Gran Tierra Suites

Among the hotels in Cebu City, I chose this one as it fits my budget and it has good location.||||I traveled with my parents, son and boyfriend to Cebu from March 21-24, 2018 and stayed in this hotel from the 22nd until the 24th. Our first night was in Bantayan Island.||||Our room was at 210, Family Room with 2 beds (1 double and 1 single). We ordered an extra bed. Their rooms are good enough especially if you will be out and about most of the time. It's good enough to spend the night in after exploring the city. What I liked about this hotel is that they have water dispenser in the hallway. Since they don't have a fridge in the room, we can just go in the hallway and get hot/cold water. This is especially helpful to sterilize my son's feeding bottles.||||The only thing that hinder me to give this hotel a 5 rating is their food service. They don't have a pantry. If you are too tired (or lazy haha) to go out and explore Cebuano cuisine you have to either order fastfood or choose from a limited menu of their partner restaurant. To power up your morning (before hitting the city to find a more suitable breakfast), you may opt to order their buns -- their chicken variety is good! We also tried their Yema Cake. I missed their Egg Tart, which based from other reviews is good.||||I might probably comeback to this hotel if there are no other option that can match its price and location (with good reviews).

This place is not a Hotel so don't expect much. It offers decently priced rooms for comfortable stay. The location is very good as it is near Osmeña circle where everything is accessible. The staff are hlepful and polite. I like that they have water dispensers instead of bottled water. The only thing they must improve is the comfort room, the tiles looked so old.

The place is located in one of the center of Cebu city. The suites is affordable, clean and well maintained. This is a non assuming place, but very commendable staff service. Fast, friendly, helpful and accomodating. Cappucino is very good too! Its very commendable for budget traveler who wants an excellent service. Everytime we return our room was totally clean.

Good place to stay in Cebu City for budget travelers looking at air conditioner and clean rooms. Everything was just normal, with essential services, amenities and friendly staff. Don't expect a star hotel facilities, but they have clean towels and comfortable beds. Also the room size is pretty big, comparable to a suite in a 5 star hotel.

Service is ok. Wifi connection is great. No restaurant inside but they are consigning to other nearby restaurant so you can order foods but limited. Room ambiance is great,cozy and quiet. Overall is good but the only caught our attention is the shower. In our room 302 shower is not working so we used pale and dipper.

Stayed for an overnight stay. Suite is very accessible especially for famous restaurants in Cebu. Affordable price for a good stay. Their front desk associate need to be more lively and friendly to their guest. When we stayed, they looked like a bit sad and feels like they are not enjoying their job.

We had 1 night stay there. The place is a little older but they're very professional. The locations is at walking distance to all fast food and restaurants, and 2 halal places. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall a nice experience.

Personally, I can say the staff were easy to deal with, some were friendly, some not, however, they've got a large room and bigger mattresses for a twin bedroom. AC is fine - not too relaxing, should be improved. Room is big, can get unlimited mineral water for free, did not use their WiFi as I preferred my own data, no corkage for bringing in even food, they've got me a complimentary snack upon checking in. A place where is accessible to the hospital, and a two ride of jeepney to Ayala Center Cebu. I would recommend this place.
