Graham Apartments

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Very reasonable price. Has access to washing machine and driers. They have a fenced kids playground with a soccer net and ball, there are also a few picnic tables under some beautiful trees for family's to sit on while kids play. Adequate parking and room was quiet. Nice and close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was a bit outdated and had stained carpets but the kitchen and bathroom were nicer, they hit the nail on the head with the little things! Free Netflix, playground, comfy beds with electric blankets. The customer service from the moment I booked to the moment we left was phenomenal very friendly and helpful. Great for families and perfect location close to everything

Although old style, the room was ok. Clean tidy and the bed was awesome with electric blankets which were needed as it was freezing and good warm quilt.||The Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Good warm shower with good pressure. The location was good. I caught an Uber to visit the Salamanca Markets which cost $12 there and $12 back. Otherwise it's a 15 min drive. The laundry facilities were excellent with washing powder provided and good car parking availablity.||There were a few issues with the room I was given.|Unfortunately the winds on the two days I stayed were horrendous.|Room 33 right next to reception in the older part of the building. I would avoid this room for the following reasons.|The wind finds its way through the cracks and crevices and despite having the reverse cycle|AC and the heater on I struggled to stay warm. Summer is probably a better option but….|The internal walls and floors are made of wood and the guests above me in room 32 were annoying with their continuous stomping and thump, thump was irritating.||There were screaming kids staying next to me or above which were easily heard and the playground which was right outside my room wasn't ideal.||They were early risers and I got a little tired of the continuous screening so after trying to stay warm, this was the end for me really. I arose, showered and left.||The door fridge shelves holders were missing so I had to lay my milk and juice on their sides and they leaked.|I would stay again but not in the older section of the hotel as it's too noisy. It is a nice place to stay. |Avoid room 33 if you stay as it's a little old.

Great central location. The rooms are spacious, tidy and very convenient with great heating/cooling and cooking facilities. The accommodation is very comfortable with a homely, relaxed atmosphere. The parking is great and the property feels safe and secure. Great value for money. We will certainly be happy to return.

Friendly staff on arrival. Room was clean and tidy. A little out dated but overall comfortable and quiet. The kids enjoyed the space. Was close to good cafes, restaurants and not far from the city.

Yes the building is getting on in years, however our room was comfy and clean with everything you needed. Convenient quiet location. Second time we've stayed here and totally happy to stay again in the future.

Initial apartment was in in poor condition, carpets badly stained, couch was falling apart and had a bad smell. We pointed this out to the staff and they moved us to another apartment that was in better condition, but it still smelt. The smoker area was outside our new apartment and there was always butts on the ground. Outside presentation was poor pealing paint and the carpark surface was terrible. Overall it met our needs, but would not return. The staff were helpful and friendly.

My second stay was an improvement on my first. The room this time was more spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable, exceptional value for money. It was also conveniently located near the city.
