Although I like visiting this shop to look around for home items, I would rather browse the online catalogue because their customer service is extremely poor.

BEWARE! All future buyers! The company does not give a guarantee to deliver to flats without a lift and may choose to leave your items downstairs. Given that a significant portion of flats in London don't have a lift I find this service substandard. Furthermore, if you have such a policy , clearly state this on your website and don't try to fool customers!! Really disappointed. Do not recommend.

Helpful staff and an eclectic mix of furnishings and home decor

What a wonderful experience we had today. The store is full of so many wonderful things and the staff seem to genuinely care about the customer experience. We intended to buy just a pair of cushions but also bought the most fabulous light fitting. Oh dear, we must return to collect it another day - can’t wait! Five stars to the store and its staff!

All interior designers must visit this store! Beautifully crafted items, furniture, glasses, unusual design, (gold octopus candle holder), amazing rugs, chandeliers, table runners, ceramic plates, rose quartz coasters and many more..But the beauty of this unique store are wonderful, kind and friendly staff that will enhance your shopping experience as they did mine .. I will visit again and again, especially before Christmas to buy all my gifts in this cute store as the prices are also very good! Thank you!

This store seems a little out of date, more like a jumble sale. So disappointing as I've visited before but this time felt stock was old, nothing new to see. Better options on new online competitors, but the lovely thing with G&G was being able to visit a physical store, but I wouldn't bother to tavel here again unless there is a massive makeover and new stock.

Visited the store recently to look at a table we’d seen on their website. The table was discontinued and wasn’t in store, but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, tracking down the last one in stock, having photos of it taken and emailing them over, and finally arranging its delivery to the store so we could view the item ourselves before buying. All this as if it were no trouble at all. Brilliant customer service, and a beautiful table at the end of it… Thank you!
