This hotel offers a very quiet stay with a unique room layout and I particularly enjoyed the see through bathroom. Breakfast at the beautifully designed Red Canapé restaurant was a highlight. However, the absence of a lobby or bar for relaxation, outdated furniture, a small TV, and simple beds detracted from the experience. It ultimately didn't feel like a five-star hotel

We had to stay one night at this hotel. We booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child and we were offered over the phone for around 300 BGN for a standard room. When we arrived it appeared that they did not understand that we are with a child and they said the only option for us is to stay in a deluxe room in order to put an additional bed. And the price became 500 BGN for one night. The room wasn't very big, so the additional bed was pretty uncomfortable for everyone. Later we saw that the hotel has 7 standard rooms and 6 of them were 2+1. The hotel did not correspond to 5-star hotel, feels more like 3-star. The breakfast was very poor. Definitely it it wasn't worth it for 500 BGN. Shame.

Wonderful service, and the design is amazing, and thanks for my birthday cake. The breakfast had so much choice, and was perfect. Like all of the hotel I loved the style and the room was large with 2 king-size beds.|The door to get to the breakfast room, was like being in Alice in wonderland. Loved it all.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations. The biggest downside was the extremely uncomfortable beds – old spring mattresses that were completely sagging, making sleeping on them a nightmare. The sofa was also in terrible condition – wobbly, uncomfortable, and covered in stains. The photos online are very misleading – the decor appears to be wooden, but in reality, it's just cheap plastic, which looks tacky and artificial. The TV in the living room was very small, old, and had no Smart features, and there were no TVs in the bedrooms. There were also no bedside lamps, and the nightstands were poorly designed, not matching the height of the beds, making them inconvenient to use. The hotel toiletries were extremely limited – we received only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash, which was far from enough for multiple showers. The only positive aspect was the location, but that alone is not enough to make up for all the shortcomings. I definitely wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

It's nice hotel, but felt more like lower budget 4 star for me, but the price is for 5star. But the location is maybe one of the best(at least felt like so for me).

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Good staff like Cristiana on the reception are always an asset for the company. Will visit again soon

Amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I think everyone has to try it You will not regret this one There is 4 types of cars . The double and the slow ones go 60 kph and there one go 90kph and there one goes 120 kph

Our family of four stayed in a one bedroom room, which is normally fine. But the issue is, and the biggest issue I had with our stay. When you turn on the bathroom light, it’s like tuning on a lighthouse beacon in the room, as the glass door between the bathroom and bedroom does nothing so the light seriously blinded everyone, especially at night time when people were trying to sleep. This meant every time someone went to the toilet, we felt like fog lights turned up to burn, so the light was set at level ‘retina burn.’ Otherwise the room is big with no partitions so when the kids go to sleep, not much else as parents you can do. With very little or no storage. Add the cost of the hotel and it’s really not worth it. Location is fine, not great or bad just fine. Breakfast was awesome with salmon, waffles, pancakes, and a nice selection of local and more western foods, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee. Nice toiletries and the gym was well kept though small. Limited parking, where the car itself goes in a mini lift. Didn’t really interact with the staff, other than breakfast, but there was always staff in reception. Because of the cost, there is no way I would stay here again, given the cost and the room configuration and blinding bathroom.
