The owner of Grain wood shop promised a “Custom” kitchen, then proceeded to cut corners and put it together with cheap materials such as particle board and wood glue. On top of that the three day job took two months to complete and we were without a functional kitchen for most of that time. He would not show up for weeks on end and would not return phone calls or messages. Now our kitchen is falling apart (no surprise there) and even though he promised a “lifetime warranty” he has not shown up to fix what’s broken.
Grain is expensive. And from everything we experienced we would have been better off with Home Depot.
