"Fans of The King flock to Graceland, making Elvis Presley’s former mansion the most-visited home in America after the White House. While the mansion is the main attraction, taking guests back in time to when Elvis ruled the zeitgeist from his 14-acre estate, there are several equally fun ancillary buildings spread across the grounds. Sure, you want to see the shag carpet on the ceiling and the Polynesian-themed Jungle Room, but also make time to tour the auto museum, browse the display of Elvis’s planes, and pay your respects at the flower-bedecked grave site on the premises. Several different tour packages are available depending on how deeply you want to delve into the history of The King and his home."

Amazing to be able to see inside Elvis’ house. Pretty rare opportunity to see inside a celerities house. I was let down by the fact you can’t go upstairs in the mansion, it’s only really a tour of half the house that is open for the public, regardless of if you buy the cheap ticket or the vip ticket none will get you upstairs. Just something to be mindful of. Either way it was an amazing opportunity. Very cool decor and definitely has character. Absolutely worth checking out!

Amazing! It had so much to look at and learn besides the mansion itself. It was more than I ever dreamt it would be. We bought the very top tickets before the Elvis for a day ticket and our tour guide was amazing! She actually let us come back the next day because we had the last guided tour time and weren't able to see everything in the allowed time. We were not allowed to go back I to the mansion but we got to see the rest of the exhibits we didnt get to. Which was very nice.

No words can say anything about this place. We all understand the importance of remembering a force like Elvis. We all understand the need for a business to be profitable to survive. I think in today's world this place might have been run under more advantageous ways for the Presley estate, but it is still here regardless. A lot of $$$ has been invested into this destination, and if it protects the main core that was Graceland and preserves the values of the King himself, then so be it. Clean grounds. Immaculate interiors. Mostly caring employees. As a tourist destination this place offers all that you need.

Great experience. A lot of walking. Mansion is not handicap accessable. Prices were high. However they give senior discount. I found staying at Wyndam Days Inn across the street was a much cheaper option to Graceland guest house. Vernons smoke house has amazing food.

Its been over a decade since I've visited and the place has seen many changes. Of course the mansion itself is the same. Still a magical place, but doesn't seem to have the spirit of Elvis like it once did. It has become a little commercialized (the museum and accompanying grounds)

Always love bringing my family to visit Graceland who have never been there yet. It's changed so much over the years. I brought my mother here when the old hotel was there and alot of other items were in the mansion. The staff is always wonderful and helpful to the visitors. The Mansion is so historic and now you get headphones & tablets for a guided tour. Myself I prefer the guided tours over the new technologies they use. I love the idea you can do your own tour and go along at your own pace I do appreciate that the family has ensured that all the historical treasures are now protected from loss. The mansion has never changed, just the treasures that used to be available to the public. Which is totally understandable for preservation of course. I highly recommend that everyone takes atheist one visit to the historical place on Memphis!

The immaculately maintained Presley home is a fascinating museum. Elegant in some places (like the formal dining room), to surprisingly normal (kitchen) and playful (banana lounge, racquetball court, pool room) in others. Hallways with all manner of artifacts: a 1970s Zenith TV remote, personal desk setup, and various receipts for services rendered on the property. Horses still take up residence in the back, the kidney-shaped pool feels small by today's standards, and the grave site is beautiful. Back at the Graceland park, before you get on the shuttle that takes you to the house, they give you a tablet computer with headphones, which you can use to play a video to coincide with your residence walk-through. The narrator? John Stamos, who tells various details and stories while you go through the house at your own pace. Nice touch. A couple people on the staff here seemed a bit disinterested (others were exceptionally nice), but all in all everything was very pleasant. A must see for any true Elvis fan.
