Graduate by Hilton Auburn, AL

We stayed at the Graduate during our recent college tour at Auburn. We had two rooms. The Oversized Double Queen was marginally larger, but the biggest difference was the size of the bathroom. It also had a better view. Regardless, both rooms were terrific, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The views from the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant are unbeatable. I love the Auburn University decor choices - it really made you feel a school spirit. Highly recommend.

The theme scheme by Hilton is so exciting. There are a number of Graduate Hotels celebrating school spirit of the University they are closest. The Graduate in Auburn, AL is in the heart of both the campus and downtown. ||Like the other Graduate properties, the decor is a chaotic all embracing visual experience of area traditions and school lore. It feels a bit overwhelming visually but I think they are going for the frenzy of a game day celebration. ||High points at this property are The Supper Club rooftop experience- the views are just marvelous. The rooftop alone is one of the best reasons to visit this property. The staff at the hotel and The Supper Club are all very friendly and welcoming. ||We had a standard room which was on the small side and lacked much storage or amenities -no in room coffee just an odd kettle yet no teabags, no drinking glasses though there was a small refrigerator and with two people we were juggling items to find storage space for 2 days worth of clothing. On the positive side, the commitment to theme extended to the rooms and was very engaging. ||Other reviews commented on the challenging bathrooms-especially the showers- are problematic (no storage, no cups and a jenky shower door situation causing a very slick floor) with which I would agree based on the room we were assigned. Concerns were brought to The Graduate manager and were politely received. ||Valet reception is on Magnolia Street with in and out privileges is very nice option for the reasonable price of $25 per night. Based on my experience, allow 20-25 minutes from time you request car to when you would like to be in it.

I highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location adjacent to campus. Cleanliness of room exceeded expectations. The bed was very comfortable, I slept great. Housekeeping staff detail oriented and took excellent care of my room. Front desk and valet very professional. The hotel decor is quirky in a very charming way. 10/10 would stay again!

05/2025- I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a thoughtful local touch that really made the experience unique. The room was decorated in a fun blue and orange football theme, which was both stylish and appropriate for the location. It was spacious, spotless, and everything was in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the abundance of towels provided. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar—perfect for getting some work done in the evening while enjoying a drink and the view. I also tried the cafe breakfast, which was quite good. The hotel’s location is ideal, right across from the engineering campus. I noticed they have bikes available too, which would be a fun way to explore the area. If I had to note one small drawback, it would be the in-room coffee situation. Instead of a coffee machine, there was just a kettle, and all the coffee provided was decaf. I’m not sure if that was intentional to encourage guests to visit the cafe or just an oversight, but normally you’d expect a mix of regular and decaf options. Still, it’s a minor detail and didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a visit to Auburn.

Beautiful Hotel-Amazing Location. This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we’ve enjoyed each one. There was a minor issue with our tv and Luis at the front desk went above and beyond to help. He was amazing and a very welcoming presence at the hotel. Looking forward to staying again the next time we are in Auburn.

Brady was super friendly while we waited for our vehicle. Did not have to wait long and appreciate the app and the ease for checking out and getting out vehicle quickly. And thanks for being so sweet to our dogs! Thank you!

The Graduate Hotel in Auburn offers a unique, charming atmosphere that captures the spirit of the university town perfectly. The rooms are stylish, clean, and full of thoughtful details that make the stay memorable. The staff is warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Valet drivers Matt Mongelli and Paul Altermatt were outstanding—prompt, courteous, and made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s an ideal spot for anyone visiting Auburn, whether for a game day or a relaxing getaway.

Whenever I arrived, Whitten politely greeted me and offered to valet my car. He was super helpful and made sure I had all of the information I needed for my stay. He also gave me some great restaurant recommendations!
