If you need the location, then stay here. If you need hot water or a full night of sleep, then look elsewhere. The CO alarms went off at 1 am and required the building to be evacuated and aired out until 2 am. When I got back to my room I noticed they had slipped a thing under the door saying the hot water was out, and there was no estimate for when it would be fixed. Waking up this morning to take an ice cold shower after being woken up in the middle of the night was not a $200/night experience. This combined with the fact that the staff wasn’t really concerned at all with even attempting to compensate for the problems led me to check out after one night (I was booked for 4). There wasn’t even a sorry or an our bad, just a mild attitude and short responses.
Besides that, the WiFi is setup by someone who has no clue what they’re doing. Absolutely insane packet loss because each room has its own network, it was basically unusable.
Also, the valet parking is uncovered and definitely more of a hassle than a convenience. They park the cars right behind the hotel, so you basically pay to just stand there and watch them move your car 25 yards.
This hotel is not worth the cost unless you need the location. The location is great, no doubt, but I left feeling tired, frustrated, and disappointed.
