Grafton Beach hotel was absolutely charming. Despite being a little tired the rooms were large and bed was comfortable.|We had a fridge in the room and the air con was very welcome. The shower in the room was also working well and pretty powerful.|Our room was facing the beach giving us an unimaginably beautiful view with fantastic sunsets. Tobago is gorgeous and the wildlife incredible. |Our room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels every day.|Breakfast was lovely and lots of options, sometimes it was a buffet but if the hotel was quiet you could choose from the menu.|All the staff at the hotel were friendly and made us feel very welcome.|We would definitely come back to Tobago and to this hotel as well. The local people were lovely always waving hello and the island is stunning.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating - the welcome drinks ie rum punch was on point... The breakfast buffet was extensive offering a wide variety of local dishes, which were all delicious and freshly made...overall, a very enjoyable stay...

I descended on the hotel as my previous accommodation was not fit for purpose. |I was greeted with a smile which was to continue for my stay.|The staff were exceptional and were always on hand to help, the hotel is not really suitable for someone with mobility needs but they tried in every way to make my stay memorable in a positive way and accommodate my needs.|The hotel itself is around a 3 star as advertised but the staff and heir whole demeanour make you feel you are staying in a 5 star hotel.

I went to stay here for my friend's 60th birthday but was very disappointed. The whole hotel is needed for an update. There is no entertainment and the food was mediocre. The service though was excellent and the rooms were clean. Although hotel was on the beach, there were no sunbeds or umbrellas.

The hotel is old but lovely. Amazing breakfast. Staff are very warm and friendly. A car is a must for getting around but conveniently location if participating in local triathlon.

Where do i start the room was nasty from the start and the floor was horrible.Room service was the worst they took our stuff like soap that we bought ourself. The bathroom was not clean throughout our entire stay. The entire place was old and run-down. The food was good and the waiters were "alright". The television in both rooms were not working. And don't get me started on the outside floor of the pool it was covered with bird faeces and it was disgusting. Hardy any place is clean in this hotel. Overall our stay was not pleasing and to all future guests I suggest you find another hotel worth your money and time. Serious renovations needed.

I don’t know where to begin with this “catfish” hotel. First of all it DOESNT look like the photos online. It’s completely run down! Rusty roofing etc. When we first arrived there was no one to carry our bags up to the second floor. So we had to hold our own bags. 🚩 Rain fell two days later and our room was leaking. 🚩My bed was partially wet. There is NO cable tv nor streaming services. 🚩 The WIFI is non existent! You have to leave to go elsewhere for WIFI. 🚩 The breakfast was horrible. They making pancakes like panbakes; stiff and hard. 🚩. The place needs renovations badly. It was not a good experience.

This resort seems to be closing down.our stay here just got worse by the hour||On arrival the receptionist was very friendly however nothing else was going on for this hotel||There was one person working the front desk and escorting guests to their rooms .....so when you arrive you need to allow that said person to assist all other guests as you wait your turn||First thing the wifi wasn't working when we reported it we were told " the IT guy said you wouldn't get wifi in the rooms but you will get in the open areas||The air conditioner wasn't working properly||The first morning of the stay electricity was out .the receptionist made it abundantly clear that it wasn't the hotel's fault and the entire island of tobago would be out of electricity......which seemed f**ked up because we weren't made aware of that until we asked about it ,further more every single other business that we visited had power just fine||The next thing there wasn't any hot water in the bathroom again informing the front desk....they said they will have someone check it some time during the night .later that same night the air conditioner started making noise as if a motorbike got stuck in it, only to discover it had iced up ...||Well that is how amazing it is up until now when I decide to write this review
