Gran Hotel Hispano

While the grand days of the hotel are certainly behind them, it still remains its "old days" charm, from the elevator to the general room setup alongside a central patio. The staff is very friendly, the rooms, while old, are clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast is super basic, so this really is a budget option but nevertheless I enjoyed my stay here.

Clean rooms with a huge patio (a little old interior), great friendly stuff, centrail location close to the presidentail palace and close to a subway station for other explorations. Not so great breakfast atleast for a european standard. Overall for 30 dollars per night a great hotel to stay in Buenos Aires.

In August 2019 I made a reservation for February 7 to February 9, 2020, which was confirmed to me on the same day with the request that I re-confirm this reservation three weeks before the appointment. I immediately agreed to this. The Gran Hotel Hispano did not respond to my reconfirmation from January 12th and my two memories on January 14th and 15th 2020. Behavior unacceptable for a serious hotel!

It is old, the service is nice but the building itself is pretty old, maybe they can update it with different decor, there's nothing bad with old but just in a different way

Excelente hotel. Ótimo custo benefício! Sua estrutura é rústica e muito bonita. Tem um ar provinciano. Perfeito para que está querendo fugir dos hotéis padronizados! Apenas o café da manhã deixa a desejar, pois tem poucas opções e tem que pedir a funcionária para que te sirva, diferente dos banquetes que estamos acostumados. Mas isso é muito pouco para dar uma avaliação menor que cinco! A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo. Praticamente todas as atrações turísticas de Montserrat estão em um raio de pelo menos 1.8 km. Inclusive essa e a distância até Porto Madero. Atendimento simpático e o valor da diária é razoável, algo em torno de R$ 160,00 incluindo as taxas. Recomendo e voltaria a ficar neste hotel.

Excelente ubicación. Económico Edificio antiguo a medio camino entre pintoresco y viejo. Mi estadía fue buena. Las habitaciones están limpias. El mobiliario es antiguo. El desayuno es muy básico. Igual volvería por la relación precio/ubicación
