Gran Hotel Don Manuel

Excellent hotel in every aspect. We had a standard room with parking. Lovely big space with big bed and a seating area too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ideally situated for access to the city.

The staff ar don manual was fantastic, they could not have been more kind and considerate. The room accomadations were perfect and the food was amazing.|This trip was amazing and my wife and I spent 3weeks there and plan to return sept 2026, cannot wait

Located near the main square. Beautiful hotel. Nice bar , restaurant , and spa. Great breakfasts, well worth paying for.

Well positioned hotel. Quite big structure with a convenient parking. Price was OK, the room are big and the beds are comfortable. Only small hiccup, was the temperature that we could not regulate. It was a sauna in the room.

Dear Gran Hotel Don Manuel & especially the staff, You might not be a 5 star hotel officially, but you're a 5 or even 7 star hotel in my heart ❤️ I'll start with the staff: I had a situation at hand and needed their help a lot, and they've never made me feel like I was a burden and never turned down a request. From the bottom of my heart: thank you! Breakfast was great, the different cheese available immediately caught my attention and tasting all of them was a real delight. Rooms were extremely clean, cleaner than the many 4 and 5 star hotels I've tried in Paris for sure. The beds weren't beds, they were clouds. The shower wasn't a shower, it was a waterfall! And I sure as hell enjoyed it shamelessly! The moment I come in the range of 50km around Cáceres, I'm staying nowhere else. For life.

Large room, with safe & Minibar, great choice for breakfast and only a short walk to the old town square.

We chose this hotel as a stop on our road trip for its location near to the Plaza Major in Caceres and the availability of secure reserved parking. Navigating to it was a little tricky but there was excellent signage to the hotel car park. The reception staff were very welcoming and very helpful and the room was large and comfortable. The whole place was modern and airy, and spotlessly clean. ||The location was great as it was only a few minutes’ walk to the main square with its bars and restaurants, and the historic walled city which is amazingly well preserved, exceeding our expectations. ||Breakfast was not all to our taste as there was a lot of cured meat, though there was enough choice. There was an omelette station but no chef attending to it. There was also a rotten orange in one of the fruit bowls. ||All in all we would stay here again if we are ever visiting Caceres.
