Graham Apartments

Perfect stay for a family of 5! We got a 2 bedrm unit, big enough for all of us. Well stocked kitchen, clean linen, very nice and warm beds! Well kept and clean unit. The laundry room opens till 10pm and comes with free detergent for a full load of wash & dry ($5 each). Oh perfect location too as it is near Coles New Town where we get our halal meat!

We highly recommend Graham apartments!! Great close to centre location but in a quiet street and apartments few metres into the block off street also adding to peaceful surroundings- staff response quickly to any needs - apartment itself is lovely - homey with plenty of room and all you need while on holidays- comfortable bedrooms, beds and living room with couch to watch tv after a day of touring- we were thrilled to find this place and would def stay here again ❤️

Initial apartment was in in poor condition, carpets badly stained, couch was falling apart and had a bad smell. We pointed this out to the staff and they moved us to another apartment that was in better condition, but it still smelt. The smoker area was outside our new apartment and there was always butts on the ground. Outside presentation was poor pealing paint and the carpark surface was terrible. Overall it met our needs, but would not return. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The two bedroom apartment was lovely and clean and so quiet. Easy access and parking close to door. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay as we were going to a concert at the Derwent Entertainment Centre and did not have to go into the city.

We stayed for two nights. Our first night was terrible. Very noisy neighbours until almost midnight and didn’t feel very safe. Can hear people in the neighbouring rooms very clearly. Between this and the noisy street, made a very uncomfortable stay for my autistic daughter. Would not recommend this accommodation for noise sensitive people. Bedroom door does not close properly. Ended up calling after hours caretaker as there is no staff onsite after hours, and was disappointed that the noise complaint had not been passed on to the manager. Didn’t feel very respected or listened to by the manager, however a letter was sent to the noisy neighbours. Another issue for me is reception does not open until 9am during the week and 10 am on weekends. Eats into your day if you need assistance and you want to head out for your day activities. Receptionist was very friendly.

We loved our stay at Graham Apartments, and were impressed with the spaciousness, the fully equipped kitchen, and the peaceful and central location. My wirk colleague and I appreciated having two bedrooms for not much more than the cost of a twin room. Thank you!

The interior is dated but very clean. Bed and linen excellent. Tiles slippery in bathroom but plenty of mats.. Plenty of parking and easy to navigate. Very quiet. Convenient to shops, pubs etc. Overall very happy with presentation. Staff lovely.

Dirty & noisy. Air conditioner was full of dust, hairs in beds, sofa was peeling badly. Windows so thin it was freezing cold and noise from neighbours all through the night. Also neighbours smoking on balconies meant our unit smelt. Absolutely not worth what we paid and would not stay again.
