Graha Bunda Maria Annai Velangkanni

This catholic church have a unique and beautiful architecture design. For the Christians, you can pray inside the church. The area was big, clean, and comfortable. Great church to visit for tourist and Christians. Last visit on: 5 September 2025, 10:30 WIB.

This is the most beautiful Catholic church I know, alongside the Pilgrimage Church of St. Maria in Munich/Thalkirchen. It has an impressive presence and radiates a powerful, uplifting energy. I will definitely come back 🙏🏻

Very uniquely themed RC church. Should be the largest in Medan, if not whole of N. Sumatra. Loved the theming and details they put into the building design. If there is only time to visit one religious architecture in Medan, this should be the one. Remember to take off your shoes at the church main hall and they don’t allow photo taking while inside the hall.

Very unique architecture for a church, mix of Hindu and Buddhist temple elements. Free entrance. It's outskirts of city but can easily get Grab. Note the use of Allah unlike in Malaysia is prohibited.

The most unique and beautiful 😍✨❤church💒 Friendly staffs. It's said combination between India and Mughal. Also the name was derived from the name of a village in India 🇮🇳

This magical church surprises because of his on of a kind building style. It really disliked my taste but this does not mean you can't enjoy it. The entrance is free but please wear appropriate clothes. (long and clean) There even is free parking in a lot on the other side of the street. Clean, unique, free and welcoming. You can't go wrong with the experience.

Worship place in medan. Also served as a church, mainly for sri lankan descent. The architecture is very unique, whilst most church used modern design , this church use south asian model. The place is very quiet and serene, many people retreated to this place to gain peace of mind. They also have a natural spring, which is believed to bring positive effect to the people.

The building is a little bit dilapidated and needs maintenance, atmosphere was serene and there are prayers of hail mary in many languages.
