I interacted with Graffik gallery as an Artist and as a customer. The gallery produces prints and some original art works. Which were made available at their kiosk. Despite my direct interaction with two of the gallery's staff including "Jay", who functioned as a director of the space. I received negative treatment when I inquired about the gallery's inventory as well as their services. It was very clear from the beginning that a negative tone was present. Following that experience I followed up with the gallery, reaching out to "Jay" in relation to my negative experience. I was provided with the information that "Jay" no longer worked for the gallery. All of which turned out to be a lie. The gallery did not resolve the the issue I had with them, in fact they deflected it. The discriminatory racist nature of the experience as well as the poor customer service I experienced from Graffik Gallery led me to make a Yelp review. Which has since been contested by the gallery, despite my effort before making the review to resolve the situation. In addition they eventually submitted a fake review posted by a gallery supporter/agent "Oliver C." in order to deflect my claims. "Oliver C." has also posted derogatory homophobic comments on my profile. All of which has and will continue to be documented. This helping to further validate my position.
