"Graduate Annapolis is a hotel that embodies the college town spirit with navy signal flags lining the lobby walls and a color scheme inspired by the Chesapeake blue crab. It's centrally located for access to Annapolis's main attractions." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Lovely hotel, can't say the front desk are happy. Visiting in January, extremely cold outside but the lobby seems not to be heated at all, very uncomfortable. The design of the hotel is lovely, very clean, best condition of a hotel seen in a long time. No free breakfast or coffee. St this price point should have free coffee at least. Overall a good hotel.

Google
I visited the hotel for a wedding reception, 12/8/24. The hotel was lovely and we had a wonderful time. The garage barrier was not working correctly. An employee of the hotel, DJ, waited for us to get my mother in-law into the car to ensure we could get out of the garage. This took quite awhile and he was very friendly and accommodating. It was greatly appreciated. We had a great experience and we will visit again.

I really like this hotel. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here. The room was lovely, the bed EXTREMELY inviting, great for sleeping and other activities. I had a great sleep, I would recommend this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Google
5 star all the way. |Everyone was extremely nice. Very helpful, and engaging in conversation. Definitely know the area and if they were not sure about something they would ask another people to make sure they get you the right information. The valet always greeted with hello, how are you doing, can I help with anything. They always spoke to you no matter what. Cam - valet -always had a smile on his face, very helpful and went out of his way to help.

Google
We were down for a wedding reception between Christmas and New Year’s and had a very pleasant experience. The room, service, and wedding reception dinner were all excellent. Good location within easy walking distance to bars and Restaurants. I was especially impressed with the valet staff who were all extremely friendly and super efficient; shout out to Devin in particular. Would definitely go back.

Google
This is such a nice hotel. Easy check in with valet. Todd was a big help and very polite. Very dog friendly and beautiful nautical decor. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Great bar in the hotel, Al was a nice, friendly bartender.

Google
I had a wonderful time at the Graduate. It was in walking distance to the places I wanted to go. Todd was very helpful and took good care of my car, he gave me info and directions to different places I wanted to see in the area. Kudos to the staff, will visit again.

Google
A very nice and extremely quiet hotel not far from|The downtown business and historical district. Parkings expensive. But covered underneath the hotel. The parking lot is huge and also used by the public. The room was very nice. The dog rest area needs to be improved. There's also a huge hole in the fence by the parking lot entrance that locals cut through to get to the street faster. This is a crime waiting to happen and the fence needs repaired asap

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel several times. We love the location as well as the well appointed rooms with nice towels and linens. Hotel also has a very helpful staff. The only downside side is the parking lot which can be hard to navigate.

Carley M.

Yelp
Nice hotel, clean, good access to downtown, good service. Only had one night here but loved the upgraded suite they gave me!

Liz N.

Yelp
Hotel bar NOT open on a Saturday afternoon. Thought we could watch college football games in the bar, but no. Not open. Further more the front desk staff know nothing about being cordial. They don't make any eye contact as you enter the lobby. They offer no pleasantries such as "welcome back " or "good afternoon " or "have a nice day ". Apparently they have no knowledge about these things. Lastly there are signs all over the bar about the need for guests to provide ID to be served alcohol. Not a bad thing but when a repeat registered guest, 65 years old is refused a glass of wine, then gets stuck on the elevator going up to the room for ID, it leaves a bad taste...what is wrong with you Hilton?

William M.

Yelp
We are here for our son's wedding. Staying two nights. The first night we had a cocktail party in the Powerhouse. It was very nice. The apps were good except the charcuterie board lacked crackers. The cash bar was cashless. Credit cards only! The wedding went perfectly.

Yelp
My son stayed at the Graduate for his wedding night on 25 December 2024. I'm a resident of Annapolis and stopped by to see how I could send a gift basket to his room. The hotel staff couldn't have been more indifferent to the request. I appreciate the sensitivity to giving out information on hotel guests but that wasn't the issue. I S I M P L Y W A N T E D T O S E N D A G I F T basket. The on duty manager ("Alan") was particularly unhelpful and unpleasant, apparently busy with other matters so that he was reading something else on his screen during the entire conversation I had with him. There are lots of other nice hotels in Annapolis. Stay there instead of the Graduate.

Yelp
We attended a work-related holiday party & stayed the night. Check-in/check-out staff were great, valet parking (only a couple $ more than self park) was super easy and convenient, and the party room/after party was decent. I'm not 100% sure if the catering was provided by the hotel or if it was brought in, but it was ok (not the greatest, but definitely edible and plenty to go around). The room itself was....a look....haha. Not my style but to each their own! I did laugh at the celebrity key cards, and the whole space was fairly clean and comfortable. Bathroom fans and bidets were absent, but I find that's the case in most US hotels (whyyyyyyy?). I would wish they would confine the dogs to a single floor if they must be there. They (and their hair) were kind of everywhere. So overall....I wouldn't turn down a future stay, but they could improve on a few little things.

Yelp
Not the first time I've stayed here so I can provide an honest review. Clean Beautifully decorated (theme) Great mattress Great pillows Cold A/C And really good food and drinks on premises Also has a legit gym that's open 24 hours This place is so pretty. College theme colors and even pennants to hang on door handle in lieu of do not disturb sign Love it! It's so detailed Kettle in room with steeping coffee and tea packs You can walk to the harbor within 5 minutes. Such a quaint place Highly recommend a stay here. Consistency is always a great thing

Yelp
This rating is for the food provided for meetings and conferences by the hotel. At lunch all of the hot foods on the buffet were barely lukewarm - pizza, soup and goulash. Breads and the tiny breakfast pastries were dried out and low quality, manufactured products. The "vegetarian plate" came with no entree and no protein. It was just the same scoop of rice and piece of broccoli everyone else had, with one slice of red pepper and two very small slices of a sweet potato. This kind of " vegetarian" food shows no consideration for simple nutrition or parity with what others who had meat entrees got to eat. The salad had wilted lettuce and canned beets. There were no vegetarian deserts at lunch or dinner so we got nothing. We left every meal hungry.

Yelp
Comfortable room poor service at front desk. Coffee bar is terrible quality and slow as molasses. Great location to the waterfront

Jeff J.

Yelp
Breakfast service terrible. Young lady was not courteos - too busy talking with another employee and cook had to ring bell three times before our food was picked up and brought to us.

John H.

Yelp
As a Maryland lad, this boutique hotel is a home-run. Walkable to the waterfront area. While I loved all of the selections and dining at the hotel, I really enjoyed the opportunities to walk around Annapolis to enjoy the history. Study hard...if you have stayed here, you will get it!

Rick T.

Yelp
Great hotel quiet room bed was perfect slept really well for a change. Bathroom soaps etc. high end wife loved them. Self parking 12.00 if you're a gold member through Hotels.com it's free to self park. But make sure you let them know when checking in hotel. The property has great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Within walking distance to the naval academy, harbor, state house, and many restaurants.

Beth M.

Yelp
Nice hotel, if a little kitschy, but it said breakfast opened at 6, and we counted on that for a business breakfast. We came down at 6 and nobody was there...by 6:30, still, no no employees...the front desk staff was very apologetic, but that didn't fill our stomachs. We wound up waiting until almost 7 am, and still no staff, then it was too late and he had to leave for our meeting. If you're not going to open for breakfast until 8 am or whatever then say so, don't advertise breakfast at 6. We counted on breakfast at 6 am, as advertised, but went hungry to our business meeting. Absolutely unforgivable. The otherwise nice experience was ruined. I'd say it left a bad taste, but we went hungry, so no taste. Someone should be fired over this. The desk staff was apologetic, and the room was nice, but don't count on this hotel to deliver as promised, overall.

Alexandra K.

Yelp
The Graduate Annapolis is a beautiful boutique hotel, with standard amenities similar to other hotels in the area. Unlike other hotels in the area, the pricing is very reasonable for what you get: at the Graduate: amazing decor, great walkable location, great restaurant on site, stellar service, the list goes on! The rooms are a great size and bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is clean and exquisitely decorated. Paid parking is to be expected for this area, and the price is reasonable and allows the flexibility of coming in and out as you please. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are welcoming and polite. We stayed here for a wedding and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend a stay here if you are looking in the area.

Tanisha H.

Yelp
Here for the night, and I will admit that these boutique hotels are so adorable. This is my 2nd time at a Graduate hotel and I can't wait to come back. The bed was comfortable and the room was so cute. I had the smoked wings with Old Bay from the restaurant and they were amazing!!!!!!!!!! I love this place.

Yelp
If you look at the reviews I think you'll have very mixed opinions about this hotel so I will start by saying - this is a city hotel- hotels in cities usually make you pay for parking and don't have many amenities. Many other reviewers complained about this but if you look at the rate of this hotel compared to others in the area this is a cheaper hotel point with similar amenities. My mom and I stayed here for a short trip and it provided everything we needed! Pros : - clean - beautifully decorated - good location (short walk, 15 mins to most attractions, or small drive) - restaurant in hotel - nice staff Cons: - communication - no free breakfast - paid parking - Poindexter coffee is overpriced - Restaurant closed Mon/Tues Again most of the cons are things we personally look for in hotels but in cities like Annapolis, these things are rare to find! So to us, they weren't deal breakers - especially since at the time of our stay (during covid, aug 2021) most hotels were not including free dining anyway, and we did not drive to this hotel. The one downfall is that the staff did not communicate anything to us upon check in. We did not know that they weren't cleaning rooms, which I felt should have been communicated to us. We had to ask for towels, which they had no problem dropping off to us! Overall our stay was really nice and we got out of this hotel exactly what we wanted. For those who are complaining, they probably are not use to traveling in areas such as these. We had a great time and enjoyed the restaurant , the lobby, the patio outside the restaurant and our bartender at the restaurant was also incredibly kind even though they were short staffed. It's a great location for the area at an affordable price and a comfortable moderate stay.

Ed M.

Yelp
I thought the Graduate-Annapolis was solid. Parking-Valet - easy in and out. Staff - valet, reception and bartender - all professional, accommodating and pleasant. Room - comfortable, roomy and clean. Common Area - spacious and decorated in Naval Academy memorabilia Price - better than most. Could gave it 5 stars except it's not the Waldorf with all extras - but a solid 4 stars in my book.

Tara R.

Yelp
I visited the Graduate two weeks ago for a three day conference. I did not stay on site since I live close so I am only speaking on meeting rooms and common areas. The parking was super simple and $10 a day (not overnight). The lobby was super clean, open and welcoming and had plenty of seating for our breaks. The conference had one room with round tables and a little continental breakfast including coffee, juice and water. The actual seminar was set up with longer tables facing the screens. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I thought the facility overall was super nice from the employees to the quality of the site. Although I did not stay on site, many others from the conference did. I heard nothing but great things about the rooms and never heard any negative feedback. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nat W.

Yelp
I loved staying here.. loved the decor and quietness (i guess prob not so quiet during the graduation season). The bed was super comfy. Awesome boutique hotel!

Nora A.

Yelp
We had an excellent stay here! The hotel atrium is visible when navigating the hallways and is fitted with tons of nautical paintings, giving a really fun vibe to go with the nautical theme. The hotel decor was quirky and cute. The rooms are well furnished, and we found the bed to be super comfy. Tvs are older, if you care about that sort of thing. Location is excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! The parking situation is definitely a bit confusing and could really do with some clear signage (there's several ominous looking signs that made us worry if we were parking in the correct area or not). Otherwise, we loved being able to park easily in downtown Annapolis without having to worry about the safety of our car.

Yelp
We recently stayed at the Graduate while in town for a Baptism. The Graduate was a first time hotel experience for my daughter who is 2 years old. We all loved it! Some highlights below... - The location. The location is perfect! It's right downtown and within walking distance to plenty of things. - Parking. Overnight valet parking is available. I think this was about $30 a night. - Staff. Everyone was so friendly! The front desk staff made checking in a breeze, they accommodated all of our requests and always had a smile. The Valet staff was quick and helpful - bringing luggage carts and umbrellas to us. - Atmosphere. It's a super fun and funky hotel. - Bed. Super bouncy, as tested by my daughter. - Pet friendly! This often concerns me, but everything was very clean.

Yelp
had a handicap room. a few issues. the toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it. no toilet seat cover, so no where to sit in the bathroom to dry off. hot water in sink didn't work at all. curved shower rod allows all water to drain onto the floor. no way to keep it in the shower pan. both controls in the shower say hot and cold. one is the diverter. other than these bath related issues, the hotel is very clean and decorated nicely.

Brooke N.

Yelp
What a great hotel. I would say the only thing I didn't like was the mini fridge in the rooms. They didn't work quite well but that was the only negative thing. The employees at the front desk were so nice. Lucy was amazing and informative on all aspects. When I come back to Annapolis I will 100% be staying at this hotel again.

Kyle D.

Yelp
I took my wife here for an overnight getaway and what a treat it was! The hotel is located in a great location, blocks away from restaurants and shops. If it was warmer, we would have explored a little more. The property has on paid site parking, a welcoming entrance and a big atrium. You can download an interactive app that will give you the history behind pictures on the wall. It is a really cool feature! Our experience: the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean(it seriously looked like no one ever occupied the room). Their COVID protocol was great! Masks are required in common areas like hallways, elevators and the foyer. We were awoken by a drunk and loud couple at 1:30am but we didn't complain. They were loud but we were young once so we understand! Disclaimer: We would have complained if we had our child with us. Our overall experience was nice and we felt safe in the hotel(both COVID safe and safety overall). Whether you are looking for a night out or visiting Annapolis, this is the go to hotel to stay! #YelpMDburbs

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful hotel to stay at for business or pleasure! We had a great time on our short stay, within a quarter mile of many bars, restaurants, and only half a mile from the historic district! I would absolutely recommend it to others. My suggestions: It happened to be 107°F on the heat index one of the days, wanting nothing more than to hop in a pool! Unfortunately they don't have one... maybe think of making room on main floor? We also travelled in a large RAM 2500 that couldn't fit in their parking garage, that was fine because we had to drive a couple blocks to the back entrance and go through the gate. Still not a problem. The gate opened right up when you pull up to it. The problem was when leaving, we pulled up to the gate, scanned our room key to exit and the gate kept malfunctioning! It only worked the first day for us, then every time we left we had to press the help button and wait for the gate to lift! We even had our room keys replaced with new ones after the first time thinking maybe that was the problem! Maybe look into getting the gate serviced? Or have it open automatically to get in and use a room key or pay to get out? Lastly, It's very nice to have a café in the lobby to get specialty coffee and espresso, but charging $4 for regular drip coffee??? I'm sure it wouldn't cost that much to put some coffee canisters over on the buffet where the creamer and sugar is. Not everyone wants to pay an arm and a leg for black coffee.

Yelp
Nice area of Annapolis within walking distance of the dock (15-20 min). There is now a free shuttle and plenty of parking not only at the hotel, but on West St. Hotel is clean and has on site food and bar. Also multiple places to eat within walking on West St. Rooms are clean and good size. Tub shower good size and good shower head. Mini fridge in the room with comp cans of water, but no freezer. Also no ice bucket in the room. New at check in got vouchers for free cup of coffee and free drink from the on site eatery/bar. Check in and check out we're quick and easy. There is on site parking lot that costs $28/day. Considering the cost of the room I think this should be complimentary. A bit pricey for the valu

Yelp
Profile photos is of my recently deceased Mom - who was always treated great by this hotel. Nice looking hotel - but "inclusive" I do not feel that is a suitable word for at ALL for Graduate annapolis. While most staff are very friendly one food and beverage female employee was a total disappointment. I'm a local of almost 30 years and last November I stayed there for one night November 18th. In the morning my door safety locking latch slipped in such a way that I accidentally locked myself out of my room. I told not one, but TWO employees I was locked out of my room! They were so stressed from their Grand Opening that evening they apparently did not hear me, or believe me or care....the lady just kept fluffing pillows and telling me I need to get out of the room? Really a room that I had paid for and it was not even check out time??? She was so cold I went off on her a bit ...to be perfectly honest and then....they tried to ban me from the evening Grand Opening. Yeah.....VERY INCLUSIVE ! * NOTE I had been a 20 year or so employee of Loews and worked at Graduate until I quit that very AM ( no way could I work under that female mentioned above ) and I'll remove this post IF I learn it's illegal * I did not accept their ban and they wisely backed off ....though Graduate management was still completely in the dark that THEY prevented me from accessing the room because .....they DID NOT LISTEN TO MY REQUEST....but ... HEY, their pillows were properly fluffed! Unbelievable how snobby and poorly trained some of the NEW management staff at that hotel is. I miss Loews very much ! So anyway I attended Graduate Hotels Grand Opening that evening but wasn't able to gain access to my room prior to the party as they did not call engineering to open the door because ....they IGNORED me for pillows ! Maybe if I had been with a man they would have taken me more seriously ???? I attended and enjoyed their Grand Opening - though grossly under dressed and somewhat stressed because not only were my clothes locked in the room, but my car keys as well .Thus I could not drive my car home to get fresh clothes, shoes and refresh makeup. These are very normal 60 year old lady needs are they not? Fortunately I LOVE walking around Annapolis - I was gone for a good part of the day then returned and attended the party in dirty boots and old makeup because....I was still LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM.... but...I am resilient like my Mom ! The Grand Opening was...GRAND! Great food, drinks, service and band...I even got to give the GM a little gift basket I created to help me help local homeless. The management seems like they may be interested in bringing some love to the old 4th Ward which it borders. I'll see if they will help with meals for Winter Relief as my church is hosting very soon and we are right around the corner from Graduate. What an opportunity for a come back ! Frankly I was also VERY put off by the massive picture of a famous black athlete in the lobby, yet they have the "WHITE ROOM" which is my nic name for their restaurant. The hotel borders a famous historic black (though now mixed) community surely filled with many who were watermen at some point but the photos of Sea Captains in the "inclusive " Graduate Restaurant .....ALL WHITE DUDES! Graduate can do better and change the pictures to REAL LOCAL black watermen and women who actually LIVED in Graduates backyard and likely had some family and friends that worked in the hotel. Had a tour of their rooms and saw how some of the small details are very bad for elderly and people with dementia. The lady given the tour seems receptive to my comments- I do some work with elderly and notice these details. Again..."Inclusive" well...not from my point of view with elderly people- form before function - yet again. So sad how little we consider the elderly in our interior designs in America. At end of night staff comes to me and tells me they need me to move out of the room because someone wants the room. Then.....they tell me the doors locked .....No Kidding People! Told you that about 12 hours ago. Addressed this briefly with the new GM who seemed nice but not really eager to sit down so ....YELP it is. We want Annapolis safe, friendly and inclusive but that is NOT how I see this Graduate Hotel. Welcome to Graduate and the " WHITE ROOM RESTAURANT" more EXCLUSIVE than inclusive. 3/9 update - this AM I noticed " White Room Number 2" and see the empowered, educated, pretty GM has still not bothered to email me. Probably busy celebrating National Women's Month somewhere. Renaming it the "EXCLUSIVE FLUNKY HOTEL". Not only for how they treated me a 60 year old woman who needed some compassion. Think about it ......the name Graduate is actually elitist! My amazing Mom was forced to drop out of high school , it killed her! Yet she self educated and went on the be one of four people who started the library in my hometown!

Shani L.

Yelp
Great valet service, extremely clean rooms, prompt room service through text messaging and friendly front desk staff. Top notch experience.

Tom H.

Yelp
At checkout I reported my complaints to the front desk. There was a dog in the room next door when I had explicitly asked for and been told we would be on a pet free floor due to allergies. In addition the door didn't close properly leaving the room open when we're were sleeping. At check out they refunded half a night's stay. That still left it as expensive as the Westin just down the street.

Carrie C.

Yelp
When booking for our trip to Annapolis I saw this hotel but had never heard of it so wasn't sure I wanted to stray from the more well-known hotel chains. Wow - I am so glad we chose to try out Graduate Annapolis. Super clean, their staff was so kind and accommodating and I loved how they adopted the local naval theme for their decor. Their branding was so on point down to every last detail. It's a short walk to the heart of downtown (maybe 5-8 minutes) so really easy to get down to the heart of everything, but then we could quickly escape it when we were ready to turn in for the night. Sizeable well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and very clean and well done bathrooms as well. I highly recommend Graduate Annapolis for your next stay!

Peri L.

Yelp
WAAAAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I loooove the Graduate.. because they EARNED IT! i booked a room for my husband's birthday. (VERY last minute.) i spoke the the Amazing Maddie.. who listened as I explained that I'd be joining him later, but meantime, would she: 1) Let the staff know that he is currently quite physically challenge, as chemo can make one appear inebriated (because TIRED.).. and 2) Could she help me rustle up a surprise of some kind, just as a little fun thing? 20 minutes later, Maddie called me back! She had gotten a lovely gift back together for him, AND got me an amazing deal on an upgrade to a suite. Now, for reasons we won't go into here, I have stayed on seriously posh 5 star hotels around the world.. but the customer service at the Graduate, and the TOTAL ADORABLENESS OF THE SUITE, is something I wpuld expect to find, in an 800 euro a night hotel... I am just so impressed. cleanliness, great and amazingly caring staff,, a really charming suite.. I am happy and relaxed.. and more importantly, so is my brave and handsome fella. this is my go-to place, for mini vacays to DC forays, from now on. Thank you, Graduate Family.. and the Amazing Maddie !

Tanya C.

Yelp
Pretty good hotel overall. Plenty of parking, clean with nice toiletries, and responsive staff. Very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Only negative I found was that it took a while to get hot water in the sink.

Terry W.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for one night with my husband. Our daughter and son-in-law booked three rooms for an adventure weekend. They invited his parents and us. We all drove down on Saturday morning, the 8th from NJ. We met up, got set up in our rooms and headed out for some adventuring at the Naval Academy. We got back to the hotel around 5pm and we all met up in the Trophy Room restaurant on-site. Our waiter/host was Patrick. What an awesome guy! We decided on apps and drinks only and planned to go elsewhere for dinner. All the drinks were great. My daughter ordered a pumpkin-tini, but she needed it without vodka and something else in it - he had the bartender reimagine the drink for her. It tasted great, but the big bang on it was supposed to be a smoke bubble - the new formulation didn't work for that, so he had them do it again, in another way, to make sure she could get that visual! lol The nachos were outstanding! We devoured the tray. The Old Bay wings tasted great too - but being fair - they were so large that they were undercooked in the middle. After trying out another place for dinner (another review later...) we headed back and took over the pool room. Patrick again took care of drink orders for us and checked in with us numerous times. Time to bed down and really check out the room! We had a 2 Queen room, our windows overlooked the parking lot. The room was very clean and neat. The rest room was well equipped with all the necessities. There was a small coffee maker with 4 pods available: 2 decaf, 1 regular and 1 green tea. The bathroom floor was white tile, and I admit, it was very cold on barefeet, and a bit slippery after a shower. During our pool table time I went up to drop off coats, and found the room quite chilly, especially considering it was 30 degrees outside! The in-room thermostat was set at 62! I turned that up to 70 and the room came up to temp quickly and remained very comfortable. The beds were wonderful! Just soft enough to "fall" into. I loved the pillows and ended up looking up the brand to purchase at home. The room is decorated so nicely as well, very cozy, but eclectic and fun too. The blinds were nice and heavy and didn't allow any light in over night. The hotel itself was clean and bright and inviting. Brunch was back downstairs, with Patrick one last time. He really made us feel like we were regulars. The food was soooooo good! We all left bloated and very satisfied. Even though check out was 11am, there was no issue with leaving our car in the lot while we wandered the downtown shops for a few hours. I would highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant, and I know we will be back again in the near future.

Yelp
I attended a series of meetings and a startup demo day at Graduate Annapolis. I am impressed by the hospitality and attention to detail of the staff, the hotel's prime location in the heart of Annapolis, its pet-friendly nature, and the quirky and eclectic decor.

Francisco F.

Yelp
Excellent service Rooms and Beds very comfortable...Shalinda in front desk provided outstanding service

Michael L.

Yelp
Might have found my new favorite non-international hotel chain. Gracie and Ellen at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful when I was checking in and asking questions. The rooms are typical in size but the decor is fantastic.

Jade H.

Yelp
Price and location cannot be beat. Very whimsical, nautical feel. Only thing I was not a fan of was the bathroom. Your basic cold looking tub/shower combo. Not a fan, could use an update maybe. Al I believe his name is, at front desk, is very personable. The gentleman at valet as well was very welcoming. As long as I can get a balcony(limited) next time, this goes on my list of favorite hotels.

Katie A.

Yelp
Overall a great hotel, in walking distance of downtown. I loved the design and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient, too! I give 4 stars because the room wasn't cooling properly & we had to call for help. Staff assisted us and all was resolved, but it would have been uncomfortably warm had we not taken action.

Bernice B.

Yelp
Great Hotel I'm Annapolis. All personnel very personable and were there to assist without asking. Will recommend and return.

Maggie M.

Yelp
Terrible terrible experience. First off, I stayed at the Graduate with my 2 month old newborn and our fridge didn't work for me to store milk. Then, at 3am there was music BLASTING through our room that woke us up. Parking was a nightmare. Now, I check my credit card and I was charged over $100 more than was quoted. I called and spoke to accounting and the man literally LAUGHED AT ME when I told him my concerns. Then he hung up. How disgraceful. I am disgusted honestly. Would NEVER stay here again or recommend to my many friends in the Annapolis area.

Yelp
Reading the other reviews I had to triple check this was the same hotel. The room was nice. The photos accurately reflect the interior. What shocked me was the absolute lack of hospitality by the staff. On check in the clerk said two words "credit card". No welcome. No information. No offer of help with bags. Nothing. I assumed this was just an off day but the whole stay was like this. Not a single staff person ever greated me and when I dated ask directions I was treated as a MAJOR annoyance. (no other guests at the desk, phone's not ringing). In the future I'll choose a different hotel.

Yelp
This hotel gets a mixed review. Great Annapolis location. When you walk up to the main entrance, there is unpleasant music blaring and in our case lots of loud noise from a variety of parties. Check in was easy. The decor is unual with a couple of truly hideous decorations in our room. (Yes, taste is subjective). Imagine a brass ram lamp or a huge intrusive print of a woman aviator. After a long flight, waking up blearyto such silliness is intrusive. Our room had a broken bathroom door handle and broken and moldy soft soap dispenser in an otherwise clean room. This hotel has some sort of hangup providing bars of soap in the room. We had a small flat soap that immediately became mush when placing it in non draining soap dish. A tiny square soap was inadequate and we had to go to the reception several times asking for soap. What is that?? Covid hygiene is handled pretty well by staff although their default is to not clean daily or replace towels unless asked. We are not the only ones frustrated about soap- With other guests in the elevator we laughed about such silliness. So overall an ok place but the lack of attention to details detracted from our stay.

Yelp
Now this is class! A phenomenal hotel in downtown Annapolis, MD. Absolutely perfect room, well appointed and very comfortable, the bathroom better than mine, view....well, you can't have it all. Coming in on a Monday, we were welcomed with class and privacy. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and approachable - a credit to the profession! The keys worked and the rooms easy to find....even the hallways smelled clean. I don't have too much to go on about except that this hotel is worth a trip unto itself. Excellent!

Yelp
Clean and semi-upscale on the inside with the decor, but the logistics and hidden fees of this place make me rate it down. $24-26 parking per night, would've rather stayed in a nicer hotel that offered free parking for the same total cost. Also, trying to find any information on this hotel online is next to impossible. I'm assuming since they got bought out/changed management from Loews Hotels to "Hotel Annapolis" they're still changing over all the internet searches, google pages, maps, etc. Took us forever to try and find the place on maps, and had to navigate the "not so easy to navigate" website to find the address and manually plug in which was frustrating and made me not really like this place from the start. The room service was good though, bed was comfy, gym was nice, and location convenient to downtown Annapolis shops. Would consider different hotel in the future.

Yelp
This is literally a fleabag hotel. I stayed here in October for a birthday celebration and by the second night the dog had fleas. This dog had never had a flea problem and had a very bad reaction requiring a vet vi$it. The hotel GM did not care and after two calls and multiple emails I decided to warm others

Yelp
Certainly not the best place to stay in Annapolis. Several hotels in the area are much better, Westin and Waterfront, and won't nickel and dime you for coffee, water and parking. Waterfront has a nationally recognized bar and is closer to everything in Annapolis. People have literally been shot at Graduate. On several occasions. This hotel sits next to the ghetto in Annapolis. The front desk staff could care less about being there or for you. The hotel is highly rated because staff are paid for reviews. I myself received a free drink in the restaurant. Decor is loud. Bathrooms are awful. HVAC is weak at best. Just too many great hotels in Annapolis to be fooled into staying here folks. Paying your employees for reviews. Wow.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here for two nights last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We loved it. It's within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and sights to see. The ballroom is pretty cool to see also. We took pictures for our six year old daughter. She loved them. I'm an Army guy, but The Naval academy them was nice also. We will def be back.

Yelp
The hotel offers valet and self-parking. Self-parking is still a whopping $26, yet the hotel didn't even have the decency to clear the parking lot from the snow and ice for the guests. I stayed for four days and the parking lot was not touched. I slipped multiple times, my mother-in-law fell on the ice while trying to walk to the elevator (the walkway is also covered in ice!!) and there were multiple complaints to the front desk about the condition of the parking lot--yet nothing was done. Pretty annoyed that I paid $100 to park here and the hotel doesn't even care enough about their guests to ensure that the parking lot and walkways were clear. Do better.
