The hotel itself is great. It seemed clean enough during my stay. But the room was very subpar. The bed was very hard & uncomfortable. The room didn’t have a microwave. For $180/night (the park + stay option) you could at least put a microwave in the room. The room was clean & cute, but the important part (the bed) ruined it. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because I had such an uncomfortable sleep. The location is convenient if you’re looking to be on campus. I’m not sure if other floors had the same issue, but staying on the 10th floor with the restaurant will also give you pretty consistent door slamming.

One of the valets, Jason, was super helpful during my experience at The Graduate. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly and welcoming and made everything really easy for me and my friends. He had a great attitude and made us feel comfortable right away. When we later went out for drinks and food, Jason was still around and just as kind and helpful. He chatted with us, gave us a few suggestions, and honestly just made the whole experience better. It didn’t feel like typical valet service at all—it felt more personal and genuine. Little things like that really stand out and make a difference. Jason’s positive energy and laid-back vibe added to the fun of the night and left a great impression on all of us. Because of him, our visit to The Graduate was more enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We ventured up to the bar for New Years Eve and you can not top the food, drinks, and the view. It was amazing! The DJ was on point knowing his crowd. The establishment was clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and quick with service! We will be going back 🙂 Please note we did not stay at the hotel but we are looking forward to staying there in the future

Great hotel in the perfect location. I would have liked to give 5 starts across the board but there were a couple of things that I believe they need to address. First off, when spending $500+ a night you would expect some sense of a pleasant greeting. Upon checking in I greeted the front desk clerk with a "Hello, I'm checking in, and provided my last name. In return I received "Got an ID?". Was just a little surprised at this. Oh well... Maybe a bad day. Secondly, the restaurant/bar on the 10th floor is great. I arrived prior to my wife and as it become crowded she had to wait in line outside the restaurant to get in. I told security/bouncer that she's my wife and we're staying at the hotel, can you please come sit with me. Nope, there's a fire code and she'll have to wait. Sorry, this is B.S. If the hotel is going to restrict anybody there should a priority for guest and all others need to wait. Once inside our waiter was amazing and went above and beyond. Our room was really nice and the hotel itself has great amenities. I think they just need to prioritize their guest and loyal customers going forward.

I had a great stay at the Graduate Hotel in East Lansing. The location is perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything downtown. The hotel itself has a fun, college-town vibe while still feeling clean and comfortable.||A special shoutout to Logan, the valet, who was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and made parking effortless every time. His great attitude really stood out and helped make the stay even better.||I’d definitely recommend the Graduate East Lansing and will be happy to stay here again.

Was here last week and had a great stay. Very clean room, nice layout, and good coffee at the cafe! I booked the "park and stay" package so that valet parking was included in my total rate. Will be back in November! The shoelace picture of Earvin "Magic" Johnson (from his MSU playing days) behind the front desk is so cool!

Stayed at the Graduate East Lansing and loved the vibe, comfy rooms, and walkable location. Huge shoutout to Sam the valet driver, super friendly, quick, and genuinely helpful. He made arrivals and departures easy and welcoming. Would stay again for the service alone. Great energy, parking, and stress free experience.

Loved my stay at the Graduate while visiting MSU. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and I loved the the college themed decor throughout the building! The bar on the top floor was also a pleasant surprise. Would recommend if you are staying in East Lansing.

5 stars to the front desk and valet. The front desk staff was excellent--friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Even while clearly understaffed, they stayed positive and did their best with a smile. The valet team was also great, but the valet system is a mess. Cars were so backed up we couldn't even turn into the property to park. The valet guys were literally sprinting back and forth, doing everything they could. For $35 a day, management really needs to address the logistics. If you're staying here, I'd recommend requesting your car at least 20 minutes in advance--not because of the staff, but because of the flawed setup. Unfortunately, housekeeping was the biggest issue. We had to switch rooms because the first room's bed had hair on it and looked like it had been slept in and quickly remade. The bathroom was dirty, with visible hair and debris, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed, and the tabletops had noticeable grime. The second room was slightly better (no hair on the bed), but the air conditioning made a constant tin-can clinking sound. The property features nice fixtures like Waterworks, but maintenance and upkeep are clearly lacking. We also had a negative interaction with housekeeping: one staff member was openly frustrated when we tried to use the elevator and made no effort to hide it.

Came in Christmas Eve to stay 5 nights. When we left for Christmas dinner, we left a $20 tip. Came back to an unmade bed, dirty cups, and no coffee. I complained. The next day the bed was made, but trash hadn't been thrown and the dishes were dirty. I complained again. Today we came back to un-thrown trash, dirty cups, and an unmade bed. The hotel itself is great, but what's really frustrating is that we aren't being listened to, or they are not following up. Also, each time I ask to ask for a manager. there isn't one on site. Perhaps that's the bigger problem?

We stayed here for the first time on 2/11/25. We had tickets to a 9pm basketball game and did not want to drive home at midnight. We arrived at 6:30pm. The first problem was the valet situation. Die to a lack of space, a shortage of workers and running blocks away to park and retrieve cars, it was not efficient. Secondarily, the front desk staff was disinterested at best. For a top rated hospitality university , I would expect much better service.No directions on where the elevator was located, what time the coffee shop opened or that ice needs to be brought to the room. The woman in the late evening was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby is worn out. Trash in the elevator. We would hesitate to stay here again. And it's not all Graduates. We have stayed in others that are much better serviced. Do a better job training and enforcing good service.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Parking was a mess -- long lines for valet and no clear alternatives. We arrived around 4:30 PM, but our room wasn't ready. After traveling two hours, we had hoped to change before dinner, but we didn't receive notice that our room was ready until 5:45 PM. For the rate we paid, that was very frustrating. Housekeeping ignored our request for more bathroom tissue after it ran out, and when we tried calling again, no one answered. The property itself looked poorly maintained -- trash on the floors, in elevators, and hallways, with overflowing bins. Even the bathroom amenities didn't work; the body wash and shampoo dispensers were broken. We were there to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday and attend a college visit, which made the experience even more disappointing. As an alum, I had hoped this would be an iconic place to stay, but sadly, it fell short. The only positive was the convenient location. We'll definitely look for a different hotel next time.

Came to the Graduate for a conference and this was one of the last hotels that had availability. Our conference was in Lansing, so the walkability and getting around was not fun with staying at the Graduate. However, if you are in town and walking around East Lansing, it is walkable to a lot of bars/restaurants. Getting to the hotel was not fun - had to loop around the block too many times to get into the valet parking line which wasn't well marked. Valet parking is $35 a day and hit and miss with requesting your car to head out. The valets mixed up putting our keys somewhere so other people after us were getting their cars. Not much of an apology about the mix-up. Parking elsewhere is not convenient, and it is a decent walk to get to the hotel. Checking in was fine and the staff were friendly. Nice lobby area which includes a coffee shop with some food items as well. The coffee was good and strong. Elevators seemed to give people some confusion since you must use your key card to access your floor. You also can only access the floor that is associated to your key card, nice for security at least. You also need your key card to turn your lights on in your room. The hotel room itself was clean and welcoming. Lots of dark colors and green throughout since you are in Sparty country. There are nods to MSU but not overly in your face. A little too dark especially with trying to do your make up - not great lighting overall in the room. Good water pressure in the shower but poor water pressure for the sink. Limited countertop space. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. Nice to have two chairs in the room along with a refrigerator and desk area. Plenty of places to put your stuff down. The thermostat was touchy and seemed to shut off after so long. Checking out went well especially with needing printed paper copies of my stay so I could be reimbursed for work. The staff had no problem printing it out and getting me what I needed.

I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Lansing, Michigan, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired--starting from the moment I arrived. After a 10.5-hour drive, the last thing I expected was to be greeted by an inept, sensitive sally of a valet. This kid (and I use that term intentionally) asked if I wanted to valet. I simply asked, "Where else is there parking?"--a fair question. But apparently, that was too much for this entitled snowflake, who proceeded to tell me that I was being rude and offensive. Unreal. I immediately reported the encounter to the front desk and the valet manager, both of whom assured me they'd address it. Fast-forward two hours later, and I go to retrieve my car for dinner. Lo and behold, the valet retaliated. My driver's seat was moved all the way forward, all three chargers unplugged, and my vehicle's onboard navigation and radio settings completely messed with. I told the staff again, and this time they basically shrugged and said, "Just send an email," and said they'd remove the valet charge. Completely unacceptable. Now, to give credit where it's due: the hotel is very Michigan State themed, which is awesome and the details throughout are pretty clever. I'll admit, the urinal in the men's room being blue and yellow so everyone is essentially peeing on U of M? That's hilarious. Spartans will love it. The 10th-floor bar is just "ok"--always packed, tough to find a seat, and the food selection is limited. Overall, it's a decent property ruined by immature, poorly trained and petty staff. I won't be staying here again and recommend if you do be ready for the worst generation in earths history to manage your stay.

I enjoyed staying here! The ambiance is nice with a very quirky theme throughout, and it's a great setting to be productive. I got lots of work done just sitting in the lobby. I had breakfast twice, and it was pretty good. Not your traditional continental breakfast; they have a small storefront where you purchase food/drinks. It's a bit on the pricier side, but was pretty good overall. I would stay here again for sure. The staff were all friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint is that perhaps housekeeping isn't doing as thorough of a job as I would like. When they cleaned my room on the first day, they found an old pair of socks that they assumed were mine and left them in the room. They weren't mine so it was kinda odd and made me wonder how often they deep clean. Aside from that, I can't really complain.

I give it a 3.4 Great location. Great staff. Cute coffee bar. Comfortable beds. Great design elements. Great proximity to campus. Great proximity to restaurants. Nice bath products. Dark. Dirty grout in shower with shower head 15+ feet high but no shower caps so ladies, you are wetting that hair no matter what. Bad bathroom lighting and broken fixtures. Bathroom not clean on entry. Loud bar on same floor as we were situated. Heavy, heavy doors- every time someone walks through a door there is reverberation, so light sleepers beware on floor with bar (10) . Air keeps resetting to 74 or 75, no matter what. However, really cute, great location. So, three.four

I loved this place, from the initial greeting, through the general decor. When I walked in to my room, it was like no other hotel room I had stayed in before, the decor just made it feel comfortable and not "hotel typical". I loved this hotel and will look out for other chain hotels as I travel. The simple coffee and breakfast snacks were great, and the upstairs bar was friendly and the bar food was super. Highly recommend,

I didn't actually stay here, but I called inquiring about a pool and she offered to look up surrounding places and gave me recommendations. Solid person very friendly very helpful. Didn't have to help me at all. I appreciate it and this company is lucky to have such a great employee. when you call to book a reservation, ask for Ariana.

Awesome stay. Aidan at the rooftop bar was over-the-top amazing. Great hotel and nice coffee shop. Great for an MSU graduation weekend.

Everything was going well until we wanted to bike around campus and we rented the bikes but one of the bikes needed up having a leak after we waited for 30 minutes. When I went up to the top floor they said I couldn't be there and wouldn't serve me food after 8 because I'm a minor. It was noisy and loud in there. There was nothing about the rules online about not being able to be at the restaurant after 8 for minors. These two incidents caused the stay to be not so good.

Staying for the 2nd time in the past year.... This place is the neatest coolest bestest place I've ever stayed at. Just awesome! If you are a Spartan, or an alum, stay here when in town. The downstair's bathroom has Flint-stone wallpaper. Coolest wallpaper I've ever seen. Just one request, comp. Parking please, it would be such a nice touch.

This place is the worst. In the middle of summertime, the air conditioning was not working and they never told a soul when they checked in. On top of that, the television had no connection to any channels. A complete disaster!! The people who were working there were doing nothing to help the situation. It should have been an embarrassment for everyone associated with the hotel but unfortunately I don't think it affected one of the employees.

What an eclectic gem in the middle of plain Jane hum drum hotels! We stopped in for a drink at the rooftop bar on a whim and were so impressed with the atmosphere, ambiance, decor style, and comfortable feel of the place we ended up getting a room and staying the night...the room was so adorable! I really felt swept away to 1960...I even ended up using it as an inspiration when redoing my high school son's bedroom and he loves it!

The Graduate is such an adorable hotel! I don't necessarily have any ties to Michigan State, but I can appreciate all the details in this hotel. Location wise, there was a lot nearby. We walked around campus and tried some local restaurants nearby. We did try to go to the rooftop bar, but at 9:30 on a Monday evening, it was insanely busy. We did a quick lap but decided it wasn't worth staying around. I did feel like the room didn't really cool down a whole lot, and I found the bed to be rather stiff and uncomfortable. But we had a fine one night stay and everyone we encountered that worked there was very friendly.

I'm an MSU alum and big Spartan fan. So when I needed a room for a work trip, I decided to book The Graduate. We arrived after the rooftop bar was closed (I believe it closed at 11pm), so I didn't get to experience it which was a bummer, but looking through the window, it looked like a cool space with a nice view. Ambience/Decor: 5/5 The whole MSU theme is very unique with clever attention to detail. From college ID room keys to pencils in the guest rooms, the decor is fun and the big draw. My room was on the smaller side in terms of size but it was well appointed and very unique for a large hotel. Service 2/5: Service left much to be desired. To be fair, we arrived late at night. However, we had to hail the valet down after parking outside and coming in. Normally when I stay at hotels with valet, the valet come running to get my car. The front desk staff was fine but nothing extraordinary. Very transactional and left something to be desired from what could be a high end hotel. You get 2 free cups of drip coffee in the morning, but unfortunately, I was told this doesn't start until 7am. I was in the lobby getting ready to leave at 6:50am. The barista was polite about it, but again, left something to be desired in terms of guest experience. A little training in hospitality could go a long way. Cleanliness: 5/5 The rooms were clean and met expectations for a newly built hotel. The sink in the Mens public restroom was not working but it was clean. Value: 3/5 The room rate was reasonable for the area and compares with The Kellogg and The Marriott. It's a prime location close to campus. $25 for overnight valet parking isn't crazy but also feels like a "gotcha" moment when there are limited self parking options nearby. I enjoyed the MSU decor, but without a continental breakfast and with only valet parking, I'm not sure I would stay here again. Overall, the design was cool. I checked in after 11pm and checked out before 7am, so I was only here less than 8 hours. I really want to give it a 5 star rating but the service did not deserve 5 stars. It's a solid 4.

I wanted so much to like this hotel. Sadly, my experience did not meet my expectations. When I arrived the room smelled funky. I discovered a takeout container that had obviously spent several days in the fridge. When I mentioned this the woman at the front desk told me she would take something off the bill. This didn't happen, and when I went back to the front desk at checkout the person was rude, "hadn't been told about this" and said she'd get back to me, which didn't happen. The other issue is after paying for two nights of valet parking, the three parking attendants were more focused on kicking litter down the storm drain than helping me put my luggage in the trunk. I was wearing a suit and high heels, and a little assistance would have earned a healthy tip. The cute branding and plaid decor won't be enough to encourage me to stay there again.

I'm an alum of MSU and normally when I come up for a trip, I stay at the Kellogg Center or Marriott. My daughter and I decided to give this place a try. Let me just do pros and cons from my vantage point: Pros: Staff is amazing-shout out to Drew at the front desk who went above & beyond for our trip. Rooms are clean and well-maintained (but, it is a really new place, so...) Decent room rate Nice shower Cons: $35 a night for parking? Bathroom door would not shut (small matter, but just weird) Bathroom faucet hot water was scalding hot The $50/night "incidental charge" was not spelled out when I made the reservation. The rooftop bar is just meh Neither a pro or a con, but man that decor is a lot. Like, a lot a lot. Love the MSU touches, but choices were made.

This is by far the coolest off-campus place in East Lansing. I had heard good things from others and decided to come up for a 1-night nostalgia visit with my girlfriend (both of us are MSU alumni). From the lobby's Magic Johnson mural to the carpets with paul bunyan, spartan helmets, and dairy store ice cream....the rooftop bar with a miniaturized model of the rock with autographs all over it to the "Flintstone" basketball team wallpaper in the lobby bathroom....this place emanates MSU in a tasteful and entertaining, not tacky way. Some of the coolest features: - Rock Bar - Awesome rooftop bar with amazing MSU-themed cocktails and a second-to-none view of campus. - Spartan Shield Lamps - I want these in my MSU-themed basement. - Bikes - Complementary bike rentals to cruise around campus. - Room Keys - Styled as student ID cards for famous MSU alumni. I had Kirk Gibson. Our room was beautiful, clean, and had an awesome view of campus. Whether it's for business, leisure, or anywhere in between, the Graduate is AWESOME. I'm already talking to friends about coming back with a larger group.

We loved our stay at the Graduate Hilton at Michigan State University in East Lansing!! My daugther and I got there in a bad state we had a horrible electric rental car from Budget that was out of battery only driving 1.5 hours when we pulled up in front of the hotel in a panic. The valet Paul at the door helped us and was able to park our car and try to charge it. The young women at the front desk were beyond helpful and nice Korie, Ivy, and Julia. They said they felt so bad about our car situation and gave us such a nice room and vouchers for coffees and drinks. They calmed my daughter and I down and told us all about Michigan State that my daughter was touring the following day. The hotel was so comfortable, wonderful location, nicely decorated, and the staff so friendly!! We ate twice at the great bar on the 10th floor overlooking the beautiful campus in the snow. The pretzel bites with beer cheese and grilled chicken salad were delicious!! We had breakfast at the café downstairs and the breakfast chorizo burrito was delicious and the staff so friendly and nice!!! I hope my daughter choses Michigan State just so we can visit the hotel often :)!! You have a fabulous staff there!!!

I used the parking garage valet overnight and my car was returned with cracked windshiel across the entire width. it also had a small amount of bloood on hood. I left a complaint but no apology or reason for this. I don't know where they park the cars, but we warned!

Stayed for a night at this charming hotel! The staff was fantastic. The rooftop bar was perfect with comfy seating, great live music and cocktails were yummy! The details of the room and hotel are not to be missed! I can't wait to go back!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel !!! It is so cute and cozy!! The rooms were clean and the entire hotel had an amazing smell. There are also some pretty decent places around to eat as it is centered in a college town! The artwork on the staircase was my fav!

I was a little disappointed at first with the clogged street trying to get to valet parking and the long line to get checked in and no chance of an early noon check-in. The front desk was gracious in storing my luggage and putting me on a wait list for a text me when the room was ready --which never happened. I did return to the hotel at 4 and I was able to get into a room which was very nice. Decor throughout the hotel is very cute, Spartan. I was there for a small 50th!! Spartan reunion with 5 dear friends. It was unfortunately a very busy weekend so couldn't enjoy the Rock bar --no seats anywhere--and the coffee bar in the lobby closes way too early so if chatting in the lobby with friends, there was nowhere to go for any refreshments within the hotel. Not even machines to buy waters or sodas. Monday was a wonderful difference --quiet & not crowded. Unfortunately nothing available to eat or drink in the early afternoon. Both Pointdexters & Rock Bar closed until 4. My friends and I played board games in the lobby and were having fun when the front desk person, Corey, came over & gave us free beverage tickets for the bar as a gift to the winners of the games. How sweet & kind! So happy for her she was just admitted to MSU as a performance music student. Later that evening we actually were able to have dinner in the bar where Chloe treated us wonderfully as well. A very recent MSU grad and so kind & lovely as well. I will return to this hotel mostly because of the kindness that these two young women gave us. Thanks!

Will never stay here again. Staff is rude and obnoxious at the rooftop outside bar. Great view, terrible service.

What a beautiful hotel! I loved the attention to detail at this hotel. The decoration is amazing! Everything matched the theme so well and attention was paid to the smallest details. Very curated and very well done. We had a great stay with great customer service. The shower was awesome. They've won my loyalty, we'll be back! I will say - if you want a breakfast burrito for breakfast from the cafe in the lobby - get there early. We went at 10am and they had run out.

Delightfully TACKY with its quirky decor. Hotel staff were all very polite and easy to talk to. Felt very comfortable and room was extremely clean. Very happy with our hotels.com find. I would recommend this place to anyone. I loved the room keys! They are made to look like old ID's

The good: This is a very nice property and a very comfortable room. The bad: The hotel is in a "seedy" part of downtown. Several homeless people on the street, no parking on the property had to park in a city owned garage, walk several blocks, and pay each time I wanted to leave. No breakfast offered and no restaurant on the property.

Homeless people that appear to be carrying a gun in the front pocket of their hoodie stay here and others hang out in their lobby. I was so happy with this hotel until I witnessed this. I immediately asked the hotel for Security and they brought out a man from Engineering to stand in the lobby. Great! That will really help if there's any type of incident. The hotel told me: "Michigan is a concealed-carry state." Will not stay here again.

I hosted a work event here at their ballroom space. Staff was extremely friendly and cooperative when coordinating the event. The food was incredible and presented very well.

This bar was so fun to go to and is such a great addition to the bar scene in east Lansing because of its rooftop view! The cocktails are GREAT and the servers really seem to like what their doing which is nice to have. The only thing is the kitchen closed a bit earlier than i thought it would and it wasn't stated on the website so I couldn't try the delicious food :( and their was this weird sign on the building that I think is a really sad attempt at "inclusivity" like of course you accept all races, genders, people etc. that's the bare minimum. Don't use it as a marketing point, that's just tacky. But the bar was great!

We usually go to East Lansing 1-2 times per year. The last few times, we chose to stay at The Graduate. Disappointed with the stay this time. We went to The Rock twice to eat. The first time, waited for about an hour for the grilled cheese. When it finally came, it was cold and the cheese was unmelted. The bartender did take it off the bill. Went another night with several family members. They ordered 2 appetizers and 1 dinner at the same time that we ordered 2 appetizers. Their food came and they were finished eating before we got 1 appetizer. We had to cancel the other order because they didn't know where it was. On Sunday morning at around 9am, we stopped by the front desk because we didn't have clean towels and we ran out of tissue. We watched the front desk put in a request for these items with housekeeping, but never received either of these items. The most disappointing thing was that I left several items of clothing (at least 7) in the drawers at checkout. When I realized my mistake, I called the hotel and was told that somebody would look into that and call me back. I have now called 3 times and spoke to or left a message with someone (including general manager) and have yet to receive a phone call 4 days later. I gave details of room number, date and time of checkout and description of clothing missing. Disappointed with the poor customer service especially as this is the most expensive hotel in the area.

We only stayed for one night and tried to leave at 8 am because I needed to go to a first bday party that I will never be able to get back because the valet company "lost" my car and we spent all morning and afternoon trying to deal with trying to find out who was working that night, they looked in all the parking lots, and since I live 4 hours away we needed to rent a car on a Sunday...good luck. The room had scratches all over the walls (I have pictures), the bathroom faucet knob was so close to the wall sink tile that the tile was scratched from scraping on it. the bathroom mirror had a ledge in the middle of it and I am short so I couldn't see myself and they charged me for an extra days room and incidential charges when I asked that they find a place for my husband who has cancer to rest while the valet company and I spent all morning and day dealing with this! The hotel didn't have a working security camera facing the door of the valet and that door was accessible to the guests coming in and out of the hotel so the Police were not able to look at how the car was stolen. The hotel wouldn't even give me their insurance information and was strong on NOT taking responsibility for my car being taken. The valet company called me the next day and said they found it at the Detroit Michigan Airport and they gave the car to the wrong person and that person thought it was a rental. My car has MI State and IL State University stickers, city stickers, insurance information and my key was broken so it was all taped up as well as my car has a dent on the drivers side. The cop also said that they don't believe it was a mistake. All the Graduate said was they wanted to comp a night stay. Why would anyone want to stay there again?

What an interesting and eclectic place! I was quite impressed with the attention to every detail, and kept finding fascinating things around the hotel. For instance, the hall carpet is extraordinarily bright and fun with custom insets of Sparty, Paul Bunyan, etc. (see photo). The wallpaper throughout could keep a person fascinated for hours, it's quirky and playful and hides lots of art inside. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is super cool, brushed, old world style brass accents, thick towels and roomy vanity. The service is very good, too. Check out the outside bar on the 10th floor with beautiful views of Spartan stadium and all of East Lansing. We are definitely going back!

Your service should come close to your prices. You swung and missed by a mile. Go to a Hampton instead.

Apart from epically poor customer service, this property decided to charge higher rates an require more than double the amount of liabilty insurance to Black student organizations, than other student groups. I think that says it all.

There was no TV and we listen to slamming doors all night long. Management offered us $30 off of our bill how ridiculous. Without TV how can you block out the noise of slamming doors all night?

Worst service I've ever experienced. I called to modify a reservation and the employee cancelled one of my rooms. When I called to get it fixed I waited 15 minutes on the phone and never received a confirmation email. When I went to call again I got hung up on endless times. When I FINALLY got to talk to a representative again the employee denied that they made any mistakes cancelling my reservations. When I asked to speak to a manager that said they were out and would call me back asap. I still have yet to hear from the manager or even know if I still have my rooms since I STILL have not received an email confirmation after requesting it THREE times. If you want good service - I don't recommend the graduate.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Food and service is mediocre. Staff team members service and hospitality is underwhelming and behave as if they are doing you the favor to service.

Fantastic hotel... for so many reasons... we arrived earlier than expected but they were able to check us right in.. also upgraded us to a corner king suite (I'm sure we just lucked out on this but, boy, was it nice!!) hotel was spotless, desk attendant was super nice. Room was also super clean ... bed was amazing!! And the decor throughout was fabulous...down to the wallpaper in bathroom featuring all the state animals of Michigan!! Highly recommend this hotel and we will look for Graduate properties as we travel!
