I saw several posts about Grammes via social media and thought to come by since I was in Amsterdam for the day. I decided to get the Macadamia & dulcey chocolate Escargot. It was very delicious, it was not so sweet, and it was still warm. I look forward to coming back in the future. The young woman taking my order was very nice, and helpful by answering my questions.

Exceptional pastries. The Galette des Rois is beautifully balanced, with ultra-flaky layers and a croissant-like dough that shows real mastery of lamination. The kouign-amann is just as impressive: crisp, deeply caramelized on the outside, tender and buttery within. Precise technique, excellent dough, and real attention to texture. Worth seeking out.

Loved their strawberry mint tart and special bostock! Highly recommended location ! Their chocolate croissant is also delicious. Their almond raspberries croissant was amazing as well, I forgot to take a photo.

These pastries are amazing! Lots of options to choose from. I had their matcha pastry and monthly special, fig tart! Pastry is super flaky and light! The fig tart is heavenly! I need that as standard menu🥹 I do hope they will expand more and with more seating options. Bakery is quite small, but super busy. There wasn’t any place to sit at all.

Very disappointed by their customer service, was very excited and waited in a queue for a while to order classic croissant and then guy told me that we are out of croissant. I showed him but there is a bunch of freshly baked ones. He was oh no they are not ready. He didn’t even offered to wait a bit or something else and i am sure that it was classic croissants. Just before he served me he restocked chocolate croissants so he was just too lazy to stock classic ones. Horrible service, not friendly at all

Love their pastries and coffee. The staff is lovely as well. Truly a gem in this neighborhood. After trying literally every bakery and coffeeshop in the neighborhood, this still remains my favorite. My only gripe is that they are closed on Sundays.

To my taste, the best of all in the store is the pistachio one, which was amazing. The other ones were nice but not too special. The staff were nice but my ordered was wrongly taken twice for the 2 items I ordered. This was disappointing. Also note that there are not too many seats in the store but always try your luck!

Very popular bakery! I got there 20 minutes after opening time and there was already a queue outside. Tried the pistachio escargot and the iced coffee. The pastry is excellent, so flaky and fresh. In terms of seating there's only 3-4 seats inside (but if was pretty hot) and a bench outside. As it was very busy I walked around the corner and sat by the side of the canal enjoying my pastry in peace.
