our experience so special, like the customized espresso martinis and the late-night gummy frogs at the bar—such a fun and personal detail. The spa was also a standout, with beautifully designed co-ed sauna environments that felt serene and elevated. Grace La Margna captured the heart of St. Moritz for us, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Anna-Maria and Sophia greeted us with genuine warmth and made sure we had everything we needed right from check-in. Their hospitality set the tone for a flawless stay. The hotel is beautiful, in a charming town, and located just steps from the Bernina Express — incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, with a perfect bathroom setup and thoughtful details throughout. Special thanks to the bartenders, Omar, Andrea and Ruggero. They were both fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made every evening at the bar feel special. We later learned they even travel from Italy to be here, and their dedication truly shows. The valet also went out of his way to guide us to the car rental location and brought us back to the hotel — a small gesture that made a big difference. Every part of our experience has been 100% spot-on. This is the place to stay.

This was my first time at The Grace and in St Moritz. I had my 8 year old son with me. We were both very pleased with the hotel accommodations and facilities. My son really enjoyed the pool. We both had dinner at The View. The menu was rich and food quality was very pleasing as well. The staff throughout our stay were very professional and helpful. I would love to come back to The Grace with my wife very soon. Thank you all for your hospitality and great service.

This is our side trip after our conference in Vienna. We are taking the Glacier Ife express from St Moritz to Zermatt so we decided to stay overnight in this hotel. This is a new hotel- just 1 year old but I consider it among the best I have stayed overnight the years of travel. First the location is excellent- within 5-10 minutes walk from the train station- you won’t miss it. 2nd the staffs are very friendly! They gave us a complimentary ride to the town proper and pick up later. During dinner we decided to eat at the View Restaurant which I reviewed earlier. The waitress assigned to us- Lena from Crete Greece was helpful in explaining their food concept. Our rooms were very good with the first round on the minibar for free! Breakfast was excellent! They gave us a free shuttle ride to the train station for our glacier express ride!

Outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend…although across the road from the main train station (which made us hesitate up front a bit) it is high on a hill so we never heard a single train. The view is amazing of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Staff was over the top excellent, food was fantastic (try the lobster linguini), room was very quiet, great bathroom and beds. TV allows casting from devices so we were able to watch Netflix. We did upgrade to a suite but saw several other rooms down the hall that were being serviced and all looked quite nice!

Great location across the street from St Moritz train station with a great view overlooking the lake. It’s the newest hotel in town with friendly and helpful staff. As a constructive feedback though the towel and rope game can be improved because they are too coarse for rooms at this price range and it somewhat diminishes the overall feel.

Seated by the train station. Perfect views of the lake and the Swiss Alps. Beautiful inclusive breakfast buffet. Short walking distance to ski lifts.. Cozy and beautiful accommodations. The staff is unsurpassed in their courtesy, helpfulness and charm. Perfection.
