Graham Apartments

Would honestly give 3.5 stars... Upon entering, we were disappointed with how run down the furniture was (not as pictured, top layer pilling off couches). Space very cramped for five of us. Also, no ladder to bunk bed (upon notifying management, ladder was installed the next day, just meant we had a hazardous night of getting in/out top bunk that first night). ||Good points: Great convenient location, good communication by management.||We probably won't stay again, would choose elsewhere for more comfortable stay at same price range.

The room had everything we needed. Kitchen facilities were great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Easy parking. Staff were friendly. Close to Coles. Rooms were very quiet. Love that they offered a choice of pillows. We arrived early and they had our room ready.

Lovely apartment with great facilities and plenty of on-site parking. Ideal for a few days in Hobart. Comfortable rooms and a “manual” with lots I great ideas for things to do around the city. ||Good size TV with YouTube and Netflix. Great shower with variable shower head and plenty hot water and the usual tea, coffee and toiletries. Only real improvement would be better quality toilet roll

It was wonderful pleasant stay with all comforts we loved the television services we had everything to watch and enjoy movie nights. It was one of our best stays in all our holiday trip we made around Australia. Thank you, Graham apartments.

Found the bed comfortably. Great staff.|Area was centre to where we needed to be. Great place for a brief holiday as we were in Hobart for appointments. Will come again without fail. 14 month old loved it except it was wet and he couldn't get outside to play in water. | Everything very well organised

Comfy beds, excellent TV with all the trimmings, place is quiet. All you could need from a short stay. Very nice receptionist.

I was looked after superbly by Patrick and his team during my stay in May-June 2024. My apartment was cleaned weekly, sheets and towels changed and re-stocked every week. If I needed something extra, it was just a question of stopping at the reception. Nothing was an issue, staff were helpful, had friendly approach and great advice. Laundry was on site for quests. Walking distance to CBD, waterfront, supermarkets, restaurants, Kmart, Chemist. The place was very quiet and safe. Plenty carpark for my rental car, free and good WiFi, large bathroom, good size bedrooms… I had everything I needed and more.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great, and the apartment was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely stay again.
