Very happy customer. Ms Roberts was very friendly, helpfull and caring. She realy goes that exstra mile making one feel at home and at ease. Well done. The cleanjng superviser is also very hands on and so involved herself.

This hotel is very close to the university. Very convenient for walks and staying connected. A partcular place of interest is the Pothole and Donkey Bar close by for networking.

Just popped in to that Pothole and Donkey for drinks and to watch the Rugby. Awesome place with great atmosphere

Friendly staff that allowed us to change rooms because I really felt that it's clustered.

Good hotel in Makanda for business & pleasure

I hope this deosn't come across like a backhanded compliment, but we didn't really care about the stay or the quality of the room. We had each other to focus on. The location was great! Close to everything. Thank you!

No alternative for loadshedding. No air during loadshedding. Was perspiring due to no aircon worling. Twice a day for a total of 5 hours. Too much noise at night and No one ensures quiet. You are given 2 sachets of coffee and must purchase from them if you want another one. Couches in the lobby are looking shabby. You don't even want to sit on it.

Never again! No stars! Airconditioning advertised but it does not work. Our room greated us with a portable fan. We asked to be moved to another room and in that room the green light ( indicating that the aircon is on ) was the only thing that worked. Hallway has dirty carpets. The entrance or foyer is beautiful - very, very deceiving. Better service from carguards.
