Although old style, the room was ok. Clean tidy and the bed was awesome with electric blankets which were needed as it was freezing and good warm quilt.||The Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Good warm shower with good pressure. The location was good. I caught an Uber to visit the Salamanca Markets which cost $12 there and $12 back. Otherwise it's a 15 min drive. The laundry facilities were excellent with washing powder provided and good car parking availablity.||There were a few issues with the room I was given.|Unfortunately the winds on the two days I stayed were horrendous.|Room 33 right next to reception in the older part of the building. I would avoid this room for the following reasons.|The wind finds its way through the cracks and crevices and despite having the reverse cycle|AC and the heater on I struggled to stay warm. Summer is probably a better option but….|The internal walls and floors are made of wood and the guests above me in room 32 were annoying with their continuous stomping and thump, thump was irritating.||There were screaming kids staying next to me or above which were easily heard and the playground which was right outside my room wasn't ideal.||They were early risers and I got a little tired of the continuous screening so after trying to stay warm, this was the end for me really. I arose, showered and left.||The door fridge shelves holders were missing so I had to lay my milk and juice on their sides and they leaked.|I would stay again but not in the older section of the hotel as it's too noisy. It is a nice place to stay. |Avoid room 33 if you stay as it's a little old.
