Wow! I have no words. Lot of options, nice and helpful people. Delicious sandwich options. We tried the mortadella, the pesto, and a proscuttio one. We loved it. Everything was fresh, and they make your sandwich in front of you. I recommend it!😋 The perfect breakfast is here!

Great (!) bakery for the much needed (morning) snacks. Very friendly staff, really good baked stuff! Sadly no seating options, but there are benches a few corners away. The devoured chocolate covered cookie is not pictured – just couldn’t contain myself. Absolutely recommended!

I devoured my sandwich before thinking of snapping a photo but if you're staring at a long line in front of Gustavo, it's not worth it, get yourself across that tiny square and grab the same sandwich in a heartbeat from super sweet and attentive staff who whip up these beauties from incredibly fresh and delicious ingredients.

If you’re coming to Monopoli you shouldn’t avoid this place! They counted me the story of their recipes from 1977 and I was amazed by their passion and devotion to this place and this city. This piece of focaccia was perfect, I think the best of the zone. What about their “Boconotti”? Shortcrust pastry filled with cherry jam and an unbelievable almond dough. We also bought several packs of apulian “Taralli” to take home, the best! Looking forward to coming back and try new products.10/10

Has maybe the best “sandwich “ I’ve eaten in Italy from this place . It was pistachios , burrata and mortadella in fresh focaccia . Absolutely amazing. And I accidentally gave the young man working at the counter too much money and left and he chased me down to return my change. 10/10 experience from this place .

Our favourite bakery in Monopoli :) Very polite staff, large selection of baked goods. Their focaccia is delicious, we kept coming back almost every day! Prices are really good!

If you want a delicious and cheap lunch then definitely come here - best sandwich I’ve had in Italy this trip!
