The apartment was an excellent blend between traditional and modern, beautifully designed with great Italian taste. Cristiano (the host) was absolutely perfect, forwarding useful information about Venice, all the required documents (tourist tax, entrance fee exception) etc . He was extremely helpful, accomodating, and made great suggestions about local authentic restaurants, which we absolutely loved. 10/10 recommended. Would book again.

Absolutely amazing! All the charm of a historic 17th century building but renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently located in San Croce.

Apartment very spacious and has a good location, problem that it was on the 4th floor with spiral staircase, no elevator so it wasnt fun carrying luggage, the apartment has everything you need, water in the bathrooms can act funny sometimes, but the most downside was the mosquito swarm inside, so arm yourself up with anti mosquito weaponry, they show no mercy nor shall you

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. Excelente este palacio veneciano para hospedarse y conocer la preciosa ciudad de Venecia. Cercano al centro y a la Estación de Trenes Santa Lucía, su ubicación es perfecta. La atención de Cristiano ha sido excelente en todo momento. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Esperamos volver pronto. Será un honor.

Mehr Schein als Sein! Stühle, Sofa und Möbel durchgesessen und alt. Ameisen im Bad. Küche funktionsfähig aber wir haben erst einmal das Geschirr gereinigt. Schimmel im Bad (Fugen). Risse in den Wänden. In der Küche stapelten sich die gebrauchten Reinigungsmittel (nasser Aufnehmer). Lage ist sehr zentral und super. Durch die Gebäude wird der Lärm von Besuchern sehr stark reflektiert. Die ersten Schiffe fuhren um 04:30Uhr durch den Kanal. Das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis passt daher nicht!
