My fiancé and I had a pleasant experience purchasing my engagement ring and wedding bands at Graff NY, Madison Avenue boutique. I want to thank our sales representative, Joseph, for being attentive and responsible. We’ll be back for purchases in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting GRAFF Boutique on Madison Avenue, and it was an exceptional experience thanks to Vivian (Wenwen) Zhou. Vivian greeted me with warmth and professionalism — her knowledge of the jewelry, her attentiveness, and her genuine enthusiasm made all the difference. Vivian took time to understand what I was looking for: she asked thoughtful questions about style, preferences, and budget, and then guided me seamlessly through GRAFF’s collections. She was very knowledgeable, explaining the craftsmanship, quality, and design philosophy behind each piece. What impressed me most was how effortlessly Vivian balanced elegance and approachability. She made a luxury experience feel personal and comfortable. Her sincerity and refined expertise helped me choose a piece I feel confident about. Vivian’s professionalism, taste, and kindness made my purchase a thoroughly enjoyable, memorable experience.

Me and my friends went in last weekend to try on some pieces we’re interested in. There’s 5 of us and we all have pieces we wanted to try on but they can only bring out 3 at a time, which is normal, but the SA kept saying “we’re not that kinda store”, which made us really uncomfortable. What kind of store are you then? Do we look too lowly to shop here? I tried on a butterfly necklace but I didn’t like how it looked with my outfit that day. The SA said “it looks better when you’re more dressed up”. I did dress up, it’s my everyday look and I’m here to find something that will match my daily looks. Before we left, got his cards, but he said it’s better to make an appointment next time we’re always busy. I asked “is it because of the holidays you guys had a lot of customers?” Thinking people would buy gifts here for themselves or loved ones. He laughed and said again “no no we’re not that kind of store “. The whole store had 2 sets of couples came in the hour we were there. The SA’s name is Tony. Me and my girlfriends liked a lot of pieces and were considering buying them that day, but decided not bc we all had a bad experience with him. It’s truly shocking how badly trained their SAs are compared to HW, or even other lower price point jewelry stores.

I visited Graff today and Vivian helped me getting a gift for my wife. Vivian was very welcoming and We had a great experience in Graff! Highly recommend visiting the store. Thank you.

Had an appointment at Graff, but still waited about 30 minutes in-store before anyone assisted us. We were told a follow-up email would be sent, but never heard back. For a luxury brand, this level of service and follow-through was disappointing. We ultimately purchased from Harry Winston, where the experience was far more professional.

My girlfriend and I worked with Vivian Zhou. She was extremely patient and helped us find the perfect ring. Highly recommend.

Joseph helped me and my fiancé pick the perfect engagement ring. He was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We both absolutely love the ring. Can't recommend Joseph and Graff enough!

My husband treated me to a special necklace from Graff. It is beautiful. The service was spectacular. We were informed of delays on a regular basis (it was custom made). But the box that arrived was 17 lbs and huge! You'd thing he ordered a fragile crystal vase, not a necklace. The presentation was over-the-top. Box, after box. It was embarrassing and comical. When I finally got to the necklace, it was stunning. I love it. But, a padded envelope or small box would have worked and saved our poor planet from extra carbon emissions along the way. I recommend Graff and will return but will request more planet-friendly packaging in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My Family had been a long time and proud customer of Graff Diamonds.   Recently we found that a Pink Burma Sapphire -Ring purchased  from Graff Diamonds for my Mothers Christmas Gift was FAKE !  The Sapphire Ring was recommended to my Father by Graff Store Manager Mr. Martin Leggatt. He represented the Ring as a rare Burmese Natural 7.51 cts. Vivid  Pink Natural Sapphire and this description is on the purchase document. It turns out my Father was LIED to and the Pink Sapphire is not Burmese but in fact it is from Sri Lanka! which a prominent Beverly Hills Jeweler stated-" this is like comparing a Chicken Dinner to being served Chicken Sh*t." When this serious issue was brought to the attention of Francois Graff (CEO), Mr. Peter Kairis (Managing Director) New York Graff Store and Clive Golanski who has sold us multiple items in the past, we requested a complete refund for being DECEIVED and receiving something other then what is on our Printed purchase agreement my Father heard nothing from them on his request. My Father then received a letter on December 14, 2017 from Mr. Thomas Bouillonnec President and CEO North America-stating -"it's clear that this is a case of administrative error in the creation of the invoice by our (GRAFF DIAMONDS) back office" and refused a REFUND.  The Graff Diamond sales receipt for the ring confirms payment and  Details that 7.51 cts. Pink Sapphire orgin is CERTIFIED by GRAFF to be from Burma. Mr. Bouillonnec CEO GRAFF Diamonds , North America explanation was: "there can be no question that the details on the invoice are anything other than a simple, albeit unfortunate, error".  This is no different then being told that MY Graff Diamond Ring I also purchased is actually a CZ . . . .And it was a "clerical error" that it had been listed as a genuine diamond! Absolutely Ridiculous So much for Graff Diamond Quality and Integrity. Shame on me for being a loyal trusting-long time customer. Who never thought of bringing a Jeweler to have the Stones inspected to make sure they were AUTHENTIC before purchasing Jewelry at  Graff Diamonds. Maybe Mr. Laurence Graff ( Founder) will see or hear about this YELP Report and do the right thing! Until that day so much for the Graff Brand... Quality, Integrity, and putting Customers first!

Booked an appointment for engagement ring shopping. We had Ella. Poor customer service during our visit - we didn't even get offered water. Ella acted like a diamond district hustler the entire time.

I bought engagement ring from here. When I first visited here, some gentleman helped me. He supposed to send me a update for the diamond.. but Na he didn't send me. Next week I went Graff and ask him to help me, but he forgot my face lol. I know he felt I will not buy a such a big diamond. I request some lady to help me, but she remembered my face and she told me " if we were helping you first point, it will be his customer. I can not help you sorry" I understand... but I don't wanna buy from that gentleman who don't help me and don't remember my face I wait a few weeks and go back to Graff, I told them this is first time I came here lol And I did it !!!! I found such a professional and kind lady who can help me ! I love my rings, I'm happy I can buy my ring from Graff !!!

Graff calls itself the home of the "most fabulous jewels in the world" and I gotta say if they're not they're pretty damned close. They've been doing jewelry for something like 200 years, and practice is definitely making perfect. The salespeople are the very definition of muted elegance; the store is small but well-laid out (though they're moving across Madison in the Fall, I believe); the jewels are phenomenal and the prices match. Emma Thompson, Camilla Rutherford, Victoria Beckham, and Jane Seymour (the actress, not Henry VIII's wife) are among their clientele. Actually, so is Paris Hilton but I bet they'd rather not make a big deal out of that one... All in all, a Very Nice Place to buy jewelry, have it repaired, or just look at big colorful rocks.

This place is so expensive I couldn't even bear to walk in. They would have smelled the stench of "I'm way out of my league" if I had dared to enter the lion's den. However, the windows contained some jaw-dropping diamonds. In fact, I'm still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor a month later.

The folks over at Graff's Chicago boutique recommended we visit the NYC store. Having absolutely fantastic experience with the staff in Chicago, I was looking forward to our visit... unfortunately, we were very disappointed. First of all, this location is very small - about a third of the size of the Chicago boutique. Secondly, while the diamonds and other precious stones were absolutely breathtaking, the service at this boutique was absolutely atrocious. I could not believe my experience, especially as their Chicago staff was so incredibly kind to us. I have zero tolerance for pretentious snots. We will not be returning to this store, and we highly recommend yelpers to shop elsewhere for their jewels. Horrendous!!! Two stars for the gorgeous baubles.

I was devouted to Tiffany & Co, VCA and Cartier, but when my jewelry had to be replaced by insurance, I worked with Graff (I live a few blocks away on the UES). Lorraine Horan is the best. Simple. I am ill, and Graff insured the most smooth of transactions for my new 2.1 EC diamond ring. This is my new store, for life...

I have been going to Graff Diamonds in NYC for the last 10 years. They indeed have the best diamonds in the world. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience each and every time. Every piece was custom designed for me with the utmost patience and detail. If you want the very best, this is the place to go.

We had impeccable service at the Graff London store and decided to swing by the one in New York one weekend. The display is one of the best: what woman doesn't love glittering jewels? I certainly do! The pieces were exquisite, one of the best. The service however...absolutely terrible. My husband and I were inside with two other couples, the other whom were young couples, browsing the engagement rings. Neither one of them received service for a whole ten minutes, despite some avid interest. We expected better and my husband certainly had no patience, so we left.
