Got oil from here a few times. They are always fast and have been friendly over the phone. Delivery has been within a few days and they have not tried to short me like the rest of the oil companies around here have

Came to our rescue today. We ran out of oil and they were able to squeeze us in on a very busy day for a same day delivery when the other 20+ companies I called couldn't! We cannot thank you enough!!

Very unprofessional. They was suppose to come out yesterday and complained it had snowed. However I called a week ago and they could have brought it up before the storm came. But chose to make us wait all because they stop delivering after like 12:00 (noon). Action oil was called yesterday and they brought our fuel right up and had no issues with the driveway or road. I will never use this company again. They were rude and very unprofessional. Being I'm disabled they tell me to come get the fuel myself. If I could give a negative star I would give u-10.

Thank yo so very much for coming to my rescue in this terribly frigid weather. Due to unusual circumstances we were running very low on fuel. Your quick compassionate care will not be forgotten. May you and yours have a healthy, happy, prosperous 2018!

Driver was rude. Broke landscaping bushes. Couldn't get oil cap off and left without filling oil tank. Tried to reschedule and office staff was terrible and told me I should have gotten down and helped the driven when all I did was call to reschedule and ask for another driver. If possible to give negative star I would. But on the positive note I called another local oil company and office staff was GREAT and saved me $50 . Thanks graft oil for being jerks.

It's nice to still have a full service gas station in the area, especially on those cold or rainy days when you have an infant with you! Attendants are always friendly and prompt.

Yes it's cheaper there than where I normally go and the staffs Pleasant to be around good people

Treats workers badly and works them in any condition currently have no power having to sit in the dark for the whole shift
