Graham Apartments

Our family spent 2 nights at the Graham Apartments. It was a great well equipped little unit. Comfortable, quiet, great wifi and netflix in all rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Washing facilities affordable, drying racks available if you prefer not to use the dryer. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed in an Economy 1-Bedroom Apartment and feared the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spacious. Supplied with a generous amount of coffee, sugar and UHT milk. Also supplied with a twin pack of plain biscuits each. The bed was fairly comfortable. All staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a guest laundry that was super cheap to use. The coin washing machine cost just $2 and the dryer $3. There were also card operated machines available if preferred. Plenty of clothes airers were available to use. The only downfall with our room was the lack of useable power points; however, the receptionist kindly provided us with an extension cord so we could power our laptop on the table. The cleaner could pay more attention to cleaning the crevices in the dining chairs. It would be nice to have a light above the mirror in the bedroom.

Although old style, the room was ok. Clean tidy and the bed was awesome with electric blankets which were needed as it was freezing and good warm quilt.||The Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Good warm shower with good pressure. The location was good. I caught an Uber to visit the Salamanca Markets which cost $12 there and $12 back. Otherwise it's a 15 min drive. The laundry facilities were excellent with washing powder provided and good car parking availablity.||There were a few issues with the room I was given.|Unfortunately the winds on the two days I stayed were horrendous.|Room 33 right next to reception in the older part of the building. I would avoid this room for the following reasons.|The wind finds its way through the cracks and crevices and despite having the reverse cycle|AC and the heater on I struggled to stay warm. Summer is probably a better option but….|The internal walls and floors are made of wood and the guests above me in room 32 were annoying with their continuous stomping and thump, thump was irritating.||There were screaming kids staying next to me or above which were easily heard and the playground which was right outside my room wasn't ideal.||They were early risers and I got a little tired of the continuous screening so after trying to stay warm, this was the end for me really. I arose, showered and left.||The door fridge shelves holders were missing so I had to lay my milk and juice on their sides and they leaked.|I would stay again but not in the older section of the hotel as it's too noisy. It is a nice place to stay. |Avoid room 33 if you stay as it's a little old.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was a bit outdated and had stained carpets but the kitchen and bathroom were nicer, they hit the nail on the head with the little things! Free Netflix, playground, comfy beds with electric blankets. The customer service from the moment I booked to the moment we left was phenomenal very friendly and helpful. Great for families and perfect location close to everything

Friendly staff on arrival. Room was clean and tidy. A little out dated but overall comfortable and quiet. The kids enjoyed the space. Was close to good cafes, restaurants and not far from the city.

Yes the building is getting on in years, however our room was comfy and clean with everything you needed. Convenient quiet location. Second time we've stayed here and totally happy to stay again in the future.

A really lovely place to stay. The location is great, with good food only a few minutes walk away. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay for our family of 4 people. It’s clean and good parking area. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We’ll stay here again on our next visit to Tasmania.
