Spectacular reviews from every corner of this hotel. When you first walk in the lobby the grand view of the canyon sweeps you away! Once in our well appointed room we were met with another fantastic view! Dinner was really good and we enjoyed drinks in the lounge. If we are ever back at Ngorogoro we will definitely stay here again!

Incredible facility with amazing go-the-extra-mile staff! Receptionist are very incredible especially Emmanuel assist us with all our needs,also Harriet she was so friendly and charming Late night, wanted a coffee and Chandi Innocent and Anna Cashier couldn’t do enough to insure I got my coffee and was satisfied with it. The staff here are the most warm and friendly I have ever encountered in my travels through 57 different countries now!!!

This is a beautiful hotel for a one-night stay. It was modern and clean. I was not able to use all the amenities but it was all inviting. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. The food was great. The check-in/out process was smooth. There was no wait time. I definitely would recommend.

We had a relaxing 3-day stay before our safari. Everything about this hotel is of the highest quality. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food delicious (be sure to try the Grill -- excellent steak and a BREAD BAR). What stood out for us was the service. All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful but not intrusive creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Service was smooth and efficient. We enjoyed it so much we didn't leave the property! Thank you!

What an amazing way to end a wonderful 7-day safari! The spa treatments were truly rejuvenating, and we loved having a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The service was excellent and very entertaining throughout our stay.
