Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect! The food was delicious and varied, always fresh and beautifully served. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome at all times. Everything was spotlessly clean: both in the rooms and throughout the entire property. The location is also great, it’s easy to reach all the main attractions, but sometimes it gets noisy, because its on the crowded street. May be a bit inconvenient, especially at night. In general, highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

We have just returned from 12 days at the hotel and on the whole it was positive.|Hotel well located on main strip, lots of bars and restaurants surrounding so it can get very noisy come night time, It appears to be very popular with younger people. |Hotel was very clean and had quite a sophisticated edge which you expect from adults only hotel. They had many sofas in bar area which were extremely comfortable and great place to relax.|We were upgraded to a superior room which was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The aircon and ceiling fan were very much needed as extremely hot during our stay. |Both of the rooms were sited on the outer side of building opposite neighbouring hotel so no view other than the people across the way so it limited time sat out on balcony. |My son was in a standard single room which was cramped but he managed well during the time. |The housekeeping staff work extremely hard and should be commended. |The food was simply amazing and restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The range of foods was superb (my son developed a serious cake habit) but only criticism was the food wasn’t always hot enough.|The bar staff were great especially francesco who went out of his way to please and he made the best Irish coffee.|The ground floor pool area did not have enough sun beds for the amount of guests and they had a 15 min policy where they removed towels if people didn’t come back however this was not put into practice so quite a few guests “saved” beds for several hours without using which limited other guests, this was raised with reception and basically were told not our problem. Also no parasols which was crazy as have stayed at lower star hotels who had parasols so it limited time you could sit out as pool area was sun baked by 1pm which was a shame. |Although we were upgraded to superior room we didn’t get given access to rooftop bar and pool, we asked several times and were told no yet other hotel guests in standard rooms were given wristbands and access which seemed unfair. we found some of the reception staff stand offish and at times rude. |But on the whole it was a lovely holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily return. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, this didn’t include access to the rooftop bar, which was a bit disappointing, but not a big issue since the main pool was excellent – a real sun trap and a great place to relax.||The pool bar served great drinks that were reasonably priced, which we really appreciated. While the bar doesn’t serve food, you can conveniently order from the Mexican restaurant next door via a QR code – the food was tasty and perfect for enjoying by the pool.||Our booking included bed and breakfast, and the breakfast didn’t disappoint. There was a wide variety of options, so something for everyone. The location couldn’t be better – right on the strip with everything within walking distance.||The room was cleaned daily and felt very fresh. The air conditioning wasn’t the coldest, but the ceiling fan helped and we slept comfortably. It was also nice and quiet at night, which made for a restful stay.||Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We had a brilliant time at this hotel. It is like a little oasis tucked away in the busy strip. It is stylish and I loved all the plants. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. The cocktails are good. And the breakfast was amazing. Especially the chef who would make a vegetarian grilled cheese sandwich each morning....Thank-you!!!||I would have loved a little bit of music around the pool and a kettle in the room. ||The location was good, to get to the beach, restiarelants and a close distance to the bus stop to visit other towns. ||Thank-you Gran Hotel Flamingo, we had such a great time 😀

We stayed here for 8 nights, and every day and night we were treated with respect and kindness. The staff are friendly, approachable, and helpful. They’re always ready to assist you. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how clean and thoroughly prepared the room was. The room was very good cleaned every day again, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel features luxurious swimming pools both downstairs and on the rooftop, with various bars and comfortable seating areas. The gym is accessible 24/7, although it can sometimes be a bit too cold due to the air conditioning. But I had good workouts. The rooftop (Avana) is also excellent a great place to swim, relax, and enjoy delicious food. The hotel is centrally located, close to many amenities and set in a beautiful area. We really enjoyed our 8-day stay in Lloret de Mar, thanks in large part to Hotel Flamingo and all the staff. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is generally recommended, especially for the price. It is professionally organized, the reception is always very friendly and multilingual. The breakfast buffet is incredibly extensive and the pool and outdoor facilities are very clean and beautifully furnished. However, we were not lucky with our room 311. Immediately after check-in, we noticed that the bathroom had apparently not been cleaned beforehand. As you can see in the photo, there are traces of feces on the surface of the toilet. It was really disgusting. At the reception there was full understanding, and it was cleaned directly and we got some vouchers and access to the rooftop. Unfortunately, it was not possible to change rooms. You don't even want to imagine what happened in this room before, that the surfaces of the bathroom were smeared with feces. Unfortunately, over the course of the week we kept noticing things in the bathroom that did not inspire confidence. The washbasin tap was completely loose, the switch for the bath/shower fell off so that it was no longer possible to switch, and the wall bracket for the shower kept falling off the wall because a screw was missing. In addition, the air conditioning was full of mold, or at least full of dirt and had probably not been cleaned for a long time. Last but not least, we were very surprised that our room door was standing open after a day at the beach. The door was not closed properly by the cleaning staff and anyone could enter our room for several hours. Fortunately, we kept our valuables in the safe. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the hotel facilities as a whole were very clean and well maintained.

Firstly I will outline our positives, the hotel was very clean in the common areas with most staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good and on till 12pm which was a great so there was no rush in the morning.||Negatives for us, the pool area was very small with not enough shade from the sun. The hotel is very central which attracts lots of younger people for the clubs etc, almost every night we had our door banged by guests going back to there room.. this was normally around 5am. ||The noise also from other guests between 2am and 6am from their music, shouting and banging doors was the reason that I would never return to this hotel.

Having previously stayed at Hotel Delamar I was looking forward to our break.|We arrived at the hotel yesterday, excited for our stay. We were early for check in so went to the roof top for a drink and lunch.|On returning from the bathroom I was told I couldn't re-enter as our band didn't allow. |After being marched back to reception, I politely explained my problem that my party was still upstairs enjoying their drinks.|The security guard was told that we all had to leave.|He stood over us whilst we finished drinks and my friend had to mobilise from the lounger to her wheelchair. This was incredibly uncomfortable for us all after making a genuine mistake. He could easily have said finish your drinks and then you will have to leave, after all no one had refused to sell us drinks.|So slightly embarrassed we vacated and went downstairs for lunch.|On check in we enquired about paying and were told we were standard and couldn't. When booking, one of the selling points was the roof root bar and pool and this is not made clear on 3rd party sites. |The biggest disappointment was when we got to our room. The room was dark, dirty and unsafe.|We were all incredibly disappointed given it states 4*.|I sat on the bed and it tipped up and I am now left bruised. On inspection of the bed was missing a leg.|The white walls were dirty and there was a lot of dust balls which clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time.|On talking to reception. We were told " well you only booked standard" |When does a bed with all its legs or a clean room mean superior? I take both of these to be pretty standard in any hotel.|I've read other reviews liking the hotel to a Travelodge and have to stay I've stayed in many Travelodge hotels and this room was definitely not at the standard.|The receptionist kept shaking her head, which we all felt was a "not another complaint" shake. She didn't seem surprised by what we were saying but at the same time never apologised.|We are now loving life in a hotel in Fenals as we couldn't stay in that room for our sainty or safety.|We are still waiting for an acknowledgement and apology from the hotel.
