Gran Sol Hotel

First time visiting the Gran Sol and its one if the best hotels we have been too and we have been coming to Ibiza for 12 years. Rooms are spacious and have a large balcony. The bathroom has a huge shower and is very modern. There was a fridge in the room included in the price as well as a safe, most places charge extra for these so that was a bonus. We were bed & breakfast and there was always plenty of choice. Lovely pool area and never a problem getting a sun lounger. Fab snack bar with lovely cocktails and the cava sangria was the best, all the staff work really hard. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. My dad left his wallet in the bathroom at reception and only realised he didnt have it when we were at the airport but the hotel phoned me to let me know and sent the relevant paperwork to get it sent to back to us, they sorted it out really quickly.

This hotel is so lovely. Clean, modern, friendly staff - cleaners, reception, bar staff - all completely amazing! |The pool area is a good size with a large grassed area too. |Had lunch a couple of times, it was good. The breakfast choice was fantastic… we had breakfast included and so glad we did. |The location is great, not too noisy and walking distance to everything you’d want. About 100m from the water. |I’d 💯 recommend this place to stay ❤️

Great hotel. Friendly, clean and good double rooms. Lovely peaceful gardens to relax in a small pool. Half board offers a great selection of tasty food - plenty of choice with daily variations. What keys it down is that you have to pay for drink except at breakfast when you can have juice, water, tea and coffee. These drinks aren’t offered at dinner which I think is really bad. The tap water tastes bad and I don’t think anywhere should charge for water nowadays. Thankfully there are shops nearby where you can buy bottled water. You also need to pay a €15 deposit for your beach towel and €2 each time you want to change it so less faff to bring your own.

Fabulous hotel.All the staff are friendly and kind .Spotlessly clean.A breakfast feast for all tastes.Beautiful pool .Lots of comfortable sun beds.Lovely lunches at the bar. Wonerful jacuzzi next to main swimming pool. Lovely bathrooms. The main room is a little small ,Beds comfortable. Not enough drawer space..Balcony has 2 chairs and a table.Small washing line with pegs. Lovely quiet, unspoilt area.Supermarket nearby. I'd highly recommend this hotel,it's just wonderful.

Fabulous stay again. Cannot fault this Hotel, lovely room, big comfy bed, great shower. Location is excellent, pool area is great. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice and good coffee. Best of all, the staff, what a team, they work so hard and are always smiling. Been to the hotel many times and the staff are the same which speaks volumes. Look forward to returning in October.

This hotel was excellent. Has everything you need, and in a very convenient location. Room + balcony large, with large modern bathroom with hairdryer, shower gel, etc. The included breakfast had such a wide selection and set you up for the day, with no need for another meal until evening. Not much noise at night. Beds ok, not too thin. The pool/bar area was a lovely amenity. Do yourself a favour and book this place. You will not be disappointed!

Recently spent a fantastic week (half board) at the Gran Sol Hotel. The hotel is spotless, the food is great with lots of choice. All the staff are lovely, welcoming and work hard. Bar prices are very reasonable and Jose and Isabel serve the best cocktails with a smile. It is located in a quieter area, which suited us, but is in walking distance of the busier parts of the resort. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it's a short walk to the 'sunset strip'. Our first visit to Ibiza and the Gran Sol and we couldn't fault it at all. Thank you Gran Sol!

Great location, close to Mambo and other great restaurants also close to the nice beach where we had beautiful sunsets. Room was clean every day, fresh towels etc., staff very friendly, clean pool and great space outside for all age. Very nice food in the bar and affordable prices. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
