What a stunning hotel. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. My room was huge for single occupancy with a good sized bathroom, plenty of storage space and an amazing view of Benidorm from my balcony.....pictures added. Food in the hotel was buffet self serve, but the quality was brilliant.....great selection for breakfast and even better for evening meal with fresh pizza, fish, beef. Service from everyone was exceptional and other facilities were great especially the pool which is awesome. Location wise it's away from the hustle and bustle but this isn't a negative because you can relax enjoy an amazing walk down to the beach and take in amazing views.

The only good thing about this hotel is restaurants where we got gluten free options. Stuff at the restaurant was attentive and knowledgeable.|Hotel itself is definitely not 4 stars. Rooms are from 90-s with old furniture and scrapped bathrooms. You have to wait lifts for 5-10 minutes every morning. One pool was closed with some dirty fabrics and not working. Subbed around d the pool are also from 90-s, at least they need to be changed as they are dirty. Cleaning lady took my nightgown together with the laundry and I never got it back. It disappeared. No apologises whatsoever. Not even late departure was possible at the day of our return. Long lines to reception always.

A great hotel with just a couple of little gripes. ||||Pros: great (multiple) pools and drinks area, peaceful but with great atmosphere at same time, seems good for kids, two restaurants, a couple of staff in particular are really nice. This review link was given to me by a really lovely lady called Mari Carmen (guest experience team) who took our pictures in several areas which was so nice and she really didn't need to do that for us. ||Also the view are stunning from the top of the hotel!||||Cons: No kettle in room (other 4 star hotels have kettles and it helps so much with boiling water so you don't have to keep purchasing), the internet is ASS (we didn't spend a lot of time on it but it's awkward to even look up local experiences because even web pages don't really load properly), and no vegan options for breakfast unless you just want to eat pure fruit.

Booked this holiday last minute on the jet 2 website. Put in lowest price and this Hotel came up including flights. When I read some of the reviews was a bit dubious. All I wanted was a base to get out of the awful weather we have been suffering. Was indeed very pleased all in all. Never take too much notice of the reviews. My room was on the 31st floor with balcony and the most fantastic view right along the coast. It is a little way from the centre but the bus stops right outside the Hotel and only 2euros to the town and the journey along the coast is very pleasant. The room is well equipped air on, bath with over bath shower bidet and a good selection of soaps etc. Had a tv and fridge and plenty of storage space. The reception area is very impressive with several shops located. Out side is a huge area with several swimming pool and lots of sun beds. I didn’t hang around during the day and took the tram to Denia which is a vey pleasant journey for scenery. Took a day tour from the hotel to guadalest up in the Mountains which again was a very pleasant area. There’s a Supermarket a short walk from the hotel and a good selection of reasonably priced bars etc. The breakfast in the Hotel is basically everything you want. I chose to go half board mainly because of the price. The food was ok I like fish there was plenty of salads soup was very good and nice bread. All in had a wonderful few days. Glad I didn’t stay in the centre.

We were All inclusive, but could only get 2 drinks at a time with a card( no card no drink), couldn't use pool bar as you had to up grade your All inclusive €13 each a day also no cocktails, same with restaurants no card no food food was poor, bland and hardly any choice, no bottles of water offered, air con was non existent even after complaining. Had to pay for safe and pool towels, also staff were very rude definitely would not go back, they had a northern soul weekend but the music shook the hotel until early hours. All in all a very mediocre hotel.

Grand Bali hotel review- 08/06/2024||12pm we arrived into Benidorm at grand Bali hotel. We waited 2 hours in a queue at reception for the hotel to tell us we are not on there system even though we had booked with them through LOVE HOLIDAYS! They said it wasn’t their fault and to phone love holidays- considering we would be charged for that being abroad. Also mentioned to us young girls to pay 50 euros a night if we wanted to stay there but then claimed there was actually no rooms Available for us that day? We then contacted love hol they said if we wait 5 hours they will sort it out- we sat and waited all day for love hol to call us and then they phoned us and said they can’t do anything- wasn’t there fault. Due to them not helping us or giving us room. We had to pay £120 for another hotel for one night and travel distance with big heavy cases. The next morning we checked out that hotel and arrived at Bali hotel- 10am arrived- they told us room would be ready at 1pm. Sat by the pool until then after went to reception waited hour for them to tell us room wasn’t ready until 3pm!! Waited another couple hours and got our room key at 5pm, didn’t tell us directions of where to go in the big hotel!!! Got told our room would be upgraded due to confusion on there end- hot tub included…. Got to our room and a man was in it so they give us the wrong room! Went to reception again for them to apologise and give us another room key- got our room key and it was a basic room. Food in this hotel is disgusting too- got chicken and it was raw pink, other food was awful too! Staff in restaurant downstairs are very rude too!!! Me and my friend young girls were told we could not wear are coverage dresses to dinner because we are young girls- the Spanish started commenting about us and laughing. But we seen other people in the same clothes as us and they got let through.

We didn't stay here as I'm a local but came to visit the Mirador. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely & accommodating. The views were great. 6€ each & it includes a drink. Don't go if you have mobility issues or don't like heights as there's like a flight & a half of stairs apart from that, try it yourself.

My experience at the hotel on arrival I was told that you could only accommodate one of us on the lower floors. I had already emailed you and made sure that you could accommodate us and put us all together. I was put on the second floor my friends were put on the ninth floor the room you put me in with where all the air-conditioning units were outside. It was the most unpleasant week. I spent the week most of the time with my mattress on the floor in the bathroom because of the noise, from the generators that were outside I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were unhelpful. The music was played constantly and so loud you could hardly hear yourself think so if you’re looking for a restful holiday, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
