My mom and I stayed here 1 night and it was awesome, I wish we stayed longer to explore more of Memphis but we were able to visit Graceland. Booking was super easy I called in to book a site I told them i was going to arrive late and they said no problem. She instructed me where the late check in area was, she said come in the morning to pay. Super easy to follow. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and the staff were all happy and smiling. I noticed that with all the Graceland employees. They all are friendlier than Disneyland employees. Keep up the great work because a greeting and a smile goes a long way especially after traveling thousands of miles to get there. Next morning I met Steve the manager making his rounds and we talked for a few minutes about the area. Pretty cool guy to talk to. I will definitly be back here again.

Google
This is a no-frills Campground. There’s everything you need if you just want a hook up, laundromat and clean bathrooms. There is security, so there isn’t a bunch of non-campers wandering around. It’s directly across from Graceland.

Google
Right across the street from Graceland and one of the nicest RV parks in Memphis. Very reasonable in price and the staff is so friendly. We heard Memphis is high in crime but we stayed here for five months and felt very safe. They have a guard making sure who goes in and out of camp. This place will make you feel at home, love it.

Perhaps I am a little spoiled with most of my Canadian camping experiences, but I am put off by campsites that are essentially parking lots with few or no trees. Graceland RV park is such a place, and we were put off by seeing several cockroaches on the site as we were parking, but I suspect that was due to food left behind, and they don't seem to have infested our trailer. We also had a bit of a problem with the bright lights in the adjacent parking lot that made it hard for one of us to sleep, but other than that, everything else is praise. I was super impressed with the friendly staff, and staying here gets you free parking at Graceland, which is right next door. You can't really expect great camping facilities in the middle of a city, so I don't begrudge them for that. I originally wanted to give them a lower rating, but I was so happy with how we were treated by the delightful staff, that I couldn't justify it. I am very happy I stayed here, and would happily do so again.

I stayed 2 nights in a tent site. I was the only one tent camping so I was very secluded from all the RV's which was magical. The showers were hot, the bathrooms were clean, the grass was well kept. I felt safe being a solo 34 year old female. Is a perfect stay if you're low maintenance like myself. Will be staying here for all of my Graceland trip stays from now on.

Google
Price, convenient to Graceland, and the young lady at counter are the only positives to this campground. The staff are friendly. However, the grounds are horrible. I mean you get what you pay for. The area is…hummm…you’re in Memphis. They have security for a reason. Suppose you want to call it security. It didn’t feel safe to leave, so we ordered food. The security guard is friendly as well. Definitely ensure you have your water regulators as they annotate the water pressure is 75 psi. Did walk through the gate to go to Graceland, again, which was very convenient. We did not have an issue parking or driving our 46-foot fifth wheel through the park. The young lady at the front desk gave us specific directions on how to drive through the park to get to our site and park, so that helped. Arrive before 4pm. Staff is usually not present after that. So, like the other reviews state, if you do not get there before then, you will most likely park on your own at a site that has no RV already there since it is first come, first served. If you already know this, should not be an issue.

Google
This park is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Graceland as it is in walking distance to the Graceland mansion and entertainment complex. The park itself is on the small side, as are the sites, but it is well cared for, safe and clean. There are clean bath/ shower houses and the staff is really great. The price is a bargain for full hook-up sites and although there are no fancy amenities it’s still a great place to stay for your visit to Graceland!

Google
I'm a Security guard here I love interacting with the Guest here they love the RV park and the security 24 hrs on duty. The Guest here wants to know if someone can put a drink machine on the camp ground. Also the raise concern about the broken gates. But they love area peace and quiet. And someone like an operator after hrs. The Guest talks about maybe a small playground can be added. A Elvis movie night movie on the lawn for the RV Guest. Safety was their biggest concern.

Yelp
In the past year the property management and service has seriously declined. As a result of neglect the initial sites to which the management directed me were not functioning properly. I tried three sites and each either had not electricity or no water. The gravel to and from each site had grown over and the office was non-responsive to my efforts for help. As a result of the poor state of repair, I hit an impediment with my RV sewage connection. The result was at least $500 of damage. Until more attention is paid to the upkeep of this potential good property, I would recommend that you not use this location.

Deborah A.

Yelp
From our first phone call with Tiffany at the front office to our goodbyes with May and the Property Manager they treated us exceptionally well. Property was clean and very well maintained. Our 3 day stay turned into 7 days due to our Granddaughter having surgery . Very accommodating with our daily change of plans!! I would recommend this campground to everyone. Right next to Graceland too!!

Harold A.

Yelp
Good for a quick stop and within a short walking distance in your blue suede shoes to see Elvis. Only issue I had was the noise from all of the charter buses parked at Graceland.

Danielle C.

Yelp
Quiet campsite with all the hookups needed. The security guard who let us in was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. The only opportunity for improvement was related to organization. We made a reservation prior to arriving and checked in without issue, however when checking out they said they didn't know we were there and it took a bit for them to figure out how to charge us. Not a big deal, but simply an opportunity for improvement.

Roger T.

Yelp
EZ access to Graceland. Park is ran down and disappointing. Owner could invest a few 100k into cleanup and updating bathrooms and cabins and get a good ROI by raising the price. It's a shame that ownership doesn't have enough respect for the name Elvis Presley to clean it up. This could be a really nice park

Joe W.

Yelp
A dump that is living only on its location.. The kids playground has poison ivy, there is junk strewn about just to mention a few of the amenities. By far the worst RV park I have stayed at.

Kathryne O.

Yelp
Positive: Literally, next door to Graceland museum and the mansion is just across the street. Registration office staff friendly & helpful. RV site dirt & gravel, pull through with full hookups. Our site had a mature shade tree and other mature trees were noted throughout the park. Daily trash pickup. Quiet at night, but could hear some road noise. We stayed 3 nights and that's the maximum I would stay. Negative: Park could have been better maintained. Many sites occupied by full timers with larger families where their bikes and toys are scattered about. Dog excrement noted throughout the park indicating that owners don't feel the need to pick up after their pets. Fencing around the perimeter of property had large holes which left the park not as secure as it could have been.

Joan L.

Yelp
Graceland turned out to be such a surprise!! We expected a parking lot due to the reviews. Far from it!! There were trees, grass etc. They picked up your garbage daily which I appreciate. Our corner site was huge! The bathrooms and the laundromat were cleaned daily. Loved how it was next to Graceland Experience! Had great 24 hour security so felt safe. Overall would stay there again!

Jessica S.

Yelp
Definitely won't be recommending this to any of my travel friends. The park looks as if they haven't done any maintenance since Elvis was alive. The spots are all dirt and some rock in spotty patches. When the rain comes it turns into a mud pit. All of the facilities are run down and kind of gross. The showers were at least clean and the lady who checked us in was very nice and that is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. The place has the potential to be awesome with it proximity to Graceland but it looks as if the owners are wanting to collect a paycheck till the place is run into the ground.

Don W.

Yelp
Not impressed, while most of the rigs here are very nice, they put our Class A high-end rig next to 2 horrible trailers, they were moldy, ugly and looked like old trailer park trash units. We will not be back. Streets are good, but sites are dusty gravel. I hate it when my Rig gets dirtier when just pulling into a park. Sad because this could be a really nice park.

M C.

Yelp
Loved our time spent here as the staff is informative and kind. It's right next door to the Graceland museum and across the street from the mansion. The reason I did not give 5 stars has to do with the campers, more than the establishment, but there's an enormous amount of dog crap everywhere. There were 7 piles on our camp site alone!!! The rules state that everyone needs to pick up after their animal, but it literally was everywhere, and I feel like this rule isn't enforced. Other than lazy dog owners, the staff were on top of keeping the bathrooms very clean, and the area clear of trash. Oh, and some dogs were also chained to RV's while their owners were inside...another rule not enforced.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
We choose Graceland RV park for its location and reviews. The Security and handyman were AWESOME! Very attentive and polite and helpful. Our first morning we discovered our electrical plug and cord had fried at some point at the electrical post ruining both pieces. The handyman was prompt to remove the now disabled electrical unit from the post. The following day we approached Steve, who appeared to be the boss man. We discussed what happened and were handed a piece of paper, highlighted over the words "we aren't responsible for personal property issues." Uh huh, well clearly the problem was the power source. He informed us to take it up with corporate. There are other parks in the area, choose one of those. Refunding one night stay would have been the right and fair thing to do, but he certainly wasn't inclined to do so. Sad leadership Steve.

Stephanie P.

Yelp
Don't be fooled. This is a parking lot surrounded by a chain link fence outside the parking lot to Graceland. We were greeted by mosquitoes at dusk upon arrival and couldn't get out of there fast enough at sunrise.

the Good's, p.

Yelp
If you don't have a fancy new rv and have kid's don't bother. Had guest complain about my kids swimming in the pool. Then complain bc we had pool toys, 2 bikes, grill and camping chairs outside our camper, told us people posted pictures of our camper on a review, which they said they deleted.... but yet I seen people posting pictures of another camper complaing about how it looked and those are still up??? Lies. They said it's a campground not a trailer park... ok since when did having a grill, pool toys, bikes and camping chairs that EVERYONE else had out make it a trailer park????? GET A HOBBY!!!! and as for these people who posted a review about other people's camper get a life, it's people like you that make the world what it is. The world needs kindness not jerk offs. To me there is nothing wrong with the campsite it's cleaned and c well maintained. So what it isn't fancy and new. Sorry we all can't live in luxury.

Kim P.

Yelp
Chihuahua is all that needs to be said the park host is breeding Chihuahuas and at 6am she's putting them outside In her portable dog pen to bark and wake you up. What a inconsiderate dog owner. During the day the diesel bus engines running all day and yes lots of noise and exhaust fumes. The bus driver is being paid and the park host being paid to ruin your vacation.

Jim S.

Yelp
This is a good park when visiting Graceland. It is close and convenient to the museum. Just and average rv park. But convenient

Angela C.

Yelp
Where do I begin... 9 hour drive and two phone calls to confirm reservation and arrival times only to find out someone else was in our cabin. Talked with the security staff on duty, they called the manager, he said he was in Missouri and there was nothing he could do until morning. NO ONE seemed to care we had NO place to stay tonight! After the security supervisor told us she just left NO HELP AT ALL!! Apparently the other guys cabin was locked and NO ONE had keys to open it???? How do you run a business like this??? As a small business owner we would NEVER leave a customer stranded like this terribly run place did to us. AND we prepaid for this wonderful service. Word of mouth will be on point this weekend, I will be telling EVERYONE I come across about this terrible experience. Oh and I will be calling Good Sam and letting them k ow about this experience, I am sure they will be interested to learn how a representative of their name is handling customer service!!

Cher B.

Yelp
The place is not in the nicest part of town but there is a guard at the gate 24 hours and the place was decent enough. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. Luckily my mom stayed in the hotel across the street and we showered there. The RV campground is literally next door to Graceland so we just walked on over. That was extremely convenient hence the 4 stars.

Karen L.

Yelp
Came in late and the lady was very nice telling us how to go about finding our spot and settling up in the morning. Clean large bathrooms. Jessica was very helpful answering questions and telling us about the area. The place is clean and everything about Graceland is right there. Price very reasonable and they have discounts. We left Saturday morning and went right next door to Graceland and got to park free because we stayed at the campground. $10 savings. May 19, 2018

Ramon V.

Yelp
In short this RV park is pricey, cramped and has few if any amenities. The only reason I would recommend this park is if you are visiting Graceland, in that case you can walk there and I guess it's worth it. We were just stopping for the night and were not visiting Graceland so in our case it was just a pretty crappy park for the money.

You S.

Yelp
So I will keep this short and sweet. 4 stars for ease of check in, clean restrooms, great level spot with full hook ups and a great price. Oh not to mention there is 24 hr security. If I was a giant Elvis fan this would be 5 stars. Even if you aren't, I would highly recommend staying here if you were planning on camping/RVing in the Memphis area.

Lori L.

Yelp
We had a great experience at this park. Laundry rooms nice and clean and the grounds were kept up!

Rebecca N.

Yelp
So very happy we reserved this RV Park. The location was perfect to stay. Price was very reasonable and they give military, AAA and Good Sam's discounts. They have a pool and laundry room. WIFI is okay.. You actually walk next door to Graceland to purchase your tickets and walk around. There's a restaurant, ice cream shop and gift shops in case you want to buy some Elvis items. Graceland is pretty much directly across street and his Air planes on site to.. to go through the tour it takes a few hours. So have some comfortable shoes. I hope you enjoy the tour..

Lorraine S.

Yelp
Horrible experience maintenance man total creep has something to say about everything he thinks he's runs the park the First Lady was beautiful on the phone and it person she helped us anytime we needed and was there for any issues the rest of the staff horrible truly wasn't worth the "Graceland experience"

Karol J.

Yelp
I was surprised that this was in the middle of the city since I've never been here before. The nice thing is it is directly next door to Graceland. The bad thing is that it is very old and dingy. The showers actually seem to be a bit unsafe as there is direct access from two different doors going directly into the showers. Kind of scary. They were also unclean. The staff at the front desk was courteous but not enthusiastic or even helpful for that matter. We got a lot more assistance from the retail stores directly outside the front gate. But hey at least by staying here we can say that we are part of the Elvis Presley franchise now.

Randy G.

Yelp
Had the opportunity to stay here last week. Reservations were easy, as was check-in/out. Bath house was as you would expect for a high-traffic campground. Definitely a good place to stay when visiting Graceland. Staff was very friendly & helpful...area was patrolled regularly, so we felt safe even though the park is in a not-so-great part of town. Worth the extra cost to be close to the action. Also pet friendly, they have a very nicely groomed dog walk area. Would have given them 5 stars, but the lots were so tight...we had to be careful when we extended our awning so it didn't hit our neighbors tip-outs.

N R.

Yelp
Basically a parking lot. Not much greenery and no amentities. Needs more greenery and concrete pads. Nobody on site to help with sewer issues. Cramped and noisy. Also, no campfires. So much for camping. Could benefit from a makeover.

Crystal M.

Yelp
Each stay is better than the last. Even at 10pm, the shower was hot and clean. I stay here twice a year and have never had a bad experience. For princess types, this might not be your spot. But for the rest of us who can deal with not having a private shower or bathroom, this is the very best you can do for private sleeping around $50.

G G.

Yelp
If you're not traveling in an RV, they have you covered (literally). if you book enough in advance, you can claim one of four cabins they have on site. If you are a super budget hippie outdoors person, I saw that they have tent camping too. My girl and I were on a super mega road trip that brought us to Memphis. I thought it would be cool to check the cabin situation out and, sure enough, it was cool. Fun is what I have to say. The cabins have the basic modern amenities you would find in any major brand roadside hotel, wifi, cable tv, a fridge and electricity. The park itself was clean and green. When staying in a cabin you have to use the centrally located shower / bathrooms. There is a laundry room which comes in real handy when you've been on and off the road for over a week. You park your car right in front of your cabin so you can look at it while you are relaxing on the swinging bench that is on the porch. The rate was about $46 per night with tax ! A great deal for what you get and it's so much more of an adventure experience than staying in some chain hotel with NO character. Oh yeah, and if you are planning to do the Graceland tour thing, you are already on the property ! How cool and convenient I thought. Oh, oh, and... you get a 10% discount on a meal at Marlowe's rib joint just down the street, which you must also visit. I will be reviewing that as well. When in Memphis, camp out at Graceland !

Kate K.

Yelp
Friendly staff with a little grocery/gift shop that had just what we needed. Walking distance to Graceland Mansion. Clean laundry and bath/shower. In the middle of town but easy to find. It's the same in March, 2014 as Dave C said in October, 2012. I've seen a lot of rv parks and campgrounds and this is in the top 5.

Cindy M.

Yelp
Very nice campground and steps away from Graceland. Lots of grassy area. And dog walk too. Gravel sites full hook ups but no cable. We did get great analog tv though. Great place for kids! Lots of room to run and play.

Kelly K.

Yelp
It's all about location here... a good stop if you want to visit Graceland since it's just across the parking lot. WiFi was non-existent. Level, pull-through site. Secure park.

Timmy T.

Yelp
Great park... clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Just a few steps and you will be a Graceland.

Missy W.

Yelp
This park has a great staff that is very nice. The pool was clean and fun to play with the family in. The kids were able to play in the playground and enjoy getting out of the RV. The bathrooms are a problem for me. The bathrooms needed some maintenance. One of the toilets was leaking water. The showers did not warm up so it was a cold shower in the morning. The bathrooms do have air conditioning to keep you cool but the counters looked dirty. It made me concerned to put my items down to get ready. The park is close to the park and makes it easy to see the park by just walking down the block.

D'Arcy C.

Yelp
Location is great for Graceland! The sites are pretty close together but we were out and about so didn't bother us. Security drives around gives a good presence. They also pick up trash at your rig. Laundry was clean and worked well. Big grassy area for walking dogs...perfect!! We had the free pink limo come pick us up for Marlowe's. I'd recommend this Park!

Emilie S.

Yelp
Stayed in one of their little cabins. Look exactly like the KOA cabins. It was exactly what we needed. Loved it. Fridge, microwave, TV, AC, one double bed and a bunk bed. So thankful we decided to do this instead of the Heartbreak Hotel. That building looked like a joke and I would have felt totally cheated staying there. Quality AC unit. Clean, albeit a little creepy/quiet/huge bathrooms. Saw a couple of bugs, but it was Memphis so I expected this. No way around it. Like any RV campground., there is that ever present engine running noise- but I am pretty good about tuning that stuff out. Lovely pool. Free Graceland parking if you stay here- though it was an easy walk and we just left out car parked in front of our cabin.

Racer D.

Yelp
Nice campground. My wife and I met friends there. They did not have reservations and the staff worked them in next to us. Very clean and quiet place. We would stay again for sure. Some good BBQ places close by

C N.

Yelp
stayed one night, very clean and well maintained RV Park and walking distance to Graceland next door. What I didn't read in reviews is that the RV parking pass gets free parking at Graceland. Because we were staying only one night, we were visiting Elvis in the morning but wouldn't be back before 11 am checkout, this worked out very well, saved $10 on Graceland parking. Laundry facilities are one of the best I have seen in RV parks. Would recommend this park for just one night or more.

Odd F.

Yelp
This park is walking distance to Graceland, as in they share a property line. It's also in a rather rough part of Memphis. The camp keeps a 24 hour security checkpoint that you have to clear in order to drive in. The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. The sites are level and the WiFi was strong. No cable, but I was getting tons of channels over digital antenna. The back end of the property is huge and I was able to let my hound off leash to run and run. Expensive spot, one night was $47 after my military discount.

Marcia P.

Yelp
We arrived much later than expected but between the security guard in front and the easy self check in, we were able to rest fairly quickly for the rest of the night. The staff were very helpful and friendly when we checked out. Great view of Graceland from our spot and for the one night we were there it was worth it.

Tiffany C.

Yelp
It's your basic camp ground. I asked if we could keep our trailer there for 30 min after check out so I didn't have to move it to go to Grace Land. They charged me a late check out fee. Wasn't to happy about that for only 30 min on a weekday. Also found a black widow in the water box so assume they don't spray for bugs.

Karen G.

Yelp
Great RV park! Professional staff; not so much friendly, but professional. Pool was clean, as was entire park. You just walk through a gate and you are at Graceland. Very quiet after 9pm. Plenty of places to eat if you don't want a grilled pb&banana sandwich (quite tastey). Plenty of long pull-through 50 amp sites. Guests were friendly. Cable and Wi-Fi worked really well.

Tracey H.

Yelp
We stayed here from 10/8/12 - 10/10/12 with our 2 dogs in our 32 ft 5th wheel RV. It was difficult to find arriving in the dark - it is located behind the Heartbreak Hotel, next to Elvis' 2 airplanes & across the street from Graceland Mansion. It is apart of Graceland, but you cannot purchase tour tickets at the office & no discounts offered on the tour options. The park is nicely situated far off the Boulevard & lots of grassy areas & trees behind it. The park also has plenty of grassy areas & trees. There is a small dog park. At 7am, they open a gate between the park & Graceland parking lot, so I walked the dogs around the very large parking lot. There is 24/7 security at the park, including a check point prior to entering the park. There are a lot of decently sized, pull through spots that are level & have full hook ups. There are plenty of trash cans located throughout the park. There is a big pool & nice outdoor cooking area with plenty of picnic tables & the Elvis channel piped in. The park is clean & nicely maintained. It has great internet bandwidth. Only suggestion would be to provide the late check-in people with the wifi code.

Lisa W.

Yelp
We stayed here for 4 nights....had a great time! The bathroom/showers were roomy and the a/c was a blessing! Nice pull through sites with a number of trees to provide some shade. Walking distance to Graceland and Hearbreak Hotel. I agree, the signage could have been better. The grounds were very well maintained. The only thing I wasn't so thrilled about was the 11 am-1 pm bathroom closures for "cleaning." I'm not sure why they have close both bathrooms and showers for that long...(close one side, then the other so it's not a full 2 hours of waiting). Other than that, very nice.

Sue V.

Yelp
Honestly one of the nicest camps and locations yet. We are traveling all 48 states this year and this one is top notch.

Driven W.

Yelp
My only complaint is that they could easily provide late nite check ins with the wifi code. It appears that someone made that suggestion here on yelp in October of 2012 and still they do not.

Ana R.

Yelp
Park is average. It was hard to see the sign from the road because they share signs with the Heartbreak Hotel. The park was clean and served its purpose. I don't see myself coming through here again but if you're visiting Graceland you are within walking distance and should stay here. Our friends did laundry and were happy with the facility. We did not use the showers and therefore, can not comment. The office has a limited amount of Elvis memorabilia.

Ramona D.

Yelp
Easy, easy walking distance to Graceland. The price is reasonable and park has security at the gate and that seems to come around 24 hours a day. Well kept and clean everywhere, bathrooms, laundry, grounds. The employees were friendly and helpful. Gravel roads and sites with some grass. An unfenced dog area but lots of open space behind it to walk and play with the dog. Our site was a problem for backing in for a multitude of reasons: wasn't really long enough, two stop signs in the way, another camper's truck in the way, and we were in site 3, which is part of the driveway in and parking space for those checking in. The small pool was still open in mid October. Huge tent camping area on grass. Something we didn't use but was rather nice was a pavilion area right near the tent sites with tables, a microwave, a stove, and a sink. Sure would make tent camping easier! Finally, the only restaurants in the area seem to be fast food other than Marlowe's which may be why the campground mentions it when you check in and provides a 10% off coupon and why Marlowe's sends pink Cadillacs to pick you up and return you after your meal. It was definitely worth the visit!

Angi M.

Yelp
Clean bathrooms, no-pay showers, late checkin wifi access granted, walking distance to Graceland, what more could you ask for? I cant wait to see what is available at the store in the morning! So far, everyone has been very friendly and courteous. No crazy loud campfire parties, just nice and quiet
